Good location at Park Street, close to all hangout/food joints you may want to visit and also not as expensive as other hotels in the near vicinity.

Meets expectations. However not a delightful experience as there was a technical glitch with air-conditioning during my first two days of stay. Breakfast buffet can do better by bringing in variety. Front office staff is courteous.

A good hotel to stay! Best for all the business traveller and corporate travellers. Rooms have all possible facilities. Restaurant "Accord" serves good food, you can talk to chef for his speciality. Staff is good and helpful. Surely one will enjoy the stay over here.

The Ambience is Good. Staff are well Educated, polite and Courteous. Prices are quite fair, Service is Awesome and Really Praiseworthy. Food Quality needs a bit more varieties, especially in the Morning Breakfast buffet. Still I give 5/5.

Rooms are small… Staff is not very friendly… Lot of kit kit for small things… I will pass on this hotel. Not recommended.

This place is nice. If you're here for work and want a hotel with a comfy sleep then it's a great place. It's also surrounded by great food shops and shopping areas so that's great. However if hotel amenities are what you're looking for, then this isn't the place.

Good location, good breakfast, insufficient manpower to handle the guest, clean & calm, no arrangement for 3 person in one room though they accept reservation. Room rates is high. The front desk personnel Miss S. Ahmed is very helpful to the clients.

Our stay in Corporate was good. 1. Problem — room was quite small for a small family. 2. Nice — park Street is in walking distance within the hotel this making it a convenient location to stay.

Location is good. Rooms facilities should be improved. Bathroom fittings are not well maintained. Food is good and Restaurent staffs are excellent. But front desk staffs are absolutely arrogant and don't know courtesy even not welcoming. Overall Hotel is good.

A stunning looking hotel. Located conveniently at Park street. However, the service bit needs a lot of look in.

The rooms are very very small. And one amazing thing they don't provide toiletries except hand and body wash. Food is okay. The only mentionable thing about this hotel is its prominent location; proximity to park street.

I am giving 4 stars to this hotel. The facility and service are better comparing to the room tariff. And it's very near to the rich Park Street area, easy to get a taxi, and metro. Comparing to another hotel nearby with the price, I suggest this is economically good. I feel the only negative point the room width is not enough.

Its a verry worst hotel ever I visited verry bad service no professionals over there room are not meant for comfortable stay the front office staff is verry arrogant they dont know how to treat guests a selfish hotel in breakfast if there will anything I hope you will prefer to have bread toast not even the chefs can make a good tea 5 years travel I found this hotel a worst one in terms of all services never want to go there back. I wold rate it 00000 out of 5 they deserves this only.

Reasonable hotel at prime location.

How does Google give this terrible hotel 3.5 stars based on 7 x 1-star reviews, 3 x 3-star reviews, and 1 x 5-star review? Clearly the general message is that: (1) the rooms are too small… tiny! (2) Management and staff are arrogant and rude. (3) Bookings — and money — are taken but not always honoured. (4) The food is poor. Conclusion ~ find somewhere better to stay where you will not be ripped off. Sometimes a low-key, more family-orientated place is much cosier and more comfortable, and better value too. Look around and read ALL the reviews. Don't just trust Google's points system. For all we know Google may take money from hotel owners to give them better marks than they deserve based on such customer feedback. It's just business…

I have made a booking in The Corporate through GoIbibo, When I arrived in the hotel, they didn't have rooms available and the are taking over booking, I dint have any point to contact and they asked me to wait 6 hour so they can assign a room, I have arrived the hotel in the afternoon and had to face this issue. Never book in this hotel.

The worst hotel I had ever stay. The manger and his team is very arrogant. They are just money sucker. Rooms is small, staff are arrogant, manager is worst, food quality is pathetic. All I can say pls pls pls never ever planned to Stay here. It's better to stay in road rather than staying here.

Really had a bad experience with this hotel, Staff doesn't have hospitality sense. After my check-in the hotel I went for dinner and hotel staff didn't bother to keep my luggage in for 2 hrs. Staff instead of committing the mistake done by them, will do limitless argument. Early morning they started with some construction, and the noise was really loud, Since I was in official visit and mid of some work I have asked them to stop several times, Instead of holding the work, they asked me when will I check out. Complimentary break fast really bad, Though the rooms are clean but are very small. Poor Experience.

Don't gt taken by the looks of the hotel. The manager is really an money sucker. To start with it took them more than 15-20 min to tells if there was vacant. The rooms are so small. It practically ends in 4 steps. And to add on to it. The manager said there was a problem with the AC and a fan would be provided to an AC room. And "only" at a cost of 4500 rs. Ridiculous. While on the trip advisor it was for 3200. I would highly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely small rooms. There was no running water available in the morning. Smelly carpets all around the hotel. Extremely rude staff — especially one receptionist and the reservation manager saikat chakraborty. Do not stay at this place.
