Great Team, great service, clean rooms, no complaints and Sulochum a true star behind the bar, really pleased with our stay :-)

Cute and cosy. A decent budget hotel with well maintained swimming pool and garden dining :-) loved my stay here.

Ambiance is awsome so you can spend quality time with friends and family. Guitar shape swimming pool nice.

Not been for a while, but have stayed here and found it great value for money… It is basic and clean. Ideal position, not far from beach or bars shops etc… Shopping centre at the streets was interesting were you can bargain and get value for your money. Walking distance to the Baga beach, room is not too good, swimming pool is very small, restaurant food was tastey.

Great bar and restaurant. Staff can't do enough for you. Must try when in baga.

Hello world! I'm not a seasoned traveler newbie. Stayed at the hotel with a young man. In the second case. The farthest room. From here one minus-Wai-wai hard took. But. Guys. After sightseeing and walking I returned to the hotel long-awaited home as an oasis of civilization. The rooms are good for India. Clean. It's beautiful. As much as possible neat. I do not see the point of selecting a star in the recall because of the things that are peculiar to the terrain. Yes, there are ants (we lived on the first floor) but it's India! Everyone lives and rejoices in life! Yes, the decoration of the rooms is not perfect new. But all this is of no importance. I was leaving the room with a quiet shower and returning to it. We requested cleaning as needed. It was made qualitatively. And the low ratings I consider as a side effect of those who went to GOA to sleep and sit in the room. Strange. By the way the kitchen is gorgeous! Not a single NIS will please you as a cook in a café at the hotel. All Good rest!

The room has no TV, shower with toilet is not separated, so when the shower is included then the water is just everywhere! There is a fan, but it is very noisy and very much frost, hangs over a bed, therefore at night to include not an option, that is afraid to get sick from such quantity of cold air (the open balcony in principle saves). The loud music is noisy at night, it is very difficult to sleep.

Staff is not professional but are friendly. The room I recieved did not have tv. When I asked I got reply rudely "who comes goa to watch tv". I felt cheated as I was not told so before check-in The AC too was very old, And did not work properly I had trouble breathing in middle of the night. I guess something wrong with the AC. The rooms are clean the food is awesome and reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels. The location is good. Close to beach. Lots of shops nearby and reachable by bus (walkable from busstop). Overall. I would avoid this one in summers when AC is a must and their AC is old and not well mantained. Any other time this is great place.

Very pathetic services of hotel management. They don't even provide drinking water, no room service, till 3 days from check-in & rude and responseless behaviour of staff. Also no any resolution against our complaint… Guys, if u want to enjoy your trip then stay away from this hotel… Wastage of money & time… I heared about this hotel hence I booked here but it seems that it was wrong decision… Once again guys. Plz avoid hotel luaNove.

Worst place to stay. They don't offer water, clean bedsheets, towels… Nothing at all. Just the location is nice. Near to bag beach.

This is lowest rating possible. Hotel asks you to use candles at night and no clean sheets or TV connection.

Hotel is located in very good location nearby to Baga and Titto. Restaurant is there just for name sake, noone will pick up your call in restaurant. Room service is good.

Good location. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
The area is small, but beautiful and clean, for a threesome is generally great.
The hotel staff is not very friendly, but often not at reception, clean in a room, lose things in the laundry and stuff.

When I was on the Goa, I was warned that a lot of the hotel was not worth the wait, but the hotel was good. The room was very clean and spacious, and the room was very clean and very clean and comfortable. By the standards of India, this is a very nice hotel with a good territory. Well, who's going to stop at bug, you can have a good book, a nice hotel. 's The scooter has a $300 in the vicinity of the hotel. Everybody's got a pledge back, no problem, and scooters are good.

The hotel is normal. It's rare, but if you ask, they will. We lived in F2 view from the window no, but the balcony! There was an "indoor animal" Gekonchik eat the mosquitoes in abundance. The refrigerator wasn't working on a request to fix us. The staff is friendly and lazy, so you have to booth and ask somewhere to insist. Pretty good. And since we just slept well.

This place is too much costly for the services they provide, no drinking water, no intercom, room size is ok, TV just for namesake, no payment through card, food is very costly, if you planning for this hotel being near to beach… there are lot of options available nearby… better to reach and book only after looking into the hotel… pictures that are shown on sites doesn't resemble with real one.

My parents stayed in Lua nova hotel for 9 days they simply loved the hotel perfect ambience, perfect location perfect staff! Mr Anthony was great! My parents loved this hotel! Strongly recommended!

Most pathetic hotel, staff is never present and also is very rude, hotel doesn't have a generator back up. More pathetic is they give candles to adjust in the situations! Ac doesn't work and so does the hotel.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful. Nice, modern room, wait for the 12:00. In go, if you want to change your underwear go. Relax family, there are three of us, all happy. In the room come overnight. In room refrigerator, tv, air conditioning, bathroom (shower), balcony, two huge beds, wardrobe room, huge ceilings, ceiling fans, beds (coolest thing). Before going to India to watch the videos. Standard of living is very low and therefore the corresponding service. Don't expect five-star luxury.

My review is not about the hotel Lua Nova! When we arrived, we poselli in chasna near the hotel, as the hotel had vacant rooms! Now, the rooms are dirty, in our room lived by the owner, smoky, linen ash, shower room is dirty and in the same spirit. Ask to clean the room useless! Linen not changed, towels are white only formally, in fact, grey! Light periodically disappears, it would seem to be amazing — India, but it disappears only in this godforsaken hotel in the neighboring hotels there is light! Ask useless questions, really can not say anything! Well continue in the same spirit.

Very nice n value for money hotel with good staff only mr paul the receptionist was not good. Very beautiful guitar shape pool n food is also good but expensive. Mr Anthony owner of the hotel very nice n decent guy. Overall experience was good n hardly 2-3min walking distance from the beach. Thank you hotel lua nova for m6 best trip to goa. Hotel n room were clean n the best thing that they are renovating all the room.

Room tariff is quite value for money and also the hotel is located in the center for all tourist spots and also it is in walkable distance to reach Baga Beach. Room is clean and neat and swimming pool was very clean and water quality is good. Edit: Only draw is there is no person for room service.

This is a beautiful place for family, group of friends spacious and friendly atmosphere, I have been here with my husband, a friendly treat from our friend NESTER (Owner — LIBRA GROUP) Food is mind blowing.

A very poorly maintained hotel with no services at all, the complementary breakfast is bread and butter and cost of tea here is 30rupees per tea.
