Food is good
Staff is very polite and cooperative.

Suitable for group bookings for conference, weddings etc. Not that suitable for Individual Traveller. Location is a bit odd and hailing radio cabs like Ola/Uber at odd times (late night or early morning) is a big challenge. Need to budget extra time only for booking and the cab Transit time. My room was spacious but seemed a retro fitment done and not proper. TV size and age was not befitting the room. Didn't have food so can't comment.

I personally recommend this Venue for Conferences & Official meets as the Banquet halls are quite spacious & Service too is really good. Lacks a bit of presentability however can be managed. Rates too are quite affordable. The Venue properly respects the brand behind "ITC". Must make sure you have your deal clarified with the Hotel…

This is one of the best place around the Kolkata. Easy to reach from many major district of South Bengal and also from Kolkata airport. Staffs behavior are cordial and friendly. They have swimming pool and saloon. The pool is free for residents. Some rooms are small but cosy.

This is one of the best properties in and around Kolkata. Easy to reach. Good quality food. And the one thing that sets this place very high on my list of recommendations is that the politeness of the staff is excellent. A nice walk around the property will give you a much needed peace of mind away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I have visited for booking the banquet along with cocktail dinner for upcoming promotional event for my Company. They well attended us. Price is reasonable for that kind of property. Spread of menu is also good. Banquet hall is well decorated for such kind of meeting.

Location is difficult to identify, very old property, poor maintanence. Food quality is average. Slow room service, staff behaviour is not good. Better avoid going.

It's a beautiful property but not maintained properly. Morning breakfast is not good. But the surrounding is beautiful and there's nature all around.

Decent place for a couple of days stay. They have a swimming pool and a salon available. For residents, usage of swimming pool is free. Salon services are extra. Rooms are pretty spacious. Quality Food is average. Ample car parking space. Decent and very spacious banquet halls for parties and office meetings. Room service available. Cigarette price is as per MRP with no extra charges unlike other hotels.

It is really nice property just in little distance from Kolkata and from the crowd. Stay was really met my expectations and services are really good and caring. Food quality is very good and homely. Recommend to others for sure.

Perfect place for a gateway for the weekend. But will prefer to go in the winters. Reaching the hotel is a lil challenging because it of the traffic in the highway. Also it's a perfect destination for weddings or a small corporate event.

Away from din and bustle of Kolkata and still not very far off. Good food. Good accommodation and good service.

A posh establishment located in the outskirts of the city in Howrah Kona Expressway. It's a grand property with nice accomodation. Has all the modern amenities a hotel should have. Away from the hustle-bustle of main city, staying here is a relaxing experience. Albeit an expensive place to stay. So, if you have the money, go and spend.

Decent place with good value for money. The property is situated just outside the city and one has to be very careful with the turn on the highway so as not to miss the road leading to the main gate. Decent property spacious rooms, and decent service. Spacious conference rooms and parks for indoor and outdoor functions. Food is hygienic must can be improved overall.

Very good place for office party or picnic. Have multiple lawns, one 3.5 feet deep swimming pool. Don't try to book it personally unless you have a good amount of money to pay. Also it is very close to Kolkata.

The place is beautiful, the rooms are nice and cozy. The staff is pleasant, ready to help if you need. The restaurant is also good. The spa and saloon are a little disappointing, its cramped and not very helpful if you are claustrophobic. The place is also a little outside main city. The highway connecting the place usually has slow traffic, specially if you travelling at night. None the less wonderful place.

Good place to hangout for weekends. Corporate facilities available. 2 swimming pool with rooms and playground. Take your own transport as its a bit far to reach by walk from bus stand.

What stands out is the service and hospitality. Staffs are cordial and eager to help and the food tastes authentic. Easily, one of the best hotels in the category in this region. Room for Improvement: Maintenance, especially the ceiling of the verandas need treatment. The mirrors inside rooms need to be cleaned or replaced. Food: Add some more Continental dishes to your menu.

Nearer to the city. Good resort to spend the Weekend. I believe they are renovating. There were ceilings within the corridor with water leakage and wet mattress.

Well to start with I got married in this hotel. Overall the experience was ok however there are a few cons that I would like to list : 1. You have to live with the fact that you share your room with mosquitoes 2. Be ready to pay 25% more for the plates that you will not have had 3. Personally I asked the manager to send food to my room as being the groom/bride it becomes difficult to eat during the ceremony but guess what the manager will not honor your request maybe because he just does not care 4. Of course the servers will not serve everything to your table so the food that you have paid for will stay forever on your bill but not your plate : (

The hotel is huge but lacks proper maintenance. Rooms are spacious and clean but again maintenance is the only issue. However staffs are cordial and do their best to make guests comfortable. Food is excellent and choice of drinks are also good. Price is also reasonable. Lavish lawns, green landscaping and large swimming pool will make your weekend memorable. Just an hour's drive from Kolkata. They have nice arrangements for corporate conferences and events.

I am a regular guest at this Hotel. I visit it on weekends to relax. The rooms are spacious and clean, food is awesome and facilities are good. Staff is courteous and helpful specially Mr Amit Dutt who I contact for my booking.

Though resort is good, location is a bit odd and it's a project to take a turn towards the resort while coming from Kolkata side. Property is nice though. Breakfast menu has nothing to rave about.

I attended a wedding here and was impressed with the facilities. The bride's entire wedding party was staying here and they were satisfied on the whole. We visited for 2 days, 1 for the sangeet and 1 for a traditional Bengali wedding, and everything went off without a hitch. The food was very good, and we were served an endless supply of appetizers. The main course was a delightful spread and everyone enjoyed the quality and variety of the food. The mail hall where all the activities were scheduled was large and very tastefully done up.

This is a great place cause every staff are very good they care for everyone and its a quite place which is best for anything. Come here once and you will definitely fall in love with this place.

Nice place in a quaint old city. Rooms were big with a nice view. Bathrooms look a lil old and it needs renovation. Booked this place as I have always had a pleasant stay in Fortune hotels and I was not disappointed. The attitude of the staff was excellent. Everyone in the reception were very helpful. Food was good. The only problem was there were not many cabs in the hotel. Only old ambassadors were there and I never liked travelling in an ambassador.
