Amazing ambience and sevice.

This place is little expensive but worth the money, the staff and all were over friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would personally rate it 4.5 / 5 We had opted for candlelight dinner and the arrangement we up to the mark.
Pool and the area around it is very clean and well maintained.
You can see Greenery every were. Would like to thank the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

We stayed here for 5 days. It's a beautiful resort in calangute. Staff is very polite, we love their hospitality, food was also delicious. Their complementary breakfast was very tasty and had lots of variety. We'll definitely come back soon.

Excellent stay. No doubts. But the pictures in the internet is not the same as on reality but place is awesome no doubts. Loved the place.

This beautiful property although on a small busy lane is a luxurious place to stay. We were there during off season so got a villa at a killer price. Enjoyed the food and the hospitality. Special thanks to the head chef Mr. John, Ms. Sheetal and the Butler in the villa section. Overall had an awesome time.

Good place for fun and enjoy. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Goa is always great place for foody and this is an example of that. I would recommend this motel.

Amazingly superb resort. Loved the peace and very clean hotel. Rooms are highly recommended, you will not get at this rate like these rooms. Hospitality and restaurant staffs are so friendly. Would love to recommended this hotel to everyone. Go for it once I am damn sure you will love it.

Very good property and beach is at walkable distance. Main problem here is with Four Wheeler parking. Hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot for it's customers. You have to park it infront of hotel which is a very narrow road. You have to be very lucky to find a parking spot near to hotel. Sometime security guard will help you but it's depend on that person. Staff at reception don't help you with it. They just tell you to find parking with your own. Buffet Breakfast spread is very good. Lunch and dinner food items are also good but nothing great with sea food.

Very nice quaint 3-star hotel. They have a nice lobby with stacked books and you get a warm feeling sitting there. It is bang on the road and is about 300-400m away from a quite stretch of Calangute beach. Please note, the lane that takes you to the beach is only walkable; you can take your car to only one point and there is no parking available there. Better leave it at the main road near the hotel. Food in the adjoining restaurant is really good and their complimentary breakfast has a really good spread with south Indian and continental. Has a nice swimming pool and most rooms overlooking that. All in all a good place to have a nice holiday.

Hotel is small but totally okay… Staff very nice and helpful. Cleanliness in the rooms is good.

Resort is calm and has nice view of pool from the balcony. Overall ambience is pleasant. Rooms got nice lighting and room service is good.

Loving this beautiful resort. The beach is very close by, just a 10 minute walk. The ambience is good. Food is excellent and the staff very friendly. They have all facilities. Rooms are neat and clean.

Located within a busy shopping district in Goa, walking distance to beach, less than 1/2 mile. A nice oasis with a pleasant pool to dip into in the hot afternoons, a nice open reception area where Wi-Fi access is good. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Food was excellent. All the staff were excellent and communication in english both at the hotel and about town was easy.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is 200mts from the beach and can be accessed through a narrow lane in front of the hotel. The place is the heart of Calangute and Candolim.

Great location. Good breakfast. Awesome rooms. And view. Should take the room on the first floor with pool view if you wish to enjoy the hours you are in the hotel. Courteous staff. Overall a good place to stay in North Goa.

Restaurant very clean and neat. Nice service and taste good. Attached menu for your reference. Food Little little expensive as this is located at tourist hub, but compare to other restaurant this is reasonable price. Prawns with glass of beer.

Casa de goa is a wonderful place for short stay, they provide good service of everything but not for Wi-Fi. So if you are planning to go goa casa de Goa will be good option… Go go Goa.

Nice and cozy place and well managed.

Little bit far from sea beach but quite place with great hospitality. Rooms are decent, pool are also fantastic. Buffet breakfast has lot of variety but main courses are little bit expensive.

Well this is my second visit every thing here is kept designed while keeping in my international tourists, this has a perfect ambience, nice food and hospitality.

A wonderful property. It's a 3 star hotel. It's just as its described online in their website… Beautiful rooms and pool. 3 people can accommodate comfortably. Just opposite side they have property with villa style with suites. Bt there kids aren't allowed. It's small but very cozy… They 1 restaurant with amazing food. It's a multi cuisine. A great variety of liquor and all of it a good price.

Pros:- -Clean rooms -Good service -Good experience overall Cons:- -They say free Wi-Fi but only offer in "balcony" of the room. This is pathetic. I didnt even get it in the balcony. Advice: — If you dont offer Wi-Fi in rooms, please dont add it on your brochures that you provide Wi-Fi.

The rooms smell of decay, very high humidity, the photo does not correspond, the rooms are grey and dirty, no refrigerator, Breakfast one name omelet with one egg it's just some sort of crap, and most importantly bed BUGS, we were just terrified when I woke up in the night these creatures even light are not afraid of climbing on the bed. Room for us the next day and changed the bed bugs there were I think in the new room they were just not as much. In General or anyone suggest. The hotel is so dumb there only to sleep and that because bed bugs do not sleep, and yet what a good home and taken away with them these creatures.

Very poor service and please don't eat food, high price.

Wrong locaction mentioned. Search with Baga residency old name of hotel, you will get the exact location. Also, pathetic hotel to stay. Lot of cockroach in room, poor service and high price.
