We stayed at this magical place for 5 days. Absolutely amazing experience, nice clean accommodation, great food, great drinks and big big thank you to all stuff. Very friendly, nice, kind, helpful. Especially massive thank you to Loki and Nori (best guys ever). Hope I will come again ❤️

The property is good in terms of looks, its located exactly beach facing but very pathetic service. There was no Wi fi Facility, fan was not working properly. Every time I asked the concerned person he used to say I ll get it done but never happened. Even after requesting couple of times my issues were not resolved.

Amazing stay at the Patnem Beach. They have these beautiful cozy hut-like rooms by the beach… So, you walk out of the room and you're on the beach. And this beach, Patnem, is super awesome… One of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches I saw in Goa. The crowd is great too, very less Indians though.

Very good beautiful beach view rooms. Nice place to stay and spend your time. Just close to Beautiful Palolem beach and honeymoon beach. Clean rooms. Also good quality Goan, Indian & Continental dishes served here. But only drawback here is their taxi service. They charge you heavy. OK enjoy your time bye.

Keep in mind when you’re booking at this place — these are budget beach houses. Pros: amazing location, steps from the beach (ours had a beach view). Not far to some amazing restaurants and shops. Lots of beach chairs to lounge on. Nice little porch with chairs and table to sit at. Cons: most nights had music pumping until 11-11:30pm. Bathrooms in this place were gross, our toilet barely ever flushed normally we had to add buckets of water. Lots of bugs in the room (you can see where the wall and roof meet there are spaces to the outside). If you’re just looking for a place to crash on the beach and the music doesn’t bother you it’ll be fine.

The room was horrible. Had a really bad experience here. Bathroom floor had tarpaulin kind of covering and no proper flooring. There were ants and roaches everywhere. There I was no mirror in the bathroom. Doors and windows were very flimsy. The curtain was so thin that it didn't serve any purpose. There was no AC. It gets hot as hell during the day and it's impossible to stay indoors. They have made the cheapest room possible and definitely not worth the amount they charge for the room. However, the view is fantastic. The room directly overlooks the sea. The food is awesome as well.

We have booked Round Cube beach bunglow for 3days of Rs 5500/ per day, from 23rd December onwards, after consulting hotel front desk directly. On arrival at Palolem, Goa at our schedule date we called hotel for assistance accordingly one person namelg Irfan arrived and show us way towards opposite as location showed at Google map. Irfan took us beside Coco Huts Resort/Art Resort and show as some cootage (5 cottage all), in a narrow, dirty lane and informed it was Roundcube beach bunglow which is different as shown at website. Also there was no sighn board. We understood that we are cheated. We asked Irfan to provide room at Roundcube beach bunglow, where we booked our room, but he insist that the said property is Roundcube and our booking was made there. We know that Round cube has two property as Beach bunglow and guest house, but we confused about the 3rd unmarked property. Later one Mr Rupesh from Roundcube arrived and insist to stay there and assured us. Rupesh also confessed that the property come cost not more than Rs 2500/ per day. Lastly we made a call to local police station and narrate the story, but Irfan made call to his men of local ps and set the whole thing. But we stick to our point and asked them to provide our schedule rooms at beach bunglow or returned our money (but booking money was not refundable).

Right by the beach, great place to relax and enjoy Palolem beach and surroundings. Well equipped, well maintained, friendly and attentive staff. Colocated with a beach restaurant.

Cool nice cottages on a wonderful beach. This beach is lesser crowded, that enhances the beauty of this place.

Worst. Dont ever book here… worst rooms, service. Many better hotels available nearby… worst ever experience.

Good value for money if you get the price correctly. Not amazing accommodation but comfortable for something so basic. No you only have a side view of the sea but you step out on the sand path and walk 50 meters to the beach. Other huts look better and are on the beach but what do you really need. Electricity failed sometimes but it does all over the place. Linked to the Found Things restaurant and that place is one of the best on Palolem.
