Very bad useless service. Food quality is not good. Its so expensive.

New year party arrangements r fantastic. But cost is on very higher side. Me and my family r enjoying 👍👍

We hosted a 3 days wedding here. At the time of the booking, they committed something else to take the booking and while execution, denied it upfront. They call themselves a 4 star resort but the services are that of a 1 star motel. For each and every small service related thing, we had to call them 5 times atleast. The room service is also extremely pathetic. Example — The banquet hall was booked from 9AM, but after multiple multiple follow ups, the lights and ACs were switched on at 11 AM. Further, no manager or higher authority is present at the resort. Even if we try to contact them, we are being made excuses as to why they are not available. Moreover, the staff at the resort is also not very easily reachable unless you shout at them. There is no responsibility taking. They just pass on the responsibility like the "pass the ball" game. The rooms are spacious, however they needs to be maintained. My room (bride's room) had drainage issues in the washroom and water used to spill over on the floor from the bottom of the washbasin. I told about this issue, but again nobody took care of it, since I didnt follow up. And I wasnt able to follow up because I was busy following up for wedding related arrangements. The chef (Kishore Ji) at the resort is very good and cooks extremely delicious food. However, the catering service is unexplainably pathetic. We had to follow up with them multiple times even for serving water during lunch / dinner.

They need to improve a lot on service parameters… It doesn't seem that any staff of their has been groomed to be suitable for Hospitality industry.

We had an absolutely fantastic night at Baywatch for Valentines night, there was a live band, Indian dancing, an enormous amount of food and a great atmosphere. I can highly recommend this lovely hotel and it’s staff. Many thanks to Piyush for organising it for us x.

Hotel is very nice. Location is also good. Beach is also near situated back side of the resort just 15 min walk you will reach there so called private beach. Food is also nice Waiter are also good n helpful. But you will face 1 problem in every rooms there's lots of ants in the rooms surrounding which can sometime seen in the rooms. And never take the room near the water pump you will have to face the noise of the pump 24 hours.

Would have given 5 star if the event info was passed while checking in which we missed. Food, ambience and service were 5 star. Check-in delayed as its crowded. Only issue is no transport apart from the car rentals outside the resort.

Stay here went awesome and we got the pool and beach view room. Food was good and there's swimming pool. Overall a great experience. It's walkable from the beach.

Amazing resort with really cozy rooms and friendly staff. The pool is clean but had a high chlorine when we had our stay there. The food could have been better. Veg items are good. Non veg items are very limited and the fish that was given to us was very bad. Breakfast however, was amazing. Had lots of varieties and was really tasty. All in all a great hotel for a weekend escape. And being close to the beach, you can always go for midnight beach walks ;)

Room are very clean and decent. The pool is fun. Food is very nice and is reasonably priced. Beach is walking distance from the hotel. The property is kids, couple and family friendly.

Rooms are spotless, we were b&b but breakfast didn't have a choice of fruit, it was watermelon with bits of pineapple through it or nothing, other choices they tend to cater more on local taste… I can't eat curry etc on a morning… but they do make lovely omelette & scrambled egg, prices at bar are expensive, even dearer than UK! They also hold weddings, conferences etc, so be prepared for noise late evening in main hotel if ur facing pool!

Realy was a comfortable stay. The food served there is also great. The pool was also great. They also have a good and big bar. The Rooms and Room service was also great. The price there is average. October November and December is the best time to visit the place!

We stayed in the year 2013. Great hotel. Arrived about 10 hours pp, resettled almost immediately. We were given a clean room on the 2nd floor, the plumbing worked. For 12 days no problems have arisen. The staff was very helpful and reacted. Very good breakfast. It was the best stay of my life! I remember it as a dream!

Must say, from the first step we had in the hotel, we could feel the hospitality. Very courteous, helpful and always smiling staff.   Good food. Pool was not very clean, people without proper swim wear are allowed. Less choice of food for kids. May be, they can consider this point. But overall good stay. Beach is not connected to the hotel, it's at a walking distance.

I have just come back from a second holiday to Baywatch Resort. I had an amazing time as I did the previous visit. It was nice to see they had updated the accommodation. The reception staff were very friendly and courteous this year except for the manager Sarojeet. He needs some lessons on how to deal with guests. The food was amazing and Anthony the restaurant manager was amazing. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful. His staff were also the same they all did a brilliant job. I shall certainly consider coming back for a third visit.

Located near sernabatim beach this is a decent resort. The rooms were pretty clean. The pool was pretty small as per my expectations. The beach is not connected to the resort. The beach is clean and serene. Food was a bit spicy. Staff was courteous. Overall it was decent.

We're here for the third day, as long as everyone likes it, beautiful territory.

We went for a family get together 16 at Baywatch resort. We with my family, we enjoyed a lot. The food was excellent and rooms are good and tidy. From room balcony has a great view of swimming pool and sernabatim beach.

1. It placed in South Goa. 2. From resort to beach just 200m and beach was so amazing there you see white crab. 3. Resort placed in outer from main area surrounding within 1km you only find beach. 4. From there to other area they have cab with cost and the cost is so high. 5. Food taste in this resort is medium. 6. Swimming pool have only 4ft.

There's nothing to share. I love honesty. Southern GOA 5. The hotel sucks. The photo will be below. At the reception gave $50 at 11 a. M. To justify the room to the second floor overlooking the pool.
Minus (running forward not for the first floor — for his condition), the second time in this room the beloved woman will not bring.

It was a very bad experience with this resort. We were given the staff room instead paying the full amount of money of the DELUXE ROOM. I mean how one can be irresponsible. I also came to know that they have 52 rooms and later they told me that all rooms are of equal quality. I feel pathetic. And the staff there was very unattentive and rude in nature. Our rooms were dirty and no one cared for the cleanliness of the room. This was not expected from this. I will never recommend this resort to any one and will suggest every guest to stay away from this resort. Don't Ever choose this property to stay in Goa.

Hi. Stayed @Baywatch for 4 nights. Very Comfortable and homely place to stay with. Beach is nearby — 5 mins walk. Have to mention the food provided — Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner — Very Good. The staffs are very friendly. The F & B captain, to be mentioned here, Mr. Anthony, is very caring and he took personal care to each and every guest in the restaurant. Had a great stay. If you are planning to Goa, Make it to Baywatch Resort.

Nice location. The room is clean and spacious, the food is very nice. But we were not happy when it took over 2 hours to check us in, staff mistook us for another couple and were very chaotic,.

I came here from Dehradun with my school trip… it was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed a lot. The poolside party was just amazing.

Had gone after reading some fantastic reviews. The hotel was okay with decent facilities. The food and hospitality were average. Also, the price was pretty high for the facilities provided.

Nice hotel. Basic but functional. Reception is poor but all the staff are very accommodating and can't do enough for you. The food is good but kept warm by tee lights so you need to eat early for heat hot food.

Few things was very strict… like. As Goa is famous for Drinks with cheap rates but in this hotel you will get prices like Mumbai. After 3 Night staying with paying huge amount of money for New Year bash… We didn't get anything complementary except food. Soft beverages item's also purchased… No out side drinks also allowed. Breakfast items also been reduced… as I visited twice in this hotel… Minibar has been given to room for show purpose only… People going to hotel for self relaxsation… on this hotel everything will get time to time only…

Very good resort with excellent location right by the sea. Taste of breakfast could have been better, though several options were available.

Just checked in and had the worst experience ever in the hotel. Had to compulsorily pay 10k for the new year celebration party which does not even include drinks. I was not even asked before either by Goibibo (worst experience with Goibibo as well) or hotel to pay this extra compulsory amount when I booked the hotel just for stay. I had to pay 10k before check-in though I told them that I am here for a different plan and don't want to attend their party. Staff is not at all co-operative for anything and were not able to understand anything and simply wants to get money for the party and extra for the drinks. Hoping to write a more detailed experience which I will definitely share post my 2 days stay here (as I have already paid almost 23k now).

I had a 2 room booking for me and my husband and my sister with her husband from 5th December to 19th. I have been to North Goa before but my sister and her husband have never been.
There was a minor problem on check in which was sorted out easily. The only thing is it was 3am and had already gone to bed when I had to get up to sort this problem out.
The restaurant, bar, pool and housekeeping staff were ALL FANTASTIC.
The food was really good but could have kept hotter at times. The rooms were basic in décor but spacious and clean.
Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The location for us was ideal. It may not suit people who want lots of bars and nightlife. We would definitely return to this hotel.
As I have previously mentioned, the only problems were at Reception which training and communication skills need improving and keeping the food hot in the restaurant. Congratulations Baywatch for making our holiday so wonderful.

Noisy resort. Not advisable for couples. Foreigners (white skinned) are highly welcome here. They would go extra miles to serve foreigners. Indians are not paid any attention unless you are a big group. Avoid seafood here. They serve stale and bad seafood that should have been discarded other wise. They served us a fish which we could not even eat. Best is to stay vegetarians here. Vegetarian food is okay. Not great but above average. Service needs to be improved. We faced issues with bedsheets and towels which was not expected. I saw the reception guys misbehave with an elderly couple. I protested and later they apologized to me. I told them we are not related, please go and apologize to them. I had booked a four days stay here. But I would not book there again.

A place for leisure with great hospitality and food. Beach is too near with a lovely scenic beauty with the actual essence of Goa. Last but not the least the pub on the beach with beer and Scotch is just amazing.

This is the worst resort I have ever experienced in my life. I stayed in this property on 7 Nov 2017 with my friends. Their service is pathetic. Plus they have issues in giving you towels in checkout day. At the top they forcibly asked us to vacate room despite they agreed for an 11:45 am checkout which I think is acceptable. Their quality of breakfast is abysmal. I suggest nobody should stay there ever.

A deserted resort offering good food… Half kilometer walk to the beach. Located in south goa but no shops nearby. Large rooms… Good for couple's.

If you have any self respect don't choose this restaurant. If u have a visitor they won't allow them even to the reception. They will shut the gate on their face making u red faced. Then they treat their customers as theifs they will lock fridge before you check out with clear pretext that u may not steal something. Do not take this resort if you have 1 percent of self respect.

They do not attend to their guests at all. I came and my luggage was taken by the security guard and for half an hour I kept asking where is my luggage, with no response. Finally after 55 minutes of wondering, I walked to the gate in the heat and carried my luggage from the gate. I had to ask for the welcome drink and I traveled so much to reach this place and they showed zero hospitality as if they are doing me a favour to let me stay there. No apologies for making me wait or walk to get to my luggage or not giving me my room in time. Pathetic. It's very irritating that they only pay attention to foreigners. I will never come back here.

Nice resort. Location is good for people who love beaches. Rooms are big and spacious. Pool is clean. Front desk staff could be lil more efficient and helpful. Free breakfast was not up to mark!

Nice place with a lot going on. The food is ok. The beach is 5 to 10minutes away depending on your walking abilities. Clean beach where you can Wade 100 metres into the sea. The hotel is old but has been kept well.

Amazing place. Had a peaceful stay and good food too though on the price side. Staff was polite and the security guy watching kids near the pool saved my 2 yr old from drowning. Very well maintained space with private beach access.

The worst customer service you can get here. They will not entertain any customer request. I am VP and did my booking in advance for my trip. I am staying with two of my kids 5 and 10 and they are part of package I booked. Following are the issues I have been facing. 1. I checked in at 8.30 PM. My family was there at reception for 2 hours. They did not ask for a single glass of water. Although welcome drinks and tea is part of my package. They did not have basic courtesy to serve water to the family with two kids. 2. They allocated me small room where you cannot move if u put two beds for kids. After raising the concern multiple time they made n number of promises to change room and I am still waiting for same. Manager Ms. Pasty promised me to change room today evening 6 PM or cancel the booking. She is now now picking calls. 3. The kind of mattresses provided, nobody can sleep. The cotton was out from so many places and you even cannot sit on those and they expect you kids to sleep. Wow 4. I called 6-7 times to change mattresses and they every time asked to come back in 5 minutes. I am still waiting for those 5 minutes. They will treat you like you are burden on them. I am still awake and waiting for mattresses to sleep. There are many other problems like they will force you to take lunch and dinner package. Guys, please stay your own, but do not book any room here. You will spoil your holidays. Thanks Sunil Mehta Room no.

Excellent surroundings, neat and clean beach at just 200 meters distance. Excellent food quality. Variety of food & snacks be it Indian, Continental, Chinese and so on… The perfect head chef himself interact with guests and decides menu accordingly. Professional staff and management. Excellent place to spend quality time with family and friends. Well maintained swimming pool. A serene place that deserves to be visited time and again.

My honeymoon place 6 years back. Very awesome experience. Nice food. Friendly staff. Awesome spa experience. Can't wait to come back to this place.

I have just come back from this resort with 5 of my friends and have had a fantastic time. My friends and I travel all over the world but this was our first trip to India and not only will we be back but we will be back the Baywatch Resort next year. Food was amazing and Anthony and his staff where very attentive and made our stay wonderful. Keep up the good work.

The room we were given was tiny and cramped. The bathroom had a wc meant for a small child or a midget. Besides this, it smelt bad and the water collected in pools and wouldn't dry the entire time. On the positive side, the night front desk staff Mr. Kiran gave us a room after some insistence. Otherwise we would have to wait until 1.00 pm to be allotted a room which wasn't a consideration after an international flight. He also came to our aid when we had a minor mishap one night.

Plz don't go there because it's very dangerous place and mobile network not available and Wi-Fi charge apply 100 rupee for 1 day.

Resort is clean and well maintained. Pool is also well maintained but small Food is not great. Pork was also served. Spa is ordinary. Gym is poorly maintained. Most of the equipment is broken or cumbersome to use. Front desk is average barring few. SIGHT SEEING TOUR is pathetic. Pls dont opt for that. Poor AC in vehicle and they stop randomly and u miss many good spots esp the beaches. Cruise is not that great.

I suggest u that plz don't come to this resort there r many problems of manythings… There are the problem of Network, Water and when the people go to the swimming pool the member will say that u have to purchase a new shorts (rs 300) otherwise u can't swim… The cost of RS 5 lays is Rs 30, Rs 40 kingfisher is of Rs 122… Outside weather is very hot… you can stay or any other hotels near bay watch resort and that will be in cheaper price… And environment will also clean of that hotel… But I suggest u plz don't go there.

A cool romantic resort in goa for couples. It has two mid size pool, play zone for kids. It is close to Beach. Food is not so great. Service is just good enough.

Do not stay at this hotel. There are way better options for an extra 10 euros. Rooms without windows, smelling like public restrooms and with cockroaches… DO NOT STAY AT BAYWATCH.

We have been their for 3 night 4 days fro 14th to 17th October 2013 we had good experience in the Resort Resort is well maintained Room service to improve little more better way, Regarding spa improve some more, Rooms should be some more interior like Fresh flower and Room freshener. Pool is well maintained, B L D was very good food we had on all days package. Defiantly I will visit once again with my full family in next Holidays.

Horrible. We booked a honeymoon package with them. Horrible hotel. I would give it a 2star. Candle light dinner next to the pool? they set it up in the dinner hall where they had a company group. They were all noisy and drunk. Never again to stay here. Just horrible.

Good food, music, atmosphere, awesome beach, interesting funky little bar.

A nice hotel, I liked. But the food is not very much, there are better walking at a café on the beach.
