Terrible service, Food, rooms and staffs.

Worst in Darjeeling. The staffs are rude unprofessional and the food was very bad.

Wonderful environment, good management and excellent service.

Pathetic service. Guest are treated so badly. Food is also of low quality, unhygenic. Staffs are also very rude. Not worth even one star.

Very bad experience. Room condition is very bad. All stuff are untrained & their behaviour are qural. All are (stuff to owner) unprofessional.

Awesome Hotel near Darjeeling Mall. Well behaved & Very cooperative manager (Mr. Debabrata Majumdar) offered us very comfortable site seeing tour. This Hotel situated at the beside of The Rink Mall near Post office. You can order food at the hotel. They makes awesome food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room service is also available. Nice rooms & bathrooms available with good cleanliness. 302 room have a big balcony with great view.

Clean room and nice staff; I had a wonderful time here! I enjoyed it very much! A like home feeling; Thanks for the beautiful memories. Near to mall road. Car rental service is very good. Management is very helpful they take my phone 4 Oclock in the moring for sightseeing.

A big surprising Warm Welcome and Staff members are well trained and disciplined. The Rink Heritage Hotel nearby Mall Road Darjeeling. Rooms were neat & housekeeping was excellent. The Hotel have Travel desk and Car and you may hire if you wish to go for Sightseeing and adventurous drive. Food is very delicious and Served Hot. Fantastic staff. All so friendly and helpful whilst also very professional. It is very difficult to mention any single staff member for their excellence in service as the whole team and Mr. Ahmed from management deserves the credit. Only Problem There could be little more north Indian dishes on the menu to choose from as the choice was limited.

This was good for our 2 day stay here. As complimentary breakfast the food they provided was really awesome. They lack in the room service. Also I don't think many rooms here wl offer Kanchanjengha view. Descent place to stay.

Good for all aspects… The only drawback is you need to ask for room heater separately but I think they should provide it with default facilities… Else good one to pick… Just behind THE RINK MALL.

Nice location, good service and cleanness well maintained. Deluxe Rooms are bit small, rest is fine.

As a tourist from outside of India, I found this place to be quite acceptable. With India being a 3rd world country, I was not expecting​ much in the way of luxury However, the staff were more than happy to assist me and to give recommendations. The room I had offered wonder views of the Himalayas and of Darjeeling itself. I would recommend this place to those who are visiting the area.

Nice location. Near to Mall, Near to Railway Station, Near to Restaurants, Nice service, Breakfast is served well on time, Good people who behave well also rooms are quite well maintained will all the facility required overall enjoyed my stay in Rink Heritage.

Nice hotel but small rooms.

It was a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The hotel entrance way is very narrow with some low standard tea stalls right infront of the hotel entrance door. Thus the very first impression with the hotel was shocking. Cars can't reach anywhere near the hotel (drops around 150 meters away from the hotel). So we had to walk a long way with our belongings during check-in and check out. The attitude of the hotel staffs were like — we have taken refuge in their hotel. The restaurant was a disaster and the food was of very low quality. It got a little improved after we complained to our tour operator. Requested once for the breakfast to be served in our room — and the reply from the Front desk manager was very rude "No" — where as I found foods were served in other rooms. The rooms were spacious but the amenities were unhygienic. No blanket covers, uncomfortable hard beds, thin pillows with no option for extra ones. We had requested the manager to arrange our vehicle at 9 am in the morning on the checkout date. The car didn't arrive even at 11:45 and after that they hired a very low standard car to drop us at Silliguri. We almost missed our International bus at Siliguri which was scheduled at 1:30 pm. My travel agency said — they had to book this hotel as other hotels were booked during the New Year. So avoid this is one if you have other options. Overall a low quality hotel.

Nice hotel with nice room and with hygiene also with Wi-Fi accessibility. If u r planning to go Darjeeling then definitely u can stay there and it has buffet system for food…

Had both good as well as bad experience in one stay it self… Staff is polite and helpful. Food in restaurant is good. From roof you can get kanchanjanga view.

It is a very bad hotel. The narrow entrance. All peoples are making money from the private party. Mr. Banerjee and Piku Babbu, both are involved to making extra money from arranging the site seeing and NJP or Airport drop via local cars. CP plan is bogus, every time need to ask to the person for an egg. Over all this hotel is out of star rating. Accommodation in same reception floor Room no — 205, 206 was pathetic. But we have changed our room from 205, 206 to 305, 306. It was quite normal. When any body will stay this hotel pls avoid Mr. Banerjee the Old person. Because he is unable to handle the hotel management itself. Kitchen staffs are not obeying his order. Please do not book this hotel for staying at Darjeeling.

I dont like the room as the people are also not good they served pathtic and cold food late and bad services.

Staying with my family I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room (double bed and one extra bed). Everything was clean, nice shower/toilet and very quiet at nights. Nice breakfast buffet with variety and free Wifi. The location was excellent since we were traveling by train. Hotel is situated within walking distance to the main market Mall Road.

The hotel is located at the heart of the town but in a cosy place and the accessibility to the MALL is very easy.

Excellent Hotel. Service is great and the owner is very supportive.
