Very poor Service. Waste of money. Never book this Hotel. Many good hotels at this price.

Nice hotel to stay… Since it's near to the main road little bit disturbing during night sleep… But Airport is very very close… The staffs are very courteous…

A nearby hotel from Netaji Subhas Chandra International Airport. They have pick and drop as complimentary. The stuffs are wel behaved. I found some silly issues there. Like there were no footwear inside the toilet. Tissues also not available in toilets. Others are good.

Near to the airport. Suitable to spend a night or two. The surroundings can be improved in terms of cleanliness. The hotel provides free pick up and drop.

The is just a 15 minutes walkable distance from the airport. Good hotel with all types of amenities. One way free airport drop is available.

Too small rooms, relatively high price compared to that rent, bad food service.

I am writing this on my first day at hotel. I have booked this hotel on phone for three nights. Initially they does glitches on my pickup. I waited for than an hour at airport. I keep calling them, they take it so casually. They don't pass messages, they don't keep messages of their clients. Every time you have to call them 5, 6 times for a single request. I regret, I would never suggest anyone or stay Again in this hotel. They charged me equal to 4star hotel. But services and amenities are zero. Even lodges serve better.

A motel kind of place. Good for overnight stay near airport. Airport pickup n drop available. Noisy rooms. Not good for family stay. Staff cooperative and decent for decent people.

Budget hotel. Close to the airport. Doesn't exactly live up to it's airport shuttle — they have one Jeep for all guests. We waited over an hour at the airport for them to come pick us up. Otherwise stay was nice, even the food was alright.

Close to airport best thing is free breakfast and airport pick up and drop but recommend for solo Traveller or Transit stay.

Very poor hotel that is showing as 3*. The only convenienc is near to the airport. Breakfast is awful. They do not take cards. They use to show the excuse that the card machine is not working. They use to provide the pick and drop service that is included in the room rent but you have to fix it at the time of hotel booking.

Shouldn't give any stars for this hotel. Very bad service. Food was horrible. When I call them they told me a rate and when checked out they increased the price and refuse to give me receipt and ask me to wait and they didt give. The front desk people very rude. Pls dont book this hotel. U will regret. No hot water as they advertise.

The hotel is okay being very near to Kolkata airport and same time providing comfortable stay and connectivity to other location within and outside Kolkata. Don't expect a delight in customer service or food being served. Overall, one can stay here for a day or two during transit.

I booked a room on 13th night but at 14th when my guest arrived they told no such booking has been made. They confirmed through wats app but they denied of booking.

Silver line hotel is located koltatta near Netaji Subash Chandra Basu Air port. Airport pick-up, drop, breakfast all facilities are available here.

Hotel is ok type, good for short stay. They provide the pickup and drop facility which is very good. Food is also good. Staff are good but service is not fast, no card payment facility only cash.

Hotel is maintained pretty decently. Although it is near to the airport, its location and surroundings are not good. Room service is above par. They are happy to to serve you all the time.

Not worth of the room charges. Since it is nearby the airport so they charge more. It took me 45 min from hotel to airport because of traffic. So don't assume it to be as nearby as it seems on Google map.

Customer service at its worst! Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, after doing the necessary payments at the check out desk, I was told that they could not issue me my receipts as the manager was out. They assured to send me the receipts by mail. Its been 2 weeks now and even after repeated phone calls to the Manager, Mr. Joy, my bill receipts has not been mailed to me. On one of the many telephonic conversations with the manager, he once assured to mail me in 10 minutes, which never happened.

I booked a room for my wife on her holiday. My wife said me that the hotel is very good. Specifically the manager is very helpful and the staffs as well. The environment and atmosphere is very good. There are some shops around this hotel so people can buy anything for their daily needs. The price is affordable and food is very delicious. My wife loved the food very much. I highly recommend this hotel. Jashim.

Very neat and clean room, very near to airport and free transportation to hotel, very recommended, price is very low, and late check-out facility available @ 500 RS nominal charge.

Super location and generally good service & comfort. The cleaning is not the best point but also they cook local dinner for a small price. Perfect location near Airport.

Small rooms, smelling of tobacco, only good part is it's close to the Airport hence alright if you have a late night early morning sort of a schedule.

Hotel is in a commercial building. Rooms can be a bit more cleaner. Staff is good.

Rooms are small, average and big ones. The toilets have lose screws. Food is good. They serve tea after 45 mins u placed the order, so be prepared if u order tea. U can smoke and drink in the rooms as well. Has a decent lift. The card payment machine does not work so take cash with u. They offer complimentary pick and drop to the airport. Though they may ask you for Rs. 150/ — but speak to them and they give it for free. Also u can call them up for a reservation else they fail to recognise u, even if u had spoken with them.

Room are very small. Very uncomfortable. But room are clean. It is only good for one night stay. Only good thing is very near to airport and they provide complementary airport both way transfer. I would suggest if it is question of one night stay and catch up flight then it is good option.

Excellent stay… Everything of the stay was perfect. The hotel provided complementary airport pick & drop. Wifi was also fast and they also provided very early morning breakfast. Nice place good food and the staff were helpful specially Mr: Joy took care of everything… We will definitely book again.
