Great location… clean room… family Friendly… good food… staff also friendly… I will definitely stay at this hotel next time whenever I will visit…

Full on enjoy. This are family hotel. Safe and secure.

Before checking out they couldn't find the TV remote. We already paid our bills and our bus from Kolkata to Dhaka were in 15 minutes. Just before leaving they said the remote is not there and they did not let us leave. But the remote was in the room. Even after packing we saw the remote it was just there. When they checked suddenly it just disappeared and they blamed us. As we were already in hurry for the bus we couldn't open our baggage and check it again. We offered to pay the fine for the remote but they were not willing to take it. They just kept checking and did not let us leave. As a result we missed our bus to Dhaka. Lastly they took the fine but by that time the bus already left. It was a horrible experience. Somehow we managed and came to Bangladesh. And after coming home we checked all our baggage and did not find the remote anywhere. So the remote just disappeared from the room just like this? It's very clear they did it intentionally. And why would we steal a TV remote? We missed our bus for their drama. We paid our bills accordingly and timely. What's the use of the TV remote to us? Why would we do such thing? It was very disappointing that that's how they treat their guests. I would never recommend their service.

One of the best budget hotel in central Kolkata, strategic location, good service, nice maintained rooms and good management by GM Mr Ravi Sharma. Gem of a person.

It's a great hotel just beside Newmarket. Neat & clean and very good services, maintaining international standards like in room lockers, electronic door lock system, etc.

V e r y clean. Good food. Breakfast options are less. But great restaurant staff.

Great place if u waana shop till you drop. A bit crowded but dont feel disappointed by exterior of Hotel entrance. The staff is Great. Food in room can be reasonable… otherwise you can go to Bhoj or Kasturi. Value for money in mid of town.

Location was good as it is inside new market. Room rent seems to high. In my room AC was not working properly. Staffs are very good and helpful. In Agoda it showing 4* hotel but I could not recognize how it it 4*.

Highly Priced… Outside food is strictly not allowed. Not good for family. Only best thing is location.

Very, very noisy but almost normal in Kolkata. On the other hand a room with a defective air conditioning and room happily changed the next day. Breakfast really bad!

Not grand or fancy, but fairly modern, clean and very nice staff. Plumbing was fine; no bad smells, AC worked well. Nothing bad. For what it is, I would recommend it.

At a prime location. The very famous new market area is just downstairs. Rooms are excellent, staff is very polite and humble.

Nice and awesome place place for stay and here and tasty buffet breakfast and economical price to effort like me people.

Women stay away. They make women feel like prostitutes and thieves particularly Santosh at the main reception. Nosy questions. Seems they have never met accomplished women who earn their own money. Food is fine. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is good. Men can choose this hotel preferably when travelling single.

Changing my review after a decent stay. 3rd floor rooms are good and staffs are well behaved and very nice! Enjoyed the stay.

This trip of ours was a shopping trip and I am really happy that I picked this hotel. Although the entrance (corridor) of the hotel is narrow and smelly, inside of the hotel is very clean and well maintained. We booked two Sapphire Standard rooms and one Sapphire Executive suite; standard rooms could have been better, but I am impressed by the size of the suite. Rooms, toilets, bed linings, towels, etc. Were clean enough. Hotel staff was very cooperative as well in general; but the staff in the buffet breakfast hall should be more prompt & attentive — I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for my omelette, even after repeated reminders. If you are in Kolkata for shopping in the new market area, this is the place where you stay.

Great food, specifically Indian food is too much testy. Great service. Great ambiance. Chef Raju (Executive Chef) is excellent. Best part is the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Everybody is so nice to us, especially the waiters & housekeeping. They were & are exceptional. Love staying here. The breakfast is outstanding. Everybody goes beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for making my stay the greatest.

The hotel is just beside the new market area which is very convenient for shoppers looking for cheap items for various purposes. The hotel itself is not bad. Staffs are friendly and professional. Restaurant food is ok. Limited choice though. Average offerings in the morning buffet breakfast. Small size restaurant. Small gym for simple cardio exercise. Rooms could be more spacious. Photos from the hotel are taken in a way so that it looks larger than original. Bathrooms have modern fittings. Some of the rooms have odor leaking in from the adjacent chicken market which must be taken care of by the hotel. Many convenient stores are available just outside the hotel which is a great bonus. Overall its a good choice.

Last year I have stayed three nights there in Sapphire suite, Kolkata and I found world class services. Staffs are really helpful. I love the location as Well.

Staffs communication is pathetic, ruined my Kolkata experience, all infra is wasted when ur communication is not good. Need to work on how to communicate with ur guests.

Great location for people who come to shop, other things are just above average.

Not up to the standard. Bad smell in the lobby area, dirty towels and linens and when we arrived at the hotel didn't get our booked room. Never staying here again!
