Its not a hotel but like an guest house. Situated in salt lake in a tower. It occupies 2 floors of a tower. You will find other business establishments in the tower. Big demerit is that the lift stops to work after 10 PM. If you arrive between 10 PM and 6AM you have to climb the stairs all the way to 5th floor. However room quality is good but still they have to work upon the washroom. If you look it as an hotel then its not for you its a pure guest house arrangement.

Very pleasant staff, safe quiet location, in IT district with evening activity; excellent restaurant next door — — Opium — — plus cinema at intersection and nice lake side to catch the evening breeze. Breackfast was simple but adequate, though little variety. The Wifi speed is quite good and unlike the other hotels like Indismart where the internet usage is restricted to 50 mb or so per day, They allow you enough to do your office work well. Personally, when I was staying in Treebo stay, I was able to take remote of a PC in mumbai and complete my activity without any difficulty (was online for 3-4 hrs atleast). Spacious room with good view and no disturbances; punctual room service during my 6 days but sometimes disturbance could happen.

It's a very good business hotel and the peoples (staffs) are amazing. I really enjoyed their hospitality during my two weeks stay at hotel. Thank you Treebo Staffs.

Very difficult to get room in this property as this is always in high demand. Prominent location, food is not up to the mark. Dinning area for b/fast is very small and in front of rooms. Rooms are quite big. You can ask for lake view rooms, very good view of lake can be seen from room window.

Very Horrable Stay in Treebo Stay-Kolkata. 1) Lifts are not working — our total clients are senior citizen and rooms on 5th & 6th floor. So, it's very difficult for our clients. 2) Food issue : — there is no variety and taste in dinner and breakfast. ​ 3) Service issue : — there is no hand wash and no sitting arrangement for clients. Our client ask for hand wash so, hotel people told that wash your hand in the room.

The Dining area was non-existent. The food is arranged in the passage which can accommodate only 6 ppl. So you play musical chairs with other guests. Basically you open your room door and you find utensils lying outside and floor strewn with waste. The rooms are decent. Absolutely not equipped to handle more than 6-8 check-ins at a time. Skip this hotel.

Not worth the money. Location is very good but the good things stop right here. A very dingy lift which always gets stuck in between 1 and 2 floor. Very small reception. My room was maghony which has living room also. But the room was smelly, stained window glasses, leaking flush and bathroom with just bare necessities. Breakfast was joke and dinning room was just outside my room. The hotel itself is located on 5th and 6th floor of a commercial complex. For 2, 800 a night, it's a rip off and Treebo ads are simply far away from reality. Staff was good but couldn't convince me from writing this review. To be avoided.

Nothing much to describe. Absence of proper reception area. Room ok, which is the only saving grace. Food can be called ok, if one is not particular.

Very good hotel in a perfect location in Salt Lake, staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll stay here whenever I come to Salt Lake again.

Rooms are clean and good, staff very cooperative, food is not up to the mark, locality is perfect for people like to spend evening in pub disco or bar.

While the rooms are clean and spacious with very basic 1 * facilities, the reception is the place where you will be turned off. Guys working there are good. But treebo needs to get things right.

Nice rooms. There was a overbooking situation and I had to wait hours to get a room, but they upgraded me to a suite, so I was a bit mollified.

Decent place to stay. Clean rooms and toilet. The staff are quite helpful and nice. Subash especially was very helpful.

The place is good for a weekend stay as it is surrounded by a lake view and IT company buildings… good eateries both dhabas and high end foodstalls. But they charged me 100 for a bottle of kinley mineral water. So ask them before.

Very crowded area. No separate parking area and dining area. Other amenities are ok.

The only positive thing is the cleanliness of rooms. Everything else has gone downhill from the opening till date.

I would have loved to rate it 5 for the staff manners & hotel service. But the elevator is so problematic! The hotel is on 5th & 6th floor & most of the time the elevator is out of order. With the persistence of this problem the hotel might lose potential clients.

Hotel on 5th Floor. But for all 2 days lift not working. Visitors have to walk up all the way with luggage. Even After complaints, the person to repair lift was not called.

Room are good but no restaurant no proper breakfast, same price can get better property.

The rooms are very good and they provide very good breakfast. Located in an office packed are, so corporate workers can look to stay here for a brief period if they have work in Sector 5.

Obviously the pictures here are more grand but you wouldn't be disappointed because the service is very nice. Very polite, decent, customer friendly. I liked it. You can definitely stay here with comfort and ease. Go for it.

Good rooms, staff behaviour is good and helpful. Flexible payment options. Value for money.

Away from the city. Best for one night stays and for business stays. If, in the worst case you stay with your family, make sure you book mahogany room. The staff, especially the manager were very kind and they let us cook in their kitchen. But, all of this is let down by little or no food service.

Horrible place to stay. Toilets are dirty and stinky. No Internet access in rooms. Packed rooms with not much ventilation. Located far from city and sightseeing locations. Best suited for single persons Business related stay.
