The place is more then you will see in pictures. If anyone has obsession for Nature you have to visit this resort. The resort placed surrounded with greenery. And you get a small and simple view point from where one can easily observe and enjoy the heavenly beauty of nature. As far as you can see is greenery. Hope the info help for anyone.

It's service is very good, inside environment is both clean and healthy than outside. Wifi speed is also very good. Everywhere there was cleanliness.

Property is big but requires Maintenance. Food was not fresh, pool was full of insects. Reception hardly took calls in need. Reception staff was good n helpful. Stay was okay.

Once in a blue moon. Best place to spend quality time with your lovable family as well as near and dear ones. Excellent location and value for money. Great atmosphere and excellent hospitality. Food is good and tasty. Rooms are big and value for money. Only 90 minutes drive from the Siliguri.

Nice Location up the chalsa hill, 2 hrs from Siliguri. The drive up here is very scenic through the jungles of Dooars. The property is fairly large and well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Food is decent as well. Nice place to spend a couple of nights in peace. This is also a good transit stop on the way to Bhutan, or East Sikkim. Recommended.

Excluding the reception part everything was fabulous. The restaurant staff served us with very warm heart, the food is awesome. The property is well maintained. Nature lovers should visit this property for relaxing and rejuvenating.

Very nice place for stay with family or friends. A little expensive but fairly good. Very good place to dine. But buffet during the lunch does not offer much.

Super place to rejuvenate yourself, 1-2 hours from Siliguri. Suitable for few days stay with your near and dear ones as also for a short get away with same day return. Food is not very spicy, lunch can have more variety though. The lawns are very good — children can run around. Though smoking there and throwing cigarette butts on the lawn should be stopped. Idyllic and peaceful.

Big campus, big brand name… Food was good But Rooms are not well maintained… Room service was not good.

The property is very good. The amenities are great. The location is quite close to the Gorumora national park, visit it early in the morning. Service and food at the resort is also good.

It's a beautiful place to hang out and relish a wholesome meal. It had breathtaking beauty to add on.

Good facilities and location is away from the busyness of the city. Rooms are good and restaurant is also fine. You can have a very good view of the surrounding as it is on a hilltop. Staff are courteous and polite. Rooms are a bit overpriced. Otherwise it was a good experience to stay there.

I have visited this place quite often. It is around 50 km away from Siliguri and located just atop Chalsa. The resort has a very large area. It houses a bar, restaurant, games room, Conference room, Party Hall, Swimming pool, Spa and many more. This resort is also bookes for wedding functions. Talking about the food, I would rate it just average for the hefty price. You can spend a good weekend at this place with your friends and family and also visit the different places nearby for great sight seeing.

This is a true place to soak into nature, so close to locality but isolated from the noise and pollution outside world. Spread over huge landscape at Chalsa hill top with all modern facilities surrounded by hundreds of trees. The rooms are quite spacious with view of garden. Food is good but beat overpriced. The maintenance of the property seems to be inadequate and response from housekeeping staff extremely slow. Toilets are clean but one big miss is a tap except for in basin.

Rooms have adequate space with locker and laundry service. Restaurant is there. Lunch breakfast or any meal or drinks can be taken in the sprawling well maintained lawn / garden. Service is reasonably good. Recommendable Hotel / resort.

Needs a lot of work and improvements in rooms especially the bathroom. It's such a beautiful property but because of low maintenance in rooms and all it's better to stay in other properties in near by areas. As per the standard the rooms are highly charged.

Very good resort in this location. Big property, very green at every corner with modern cottages with contemporary facilities. Room size is excellent and there is balcony in the back side. There is free parking for the guests, gym, spa, swimming pool and children's playground in the campus. Excellent restaurant and stunning view of the 'Doors' adds additional charm in your stay. Staff are polite, groomed and well behaved. Wifi works in the reception area only. This place is great for leisure trip or even for organizing meetings.

It's a lovely scenic hotel with natural pure air and peaceful ambience. And the food is great.

Can accommodate more than 100 people, good scenic beauties stopping the resort. In short a leisure resort with many games and activities to do inside.

It has a pool, spa, game tower and playground nice size rooms and a grass area in the center. Love it!
