Hotel for your money! Do not wait for a modest fee of crabs for breakfast! The rooms are modest but clean, yes requiring renovation, but to take a shower and sleep the most. The location is great.

Overall experience was AWESOME. I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel. Staff is very well behaved, polite and helpful. Food was very very tasty. Rooms are very neat and clean. Service was immediate and very good. I want to visit this hotel again with my family. Staff people are tooo good.

Nice, clean and inexpensive hotel. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, fan, hot water in the shower. Friendly staff. A Five minute walk from the sea.

Good exchange course for dollars, restaurant also not bad, free Wi-Fi.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spotless. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Food was excellent. The staff was pretty friendly and helpful as well. In a nutshell, we couldn't have got a better deal than this!

Room are good but management not good, we vacated 1hour late, they charged 500extra for 1hour.

Rooms are clumsy, staff is not responsive, ground floor rooms have road facing french windows. Less secured. Never go for it… I repeat NEVER.

Pool is a joke it's a large water tank where you can't swim just sit in it and cool with floating leaves mucky water and peeping toms from other rooms and buildings. My balcony was few inches wide and less than 2 feet from the pool, I had to keep my doors closed to make sure no water came in and privacy for my fellow guests. No phones for room service you need to get up and go to the reception which is non existent. The rooms are very small and the air conditioner too. It's took an aweful lot of time to turn on and just was not enough to keep the room cool. The shower is between the washbasin and wall and you will need to stand in one position, the wash basin tap wasn't working. No bill was provided during check out, I was told that we needed to inform them the day prior as the main office was in Mayfair. Make sure you carry cash as card payments is not something they like. On the plus side it's a close walk to the beach and had a nice cup of coffee (over priced) in the morning.

Staff is very rude. Not recommended. You can get other good hotels at the same price.

Budget friendly hotel! 2 mins walk to beach. It is near to all necessary shops.

Not far from the beach. Not noisy, but not provincial street at the beginning of Calangute. Nice rooms with carved wooden furniture. Everything is working and not old. No damp, no odors, only on condition of staying above the 2nd floor.

Very nice place to stay. Clean Room, close to the beach, safe for couples and family. Neat comfy and on budget. Polite Staff as well.

Great hotel, inexpensive. The beach, shops, cafe Saki, all within walking distance. Music, guitar in the restaurant every evening.

Hi all, just returned from Goa, it was a stunning vacation, I never meet any positive so many people gathered in one place! The hotel is quite small, is on the main street of Holiday Street, e is the name justifies itself is a true holiday! Rooms at the hotel are very decent, tasteful, beautiful wooden furniture fridge, air conditioning, safe in the cupboard, ceiling fan, very conveniently located restaurant on the first floor, also with live music, the area is very clean, small pool, the beach is about 400 meters this street, on the beach there are many cafes, free sunbeds with umbrellas, here you can get a massage, paint a beautiful henna tattoo, many are souvenirs that can please friends house. In the evenings we were going to a big company at the restaurant, singing karooke, tried Kingfish with beer of the same brand, of this place were the warmest and most pleasant memories.

It was very fantastic time I spent in Seagull hotel. I stayed with my family for two nights on 19 march 2014. Service was very excellent. Room and overall hotel was very clean and hygienic as maintain quality on all aspect. As we are vegetarians and the hotel is specialized in non-veggie food but they served us clean and tasty veggie food. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Pool was also clean.

It was the fact that right next to the beach. Very good restaurant, very democratic prices, food is fresh and tasty. Despite the fact that the hotel is very small, there is a small pool where you can relax. Who is interested in sports games, you can watch in the evenings in the restaurant with the big screen! Highly recommend those to whom important good service and location close to the sea.
