We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days… this hotel is very nice, breakfast and our dinner was also delicious… and hotel stuff are very friendly… want to stay here again …

Rooms are not very clean. Neither the washrooms. The moment you enter the hotel, it stinks. Breakfast is complementary, you will get Puri sabzi, frooti, bread toast, upma, corn flakes milk, tea, egg bhurji. Taste is good for Puri sabzi. But still I feel the hotel needs to focus more on cleanliness. There is no good view either from the hotel. It is located in the market area, very near to big Bazaar.

Good place to relax and spend some good time with friends and family in the nice cold weather of Darjeeling. The rooms and service of the hotel staff was satisfactory (no big complaint). They also got a nice roof with wooden tables and benches for you to enjoy the weather while you do your stuff. Overall I had a good experience.

Great Location and view but reception service can be improved.

Food is good, location is good near to market, hill view rooms are spacious. I personally faced issue with room allotment, booked luxury room (through agent) for 2days but was given comfort room (small room with no windows) on the first day. Later shifted to hill view room the next day. Over all it was a big harassment for me and my family. So I gave 3stars.

It's a excellent hotel with good food and well behaviour by all hotels members more over yammy free breakfast.

Very good rooms but no heater was provided as inclusive amenities. Vegetarian food was good.

Hospitality was ok as regular hotels. One good advantage is that hotel is nearby clock tower. There are plenty of shops for buying Darjeeling goodies, dresses and many more. There's a mall nearby as well for movie watching.

Its Good 3 star hotel and situated at main road of mall street its easy to access all tourist places around Darjeeling, the hotel special id The Restaurant we can get all the pan asian and continental which is in reasonable price with yummy. And very polite staff and good for traveller's… I will visit again.

The rooms are quite good. The bathroom could be better since there is no wall shower though they do have a hand shower. The food is good and so is the service. It's located on the main road and the mall road is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Food is good but the staff is untrained and rude. Even staff were unhappy working there.

Good property, with all the basic amenities and best part is the friendly staff. Food was very delicious. Thanks to Mr Prem Rai received my I Card through Speed post.

Nice hotel right on the center of Darjeeling. The second is very good. Clean big rooms with tasty food served at restaurant makes this a good place for a family to stay. The only negative is that the approach road is very busy making it difficult to park or even getting down is a bit difficult. This problem persists with most hotel in darjeeling.

Good hotel to stay but be aware of its rules from ibibo.

If you wish to stay near station area as well as near the main market this is the best hotel to be. Walking distance to Station and also to Market. The scenery from the hotel room is just breathtaking. Food, Services, Rooms, Facility is just awesome.

The hotel has good rooms and I got complimentary breakfast and dinner. From darjeeling railway station less than a kilometer…

We visited the place in 2015, and our stay in the hotel only made us fall in love with the place much more. Everything was excellent, room service, housekeeping, staff behavior; you name it! A very good thing about the hotel is its location. Right in between the market. So that shopping lovers can go and pursue their passions of exploring Darjeeling marketplace. I would love to go to see the place once again and have the same experience of staying in the same hotel :)
