Service is very bad. Room is very small. Room lock system is bad, TV not working properly, AC cooling is not good. If ask any room service you couldn't know when they will come. Everyday you will not get any soap, shampoo, water bottle etc. If possible avoid to stay this hotel.

Decent place to stay. The staffs behavior is so good. The housekeeping staffs responds within fraction of seconds. Clean rooms. And even u get complimentary breakfast also.

The hotel is located is a good place, 2 min walking distance from newmarket and national meusum. The rent is reasonable. The entrance, reception, lobby and waiting lounge has impressive features. The building has lift so its easy to carry the luggage, but the rooms are a bit shabby and lightning is dim. They provide free breakfast. Taxi service is available but the price is a bit high. The place is safe and secure.

The boutique of its unique kind, awesome management people should love to stay here. God bless the management for homely environment.

Not bad, it's better than others normal hotel in sudder street, kolkata, reasonable room rent but congested & bedsheets, pillowcover is not clean, Ac working good, service providers are friendly. They serve complimentary breakfast, 1 banana, 1 bread with better, 1 egg & a glass of lemonade. They should be given more clean bedsheets and towel.

Good enough. But a little pricey and stinks a lot. Wi-Fi is very weak.

Everything is fine… Except the room service… They are not professional… Didn't change the bed sheet while staying for four consecutive nights.

Not enough value for money. Rooms are very small, smelly. Bed pillows are not at all comfortable. Breakfast always served after 9am.

There is too much pollution & a man maid gathering. & they has no manerity. They know only money. I think they will be learn more how to give respect to the foren tourist.

Very small Rooms. Can not even move freely. Not cleaned at all. U hv to tell them again and again to clean rooms. Then only they will do. Breakfast is offered complimentarry since we booked online. But contains only 2 bananas, Dry Bread. No Tea. U hv to out to have a healthy breakfast. Only advantage. Situated n Sudder Street. New Mkt Area. So all Shopping Areas r nearby along with all money exchangers, Flight Tkt Bookings, Restaurants, Bars. All r nearby.

Worst experience. Too small room, dirty bed sheet, bathroom. Everything was a mess. I complained that the blanket had a stinky smell and to give us a blanket cover. They said it doesn't come with your room. Mosquito bites have almost created a design on my hand. Unpleasant behaviour. Kept asking for weight machine to measure our luggage. They gave us a defected weight machine at 11:30PM which showed our luggage weighted 121kg abd we were not allowed to take more than 64 kgs with us. Even they took 50tk for measuring weight. We had a sleepless night thinking what should we do. I asked them if the machine was okay or not. They even didnt bother to answer. After checking out we went to OYO hotel just opposite to Golden Apple boutique and measured our luggage again which showed our luggage weighted only 42kgs total. I offer them to pay but they were soo polite and nice they just said they were happy to help us. Golden Apple boutique just spoiled my first visit to Kolkata.

Small rooms, dirty blanket. Room and bedding smells bad. Washroom are not properly maintained. Breakfast is very poor. Not value for money.

Getting worse day by day. I used to stay here when they opened but poor maintenance of the rooms but made it worst place to stay. It's not clean, water comes out from the AC. In one words the place is not a good place to stay unless they renovate the rooms.

Worst experience ever! Waste of money… Broken blanket, burned bed sheet, TV not worked, slippy toilet, blockage in the sewage line at bath place, dirty soap case & cockroach in toilet! I informed them, but they didn't take any steps. I have booked & paid for 12 & 13 Aug'17 (deluxe room) by online so that I coudn't change my hotel…

This is a moderately priced hostel directly in the middle of Sudder Street — nothing spectacular, nothing bad. The dorm room is quite nice, actually, as it has A/C and good privacy. The bathrooms for the dorms, however, are definitely not the cleanest. I give this four stars because there are no amenities with the room: no breakfast, no coffee… room service, yes, from nearby locales that will deliver like Blue Sky or whatever restaurant you would like to have the front desk contact. This is actually quite helpful and useful! The desk also does provide mineral water, so you can easily buy a water bottle and have them refill it, if you don't want to break the bank on buying bottled water on the street.

Bad Service From Atiq. Very bad behaviour man. Thats why corporate client avoid this hotel.

Better for street food nearby, cheap rent, this room rent is 2780 rupee. Cheapest shopping area is nearby.

Nice Ambience, reasonable cost.

Bathroom was rubbish. In doormatory room common bathrooms don't have lock and also other bathroom door was damaged.

Good place to stay near New market kolkata; good for people who comes to Kolkata for shopping purpose. But no restaurant in the hotel.

Service is slow. Fron desk people are moody. Staffs work good with tips…

Deluxe rooms & its washroom are very tiny size & dirty. Housekeeping is very poor. Tv is not working properly. Staffs aren't friendly. Lift go upto only 3rd floor but my assigned rooms were on 4th floor. Complimentary breakfast are very poor. Rooms lights are not enough.

Thers is no Personal reason for liking reviewing this. I do coz of my aunt's and her family living visiting Kolkata every two year and they stay here. And opposite hotels. So they like it.

Very convenient for those who does shipping with limited budget. There is a lift provision for going to upstairs. Reasonable price and average service. No restaurant in this hotel but nearby lot of restaurants. They can arrange Taxi for Airport. Room size us little bit small. Wash room is OK.
