Good food, nice rooms, nice location.

Good location, staff and food… Kudos to them.

It was quite satisfactory. Although, the rooms were a little small, the service was good.

Clean and neat rooms. Very close to birla hospital and alipore zoo. Situated on the main road side which makes easily available cabs Everytime. Major destinations are very nearby. They don't have an in-house restaurant except for breakfast services. Breakfast menu keeps changing everyday but it has got a very decent spread. Cooperative and helpful staff. Neat housekeeping. Calm area.

Bakwas hotel even not provided bill with GST. Also food Bill was only challan. Not recommended for official trip.

Best hotel with facilities nearby. Nursing home, market, school, bus stand, just beside the main road when transportation is very to get, parking area, good amenities and no disturbance.

Affordable, breakfast included, Taxi service. Neat and clean place.

One of the worst Oyo rooms so far. (Oyo lives up to the expectations of going from bad to worse. ) The door handle comes off in your hand. The bathroom is not clean with no hot water. And no water in the taps in the night. Unchanged laundry and refusal to change despite showing the stains. And im not even talking about the traffic noise all through the night. Breakfast means just toast and omelets. And dinner service takes ages to deliver and of course all menu items are not available. So not coming back to this hotel again.

Wi-Fi don't work in the 5th floor. Prices too high.

They're bloody thieves and murderers, The people working here (Doctors, nurses, management et al) are serial killers. Only because this is India, there is no law and order, or accountability. They're continuing their killing spree and leeching money out of innocent patients. Hope one day it reaches the tipping point and someone sues them to bankruptcy and send the members of this criminal syndicate to an eternity in Prison. Please stay away from this place, if you value yours or your family's lives. This place is a GRAVEYARD!

It's the hospital with awesome infrastructure and discipline cleanliness, but the price of test prescribed by the Doctor is sky rocketed. Otherwise, it is a good medical service provider in Kolkata city. Keep it up, CMRI.

Brother every private hospital is bad. Because they are doing business. Our govt should take control over all these Pvt hospital.

Khb kharap service. Doctor er kono timing nei… 12 tai appointment, but doctor elo 2.30… Cafe o khub baje, foods are not fresh enough. And too much costly. Sob department ei stuff kom and cooperative noi aktuo… Wast of money actually.

The services of CMRI are pretty decent but their charges are sky-rocketing. The doctors are good, staff is decent and premises are clean. Dr. Pawan Agarwal is a very good chest specialist over here :)
