Okay place. Actually a bit shy from the regular traffic. Found in a bit different location and away from noice. The rooms can be bit neat and the beds can be upgraded. The rooms intercoms needs to be checked and keep up. The food they gave was superb And the room service was tad good. Looking forward for staying again.

Very nice to stay for a short term with reasonable price. Staffs are helpful and food is available.

The rooms are not of good quality. Only yellowish light inside the room. Bathroom condition is pathetic, no hands hower, flash was not working properly. Eating arrangement is not good. There is almost no table chair. Feeling myself a poor fellow after spending 2 horrible days…

Nice location near to italian consulte and other offices in Alipore, Kolkata. However hotel is average but cheap in Alipore area.

Location not good/no kitchen so no food/no Wi-Fi/bed uncomfortable/air conditioner tempretur fixed & lock दे don't provide Ac remote/complemtry breakfast fixed no buffet /no paratha so you feel hungry.

This is an amazing guest house. They define hospitality in the truest of meanings. From welcoming guests with a drink to helping with everything else during a stay, they do it all. The rooms are good, with all the basic facilities. The food could be better. One can easily access cab services like Ola, Uber and so on from where. Rooms can be booked from the OYO app. Couples are allowed here and the room rates are pocket friendly.

Cooperative staff. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. This place allows unmarried couples when booked through OYO. This facility is absolutely legal and safe. Located on a quiet street, yet very easily accesible from the main road, this hotel is cheap and convenient.

Food needs to be improved. Both quality and quantity is disgusting. It was like they got it from some roadside stall. Rooms were not clean. Leftover food and plates were found inside the drawers. Though Oyo is doing a good job there. They are trying to make things better. I got my lost voter id card from the oyo manager out there.

Worst location… poor service… uncooperative staff… not a place to go… worst experience.

What a joke. I showed up here after a flight and 1 hour on a local bus from Kolkata Int'l airport only to find out THEY DO NOT ACCEPT FOREIGNERS. So immediately the guy behind the counter starts saying, "you didn't read the fine print. " and I cut him off right there. I've played this game before with Oyo in Hyderabad and I wasn't about to let this guy try and blame me for his hotels mistake. I'll be keeping an eye out to make sure this hotel adds their ridiculous policy to the website I booked off of to prevent this from happening again to other foreigners. Furthermore, this is somewhat of a scam going on as this has happened to me TWICE and both times the hotels refused refund until I contacted OYO on twitter. They "graciously" gave me a 95% refund. What a scam. Hotel reception is in an undergroung leaking parking garage that is in a slummy neighbourhood. Avoid.

Rooms are hygenic and in good condition affrodable room. Staff are helpfull.

Hotel is good but location is looking like old area. Hotel staff is serving good. Room is good but window ac is fitted in room instead of split ac. If could not find any hotel then this would be preferable to stay.

If you don't have any place better to go then stay here. It is not really bad but place is old. Started in 2001. Needs major renovation. Window AC not split. No options in Complementary breakfast. Place is at a location where surrounding areas have been 'captured' by shanty dwellers. Difficult to locate.

Place is good but they should place more banners on the main road, so that people can locate the property more easily.

Not at all gud, first location not gud, water problem. What they kept in net nd what we see is different. Beware of short circuit in bathrooms, I got continuous small shock. Heaters r not working. In single very bad.

They have the best Maggi noodle in town.

This guest house is at very bad location. You can not imagine that location. It looks like some old house in remote village, they have not allowed my guest to meet me. I will never recommend this guest house to any body.

The watchman woke me up at morning 4am I was not sure about the reason, he rang my bells till the time I got up and opened the door. Then in morning room service brought 4 cups of tea but I was staying alone and I havent ordered anything… He also rang the bell many times at 6 am in morning. After that at 7am newspaper came to the room but instead of putting it under the door. They woke me up again. Seriously I was about to shout at the management… If you dont have any other choice only then stay there… As per the rates its quite expensive compared to room conditions and facilities that they provide. Locality is also not good.

Inside the room is ok. Room service is ok. But hotel is located inside sub-lane and slums around.
