They have a team of good staff. They listen your problem and try to solve it. Good team behaviour. One star is less because restaurant is bit expensive and room carpet they need change. Overall experience is good. A good hotel to stay.

What an amazingly good place this hotel Trebbo Ritu Ivy — this quaint, boutique hotel, in Kolkata turned out to be!. I had booked the place for a wedding and the entire wedding entourage comprising my extended family spent 2 nights there this July last. The location of the hotel excellent. The spacious rooms & bath room, the courtyard at the centre and the whole ambiance felt as if it was tailor made for us. The staff at the reception, the room service & at the dining, were all amazingly receptive, & nice. The food was also great. Everyone simply have had an awesome experience, and have carried very pleasant memories of this place. Thanks goes to the entire hotel staff & above all Mr. Chawla for taking care of every aspect.

The location of the hotel is okay but people traveling Kolkata for shopping or for a very short transit like us shouldn't pick this address. The staff at the reception are quite helpful. However, the attendants seemed kind of unprofessional; they should improve on that. The approach could be a little more cordial and warm. Breakfast should be more diverse. I believe, if they improve on their staff training, they will be one of the bests.
