One of the best places to stay in Goa. Came here with our entire office team. We stayed here for 3 days. Around the same time that we came, a fantastic pool table was added to the facility so our entire team got to play pool too. Thanks Edwin. You made our trip pleasant.

The owner of this place doesn't have manners to behave with the guest… on top of that some they are not at all supportive our friends got injured and that rude family didn't offer water to clean the wound… apart from that they were not allowing to enter the premises in such critical case. Plz ppl don't stay here.

Best place if you travel in a group. Overall cost effective.

You will get 1bhk here. Ok location. Charges were very high since we visited during the peak new year time. I think it will be very cheap during off season.

1) Main things is that they are collecting GST but not paid to Government and not give bill to anyone. 2) Not friendly environment…

Poor service waste of money, even owner is not friendly nor the staff is freindly more over they are arrogant Anyone can easily find a good hotel within same price We payed 23.5 k for 5 days. Even good hotel's tariffs are cheaper.

Good Place To Stay… Near to Beaches. Value of Money.

I have been there last year (OCT 2016) and I was really surprised by the hospitality of the owner and the way he guided us in getting rented bikes and other stuffs were really good. The room was too awesome for our budget. It was a 2 BHK apartment and we were a group of 6 people. Room had all facilities including hot water and a refrigerator packed with mineral water bottles. We again tried to book this time but we missed it. Will definitely come again for our future visits to GOA!

Rooms are large, neat and clean. Rates are very affordable. Near to Calangute and Baga beach (10-15 min walking distance). Owner is very humble and polite. You can perfectly enjoy your holidays here!

Rooms are large, neat and clean. This is small house converted to guest house. Host is not very much friendly and many restrictions are there. Byt near to calangute beach.

Stayed here for 4 nights in the cheapest price and the rooms are better than the amount quoted.

Reasonable price and located in a tourist centric area. As that is important because you will not be in your room if you are in goa.

Its good and cheap in Calangute. Its near to the bus stand and main road even the beach is like 15 min walking distance and the the service is appropriate. The owners are also nice and helpful.

Low noise destination. Rooms are spacious, very helpful and generous owner. Near to calangute beach.

Buget friendly experience for bagpackers and youngsters who are tight on money. Hot shower is available after 6:20AM but the water is clorinated. No Wi-Fi facilities.

Budget friendly guest house, equidistant from beach and market. Owners are very humble and polite, nice room if you want to just keep your luggage and roam around for entire day and come back to room to take rest.

Was here last 4 days (27th Jan — 31st Jan 2017). Hated this place. They don't provide towels. Not even toiletries. Hospitality is something you can't even expect here. Wi-Fi strength is horrible. They don't even share Wi-Fi credentials until you explicitly ask for the password. There are no plates, spoons, forks in the rooms. Wastage of your hard-earned money.
