There is hell & heaven difference between what has been projected in several websites and what is actual reality. 1. There is absolutely no maintenance of the entire premises, though lured by the projected pictures across several platforms, we (a group of 15 adults & 1 child) agreed to spend such a huge amount & got miserably disappointed. 2. The rooms need to have some immediate carpentry repairing. Some toilet doors don't even lock. Cupboards & drawers are in miserable conditions. There are some lack of parities even. Some of them don't have intercomm telephone, mini fridges, televisions etc. Even telephone shower wasn't even working. Water leaking from AC vents & main ceiling should also be repaired. 3. Maintenance should also must take a huge leap in swimming pool. There are actually hygiene oriented issues etc. Like too much chlorine, slippery floors due to algi, too much unwanted objects like broken tiles parts, metal strings etc. A rusted metal string even punctured a finger & right foot & I had to take first aids by myself only, as no attendant was present over there. Even we found dangerous snakes yesterday around pool area. 4. There is no fitness club or spa. So, requesting everyone not to get fooled. 5. But I must appreciate the super courteous employees of the hotel. They served us with a very gentle smile, whenever we approached them for anything. 6. The restaurant is really superb.
