Although small property but service is good front seat is not helpfull food quality is excellent room size is adequate but bathroom even lag bathtubs swimming is a great attraction for kids as well as adult kitchen staff is too friendly and good there is lot big issue with taxi union outside resort as they overcharge u and hotel is totally help less better to hier self drive car for full enjoyment not a beachfront property but beach is hardly 2 min walk away approach 3/5 food 4.5/5 front desk 2.5/5 rooms 3/5 blue lagoon bar 3/5 overall 3.5/5

The Heritage Village Club is a great place to stay but beware of buying from the Jeweler. Purchased a gold necklace and bracelet which was supposedly 18k.
Have recently had it tested in the UK to find that it is actually under 9k.
To say that I am angry is an understatement.

Beautiful property. Quiet beach. Excellent service and very helpful staff. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable.

Gave them another chance after an year or so. Was in Heritage Resort Manesar in Jan 2020. Had a bad experience but managers called and apologized and assured a good stay next time. But NOO! They stood up to their disappointment when I am in their Goa resort today.
Room is pathetic. Staff does not response.
I am sure this is my last stay with them.

children love it as there are many activities for them as well as for adults. Team games, board games, table tennis, badminton, cycles, e — bikes They also have a library and a lovely bar wherr you can park yourself all day
There is a live band playing in the evening which is beautiful. Food is very delicious with different cuisines on the menu
Property is hygienic, well maintained rooms and above all fabulous hospitality by the amazing staff… felt like home away from home. We did not feel like leaving the place. Surely coming back again. special shout to the GM, Salome, Agnelo and the staff responsible for the games. We had a memorable stay thanks to their wonderful hospitality

Extremely nice hotel with superb levels of customer care from all the staff and also the management.
Food is varied and is of a high standard, so really had some great combinations.
The shows at night have been mixed with some good acts and some which could have been better however sitting outside in 27c in February can't be bad.
Overall a superb place to visit for a relaxing break in the heat of India, however quick recommendation to also explore the real India outside of the gates.

A lovely friendly atmosphere, all the public areas are clean and well maintained.
Staff very friendly and extremely attentive nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure everything is fine, everyone is made to feel like a valued guest.

We fell in love with this place, it’s delicious food and helpful staff who are incredibly attentive, knowledgable and friendly. Great place if you want a quiet relaxing break away from the hustle, but with things to do if you wish. The hotel discovered we were celebrating a birthday, so they decorated our room and delivered gifts. A special place, totally recommend. Thank you for looking after us and we’ll return x.

A lovely quiet hotel with very friendly staff. A few activities if you want to join in but no pressure. The rooms, bar and reception areas have been upgraded since our last visit two years ago, a definite improvement. Lovely pool and a fantastic beach 5 minutes walk away. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Relaxing restfull hotel (not suitable for anyone wanting a busy /atmosphere. Very friendly staff who do their upmost to help people despite working long hrs. The food was beautiful loads of choice and very little repitition in the 2 weeks we were here. Lovely sandy beach walkable.

Had the most amazing time.
Can’t really fault it at all. Lovely hotel. Gorgeous food and amazing staff.
I have coeliacs disease and need to follow a gluten free diet. The chefs went out of their way to tell me what I could eat and make me alternatives if needed. They also catered for my fussy kids.

Friendly hotel staff are fabulous food is great can’t want for anything more so relaxing.

Really good resort with excellent facilities n food. Buffet meals with three non veg options. Rooms are well maintained with all facilities. 12 hour window for unlimited drinks as per the set menu. Activities are arranged every night in the lobby and also during the day by Mr Pandey n team. He is really funny. Beach is 5 mins away. Spa n gym just adjacent to the resort. Cycles available at no extra cost. Not to forget the good hospitality by the friendly staff who are so hardworking but always calm n polite. Overall it was a great experience! I will definitely recommend.

Great place, great idea, great kitchen service (they served up some really great fish curry on demand). However, food options in the buffet can be improved upon. As well as, housekeeping services — they had run out of bath towels so we used the same for 2 days (in beach areas, it is not acceptable to me due to sand issues). The cottages need some upliftment work too. Yet, despite these little things, it is a beautiful property and reception services were wonderful too. They try and make your stay as comfortable as possible, sometimes going behind what their "job statement" says. The games room is the perfect getaway for kids and so are the specially organised evenings. In fact, they even have a gem of a singer amongst their staff. A lady with shirt hair — a wonderful singer and an equally warm and welcoming person. Highly recommended for those looking for a family holiday with an all inclusive package.

Was here for a corporate event. You can walk or cycle (available at the resort) to Arrossim beach from here. We did face some technical glitches with respect to the meeting but rest of the experience was great. Food was good. They keep having interesting activities for the residents at night. Had a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Nice hotel with good amenities. Very close to the beach which is almost empty all the time as it's not located in the more publicly accessible place. The food in the resort is good, but I wouldn't say it's one of the finest. The restaurant menu is very limited if you are looking to order from it, the emphasis is more on the buffet which is a little pricy if you've to opt for it. Rooms are neat and clean and staff is helpful. They do have an entertainment program every evening which might interest a few. Overall, 4 for it's location, amenities and staff.

Was my third visit to this beautiful and peaceful resort after 1999 & 2007. Far away from the hustle bustle of North Goa, situated just 200 mtrs from the Arrosim beach. If you are looking for a get away from your hectic schedule, this is a perfect place to chill and unwind for a couple of days. The resort offers an all inclusive package which includes 3 times buffet and unlimited house spirits combined with day and evening activities conducted by the activity team. To top it …up, it has an excellent pool with a bar to relive your senses. Just 20 minutes from the airport, this is perfect location if South Goa is what you want to explore and experience. We visited during the monsoon and the greenery just pops up. Goa is so beautiful during the rains. While most of the beach shacks wind up during this time of the season, a few shacks in Benaulim and Colva still run and provide exceptional sea food without burning a hole in your wallet. However, North Goa is filled with tourists and my advice would be to avoid this side of Goa during the rains. Will definitely be back again. Till then, keep up the good work and cheers.

A nice and cool place, no need to go any where. Friendly people at service makes your stay more comfortable. A beach nearby is like a private beach, with some sports activities.

I love this place because there are so any activities to do there like games, shows, cycles for cycling and spacious pool… Everyday they have a new game and a new show… also the food there is amazing… the room are pretty spacious… it's my favourite place in Goa.

This place is very popular with international tourists. You would find a lot of Russians roaming around on the road leading to the beach. All in all, the resort is a value for money space where you can relax with your family and friends.

This is a very beautiful and amazing place for family tour and travelled. Pool side location is very beautiful nature of the gardens. Restaurant is very good and beautiful and food quality is very good and food served is excellent condition. All staff are good behavior and helpful for anything else.

Updated for 2018 visit* In 2015 we visited the Heritage for a two week stay and didn't leave a review when I should of… from the moment we arrived at the Heritage it was so relaxed greeted with a drink and a smile The first time we stayed we had a standard room which was clean and big enough to sleep, wash and change… No point in staying in the room! One criticism was the air conditioning which was located in the window which was on the noisy side… Just made sure I had a few more drinks before bed!

I was pleasantly surprised to know upon arrival that they've upgraded my room. I was travelling with my wife and kid and this helped a lot. Staff is very friendly and you get all the facilities you can think of. Complimentary drink was icing on the cake. Overall I am very happy with the services. Indian food menu could have had more items (though whatever was there was very good and tasty). Almost all the guests in this hotel are foreigners, so they've designed menu and evening entertainment keeping them in mind. Pool usage was not part of my booking (I knew this only after reaching there, so you better enquire this in advance).

Very well run hotel nice friendly staff great beaches nearby good size rooms and well looked after gardens and pool. I was very I'll I had food poisoning from eating in the al Carte restaurant then again, after going into the buffet restaurant, I was given antibiotics to take as well as any sickness tablets and imodium, notices were then put up to use sanitizer before eating so many people must have been I'll, I did hear many say they were feeling bad around the pool. Heard one couple say there were only eating crisps from the local shop… we had a look at what they were selling but everything was out of date. Nice place if you want piece and quiet, not much to do around the area but easy to get a taxi to other wouldn't re visit.

Superb, amazing, wonderful. Top quality resort with private cottage like rooms with all modern amenities with a pool and a relaxing garden. Food buffet has a lot of variety for all meals at a reasonable rate for a resort. Beautiful quiet beach behind the resort about 5 mins walk or you can take a bicycle and roam about. Good for family holiday. Good evening entertainment also.

Fantastic hotel. The food is fantastic, everywhere is so clean, and staff are really helpful and can't do enough for you. The only thing I could say on a negative point, was that the entertainment at night wasn't brilliant. Would stop again.

This is one of our favourite places. Execellent food always. We were at Bogmalo but just went there for having lunch. Arossim beach is just 10 mins walk. This place is always full. So plan enough ahead to get the bookings!

Simply superb experience. It has all inclusive package that is stay plus unlimited food and drinks (for those who drink). Good place to go with kids. Ample security.

Excellent hotel, this is my 3rd trip to this hotel, and very helpful staff. I have had given recommendation to my friends and familyand most of them have visited and all of them were equally Happy to be here. Nice place to hangout with family and friends. Staff is very cooperative and has a personal attention to your care and safety.

This is our 'go to' place whenever we are in Goa. The place is located 5mins away from the beach at south Goa. It has daily activity planned for it's guests. The package deal with drink and food/snacks is perfect. The staff us well trained and friendly.

We had a package of 17000.00per head. To and fro by spicejet. Pickup and drop a/c car. Unlimited veg and nonveg food, alchoholic drinks. Half day sightseeing to panaji, etc. Something's we didnt like are: just 1 water bottle on a hot day per one room, that is between 3 persons, on the day we were going for sight seeing. Water served in room is not bottled water. Bottled water costs you ₹ 75.00, fish served was of local quality and hence not so tasty. Alchoholic drinks served are also of local brands that we have never heard of, you are not served drinks in your rooms, you, yourself have to carry them to your room which is very absurd, taps in the bathroom are hard to understand, the TV was on holiday so you cant relax in the room and have your drinks, Arrosim beach not very attractive. Air conditioners are too noisey, you need 2 extra drinks to go to sleep and then we couldn't find the remote to increase or decrease the temperature. Room service was late but staff in the bar or restaurant were quick. Whatever food we had was good. This post is to improve their services and for tourists to check before booking.

Best resort ever. Atmosphere is so pleasant. Loads of activities are planned everyday for the guests. Food is outstanding. Staff is courteous. Swimming pool, spa, gym, games room and everything else is just fantastic. I am going there for last 3 years. Can't think of staying anywhere else in Goa.

Very good stay. The place is very comfortable. Rooms very large with a king sized bed and a diwan if you have a third person. Each room has a balcony. Drinks are on the house morning till evening. Live music in the evening for any one to sit and enjoy. You could even dance if you are in mood. Pool & Table Tennis. Nice swimming pool 4ft depth. Separate toddler pool. Snacks available morning evenings. Overall very nice stay.

Best holiday destination ever. Just check in and forget the world outside. They have the best deals that include room, food and drinks. Swimming pool both for kids and adults, games and activities, entertainment in the evenings… they have it all. A complete package indeed for a great holiday.

"The the the best place" to chill out. I have really no words for this place. Amazing hospitality by the staff. Extra caring staff. I wud rather say that one would never ever find such hospitality by the staff anywhere in India.

I loved this place very much to rest the rooms are very clean and good but there is one big problem that this place is haunted m not joking but it happened wt me one night my family and me was sleeping my small daughter my wife n me was sleeping in one room n my other three daughters were sleeping in the next room which was joined to our room a door of a galery was locked titely but still it snapped loudly my three daughters shouted than it have been locked again omg! mye family n I was very scared so plzz when u r going to that place plzz check u r room n than enter plzz n m not saying dont go. Go but plzzz be careful.

We had a great relaxing holiday with a very first incoming staff. It was my best holiday… Much to recommend.

Hotel is a pleasant, kitchen varied but very acute. Walk down to the beach 5 minutes on a paved path. Beach lover, so as not equipped at all. No entertainment, sun loungers, towels. We liked it very much, as there is not a soul in sight, you can sunbathe naked. Beach width 50 meters and длянна many kilometers. The hotel is aimed at English, they are quiet, not depart from the pool and on the beach they are not. The staff is friendly, but English is not saying. With the child to go there I would not advise, he will get bored Yes and kitchen «for adults». If you go lie on the beach and swim in the sea, is the perfect place. Young, who need discos, bars and all that stuff, too, not like it. Since the average age of tourists 40 years. The overall impression is very good, want to return there once again.

Rooms are small but neat, air condition, refrigerator, TV with Russian channel RTR, shower and toilet combined. Nice and clean room, kitchen, Russian peasant not eat, for we were training separately, then began to prepare all is not acute. Towels and took with themselves. As to the beach and you can't take. Sea good, prices in bar very good. I would next time he took a ticket without food, and ate in the cafe — very good and angry prepared. Very glad to each client — shrimps, seafood, soups, eggs — everything is affordable. If not food, live it.
