We had attended a party on 10th August in this hotel and unfortunately it was a terrible experience with the food as almost 10 kids along with few parents had suffered from acute stomach infection which had led to hospitalization for couple of kids. We are really disappointed with this hotel and will never recommend to anyone.

Went there for a buffet dinner. Hygiene was well maintained as well as well decorated restaurant. Staff was quite hospitable. Buffet menu spread was quite extensive, but the taste of overall items are average. The mocktails provided as complimentary was not at all good. I have selected the option through seeing previous feedback, but will not recommend it to others.

This was a great experience about the Birthday celebration of my little princes. Food was excellent but the service was horrible…. If I paid the full amount before the event, Then there must be some responsibilities which expected. Starter was good but not sufficient… …Staff are packing food (for personal container) from food counter when the guest are having food…. They can wait for sometime (after finish the event). Party was start around 7pm, starter has finished by 8.30. Guest who were came around 9pm…didn’t get the starter. Over all this was a worst experience, I had a different Image about this hotel…. That’s why I decided to celebrate this special occasion here…. I believe, these all can improve…Please think about these.

Awesome place to celebrate Valentine's Day today's theme was just awesome and staffs behaviour were fabulous and professional the food quality and quantity was good and the Valentin package was worth for the price, live music concert was lit full on romantic songs photographer was also there to click some photos as well to make good memories and last but not the least they give us a special gift for their ain't ❤️ so it was quite interesting ❤️ and.

It was a lovely experience staying. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. It has a rooftop swimming pool and lounge area where you can enjoy the evening snacks, drinks and hooky beside the Swimming pool. The location of the hotel is just walking distance from the City Centre. It has got a nice Gym and A Bar. The most important thing is that the complementary breakfast is too good. It has got lots of variety and a complete meal. It's a hotel value for money.

Great Place and Great Banquets. A nice place for family gatherings and a great place to hangout for small parties with friends. Being located in the heart of the saltlake city it is highly accessible. The building is superb and well maintained. The hotel staff and the reception is quite good. Got a big parking space right infront of the hotel. The security system is impressive.

Nice courteous staff. Rooms are small but equipped with all the normal amenities. But you still have to ask for the toiletteries. Lifts are accessible only to staff and guests who have a room key.

Overall the atmosphere is good. Food is tasty & of good quality. Ample parking space. The service personnel are well behaved & helpful. The banquet hall I attended was not very spacious & was of a rectangular shape… which was not to my comfort. The scenic beauty from the banquet hall was not at all apprecible.

I went here many a times. Being a citizen of Salt Lake I will say that it is one of the best hotels of the place… Food and ambiance is very nice…

De Sovrani, at the first instance you will find it quite classy by name but truly speaking this hotel is not worth value for money. A hotel like Park hotel charges only Rs 10 for a 500ml bottle of water but here they charge Rs 35 for the same bottle. Rooms though are cosy but unless you call up the house keeping they won't provide you slippers, dental kit and shaving kit… seriously disgusting. I won't recommend it anyone, if you are getting the same deal in some hotel, go for that. That's a fair fact.

I was there for a conference the conference hall was good. Food was better in class. Appearance of this hotel is quite good. Dont have any idea of staffs behaviour. I think they should be more careful and friendly. Unable to get any wish from reception desk. Also I have to ask the question first they would not have any interest about my queries. Otherwise everything is ok.

One of the most decent 4 star hotels in Salt Lake. The rooms and suites are nice. The hotel has a small gym and a roof top swimming pool. The 24 hour restaurant is Sand offering awesome delicacies. The Bar named Library is brilliant with the most courteous staff.

Location is great, very quiet. Rooms are good and cleaned properly and service is good. They could improve the breakfast variety.

Good location in salt lake near to city centre 1. Mid range hotel with lot of parking space and lot of activity around as city centre is walking distance away along with ambrosia bar, sonnet hotel. Very near to salt lake fair ground in karunamoyee. Hotel staffs are courteous. I was there for a seminar the conference room is spacious can hold 100 people gathering.

Good hotel 15-20 Min from Kolkata Airport. Good rooms and properly house keeping done. Food is expensive in this hotel. Wine shop is near and good restaurants are also very close to this hotel, you can save lot of money. Breakfast is nice hear. You will like to stay in this hotel.

Expensive yet king size room and best service, food is good too.

Their staffs & waiters are helpful & well behaved. Foods are good (not best). But, you can taste their mocktail.

Rooms are nice btw a bit small. There's a musty smell in the corridors and in rooms. Switches doesn't work! They didn't even provided me with the Wi-Fi password initially. The laundry guy will disturb you every morning even if you have turned on the Do Not Disturb switch. Rest, staff is good here. You can stay here if you get this at a reasonable price else go for some other hotel.

The food is not worth the price. The breakfast buffet was very simple and normal but they charged INR 420 for it. The room service food was also sub-normal.

Foods are good. I enjoy buffet lunch on 16th of February. It is a good place to have lunch or dinner. Located near City Center, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

Nice room to stay in, just right and comfortable. Housekeeping forgets to keep shower gel though. I also had issues on Day 1 connecting to Wi-Fi and thankfully worked fine thereafter. Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Conference facility and lunch was good on the two day conference we had.

4 star hotel near City centre salt lake, the location was prime. The amenities were as per expected, but the rooms seemed a little compacted. Bathrooms were clean, but a little bit improvements can be made. The staffs were cordial, responsive. The banquet was good. The skyview cafe was cool, visit that if you are staying here.

I went here to attend an event. The hotel is at a prime location near city centre 1 and has great interiors that appeal to you. The attendees were quite professional and the arrangements were done quite impressively. The food here is decent with much attention given to the taste as well as the presentation. Overall, a decent place to visit.

Had stayed at this place with my in-laws for a while. The place is awesome on first visit. Beware! If you stay there for more than 3 days, they will behave with you like they are your guests, and like they are paying you your livelihood. Could have given 4 stars if they could improve upon customer experience.

Banquet & it's food is too good. The banquet staffs are very cordial and efficient. Well behaved. Feeling homely.

Good place and good food, expensive but there is a option for discount, you take yearly membership very cheap and very good offer.

The current service is very pathetic. The receptionest Mr Rahot Kr. Roy first needs to understand what is Hospitality in the Hospitality world. He stood adamant enough NOT to help out even at early morning hours @3:00 AM. We were left out to manage our accommodation just because we had only our PAN cards as our govt I'd proof. My suggestion to Mr Rohit or. Roy is please learn to take feedback as well. My score is minus 100 on service and attitude. In a world where costomer centricity and customer obsession is key service driver to keep up to the compition this sort of service reminds you of how unprofessional people can be.

De Sovrani is very well located (near city centre in Salt lake). The staff is really helpful and the owner works really hard to make every guest's stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible. The hotel is definitely the best place to stay in Kolkata, I have always had a great time while staying here.

The strength of this hotel is its location. It is very near to the famous City Centre 1 shopping mall. The decor is pretty. The staff was nice and courteous, but not very efficient while answering to queries and regarding follow-ups.

I was there for companies conference meeting and It was wonderful experience to be there. Everything was so good including food and room service. All I can give 4 star…

Nice place with helpful staff. Good sized banquet halls. The entrance could have been better as there were loose pavement stones which may slip if someone steps on them.

We went for 31st Bollywood Dhamaka party and totally loved it. The staff were courteous and helping. The food was really good including starters and main course and I must add that the desert section was totally out of the world. I mean seriously we rarely get to see such a wide variety that too in two different section cold and hot desert … appreciate that! The Bollywood look along with props was pretty cool. Overall it was a pretty good experience strongly recommend this place.

The place is neat clean and with ameenities like Gym Wi-Fi etc. Above all the staff is great and very guest friendly.

I stayed here for more than 4 months on a business trip. Excellent hospitality and food. Especially the dosa was ultimate. I use to hang around city center which is very close. It was really a fantastic experience over all.

This is a 4 star hotel with very nice facilities and beautiful interior. The name of the bar is Library. Very nice place to spend time over there.

Went there for an interview. It appears that this hotel is popular for conducting interviews as there were two other interviews happening simultaneously. The hotel is clean enough and the staff courteous. It is easily accessible by public transport. It is just a short walk from the main road.

Pathetic Place. Staff at front desk, especially the lady — Guest Relationship Manager is quite rude. Do not go to this hotel.

Worst ever Hotel I stayed in my 50 years of travelling… In Every aspects, Discourteous Front Desk Staff (For them Money is the only important thing as it appears), Just one Tea / Coffee sachet, Just one very small soap, TV Not working, Hotwater not coming even at 7.15 am, When called the house keeping staff says they will switch it on? Horrible experience.
