All in all I was expecting a hotel of this class much more!
Positive: The hotel was really clean, most staff (exception was the director and some reception staff) was very friendly and eager to meet any requests. The fitness area is well equipped and has a good workout.
In any case, it is advisable to use the club lounge, where coffee, tea or soft drinks are always available during the day (cost is approx. 40, €0/day and double room) and from 18-20 pm beer, wine and long drinks are offered for a small buffet.
Unfortunately, the negative side of the page is overwhelming: There was no mention in our booking that the pool would not be usable. As we pointed out on the spot it was only succinct: "At some point the pool has to be maintained" but this was decided only after our booking (and advance payment). So the pool was full time, not usable for 14 days.
Also the construction works in the aisle, which meant three days of planning on the aisle, tool noise and dirt right in front of the room have significantly diminished the recreational effect.
The fact that the room card was deleted several times during the holiday and had to be replayed again or the elevator did not go was annoying, but can still be trivialised.
There was no understanding or interest in coming to us — after a 5-hour discussion with the hotel manager, we finally passed about 7% of the travel price.
So I don't imagine that in a Hyatt even in India!
