Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Only car parking is little constraint. But valet parking is helpful. No restaurant inside.

Good stay hotel placed in good location. Breakfast is ok… As there is no restaurant in the hotel at least some kind of food / snacks service should be there in night.

One of the best location, its like a hub. Rooms are really good, Service is excellent. Only thing I am dissatisfied with is South Indian breakfast on daily basis.

This hotel is like my home whenever I visit Hyderabad :) The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are tidy, well designed and spacious. The staff is cooperative and very friendly. 24x7 hot water, electric kettle and mini refrigerator are a part of the amenities provided. Buffet breakfast served is reasonable. JP Plaza is value for money and is highly recommended.

Had bookedrooms over here for a group of 15 people. Excellent hotel rooms with cleanliness well maintained, Wi-Fi facility for the customers have good downloading speed as well. Rooms are ventilated, AC functioning properly, staff cooperative & quick in their service. Very much appreciated all together & would recommend to my fellow colleagues who plan a trip to Hyderabad, Telangana. They also offered tasty, yummy breakfast for all of us & the most important thing the staff people could understand & speak Hindi very well. They also gave a good guidance for sightseeing. Round the clock service, 24hrs Hot water, Wi-Fi. Nearest landmark opp United India Insurance Co. Ltd. All the best & keep all serving in the similar manner.

There should be proper restaurant & not just canteen where you get only Idali & bread butter as common item in breakfast. Otherwise all other services are good, staff is very nice & co-operative.

For the price it's reasonable value for money. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. Very good central but not noisy location. Decent beds and AC. Usual Wi-Fi problems as so often in India.

The place is in the center of the city, which makes it easy to get to any place with relative ease. It's a 5 minute walk to Hussain sagar lake as well. Professional staff. Rooms are excellent as well.

Room was not that clean. Bathroom had dirty spots all over. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. The staff was nice.

Decent rooms with all facilities like a big size room, office table, additional coffee table, cupboards, big TV, Wifi, away from traffic etc. The place is near to all kinds of shopping in Himayathnagar. Checkin and checkout were smooth. A very hospitable Sardar at the breakfast. Points for improvement. 1. Pls put a sign board on the road before IDBI bank so that people know how to reach the hotel in the last mile. 2. Bathroom tiles need replacement. I don't understand why you people didn't do it when the wall tiles were changed. 3. AC switched off suddenly. I donno why 4. My colleague had to change rooms as the room door lock had some issues. 5. Breakfast options mentioned as per the leaflet in the room were not avail.

Good hotel within city limits. No great outdoor views from the hotel since surrounded by buildings. Complimentary breakfast not so great. Limited quantity. Bikanerwala restaurant nearby is awesome but costlier.

This place is good to stay, provided the kitchen and rooms are maintained. The AC in the room was switching off often, had a tough time to keep it on thru out the stay. TV remotes were not working. Asked for the replacement and staff was not even bothered to take action. Bathrooms needs a nice exhaust. Dining at 5th floor was all leaky and badly needs a maintenance. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and nice. If they could increase the staff and the maintenance as well, I would certainly recommend this place in future.

It's a very decent place to stay and is located in a good locality. Rooms are spacious and ambience is good. Bathrooms need a proper maintenance. Breakfast is not appreciable. Response from the staff is late. It's like located in a Burrow.

Luxury and comfort. Well maintained rooms and ambience. Rooms furniture selection, colour contrast, wooden touches gives a new feel to your stay. Service should be improved to opt this place for a complete satisfaction stay.

It was my first experience staying at treebo JP plaza and it was a truly dissatisfaction for us. The bathroom seriously need deep cleaning before hands. We requested for toilet cleaning or else room change as we can't tolerate with the urine smell on the shower curtain but the second room was almost the same so we choose to accept it. My overall experience as per below:- Bfast: very poor. Please don't provide breakfast if you unable to keep your breakfast area clean with no hand washing area where we need to use the kitchen. The foods seems to be purchased from outside with zero quality and taste. Overall cleanliness: poor. Especially room's toilet Services and facilities: non user friendly parking entrance. The staff will only provide towel upon request after housekeeping complete. Same goes to Water bottle. Aircond will go off but itself every time. Note: will not recommend my friends n family.

Since I reached early, the staff allowed me early check in at 10 am for which I am thankful. Location of property is good. Room was nice. Bathroom just ok. Dining hall horrible. While booking, the site showed coupon code for 20% discount but I never got that.

Electric switches are not working complementry breakfast was cold and not suitable for northindian service is not so good rooms are ok.

Cheap accomodation in ill maintained but large rooms. Room service very slow. Complimentary breakfast got over one day and made us wait 20mins for fetching bread loaf.

No water was given to take bath had to go to airport without bath toiletries like soap shampoo denied charged even for mineral water person asks extra above Treebo rate telling Treebo money takes 2 month to transfer in account pls this hotel does not qualify to call itself Treebo.

Hotel is good wth lower rates & also most places are near by.

This hotel has best class cleanliness. Their rooms are good at this budget. Only thing is the hotel is not visible from road as it's inside.

Treebo is a good place to stay with family within a small budget. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is complimentary. Rooms are equipped with ac, 42" led, coffee maker etc. They allow early check ins. Location is convenient for local tourists and near to lakdikapul wiz. A major spot for bus drops.

Rooms are good. Service is good. Maintenance of washroom is lagging a bit.

Good option to hve this place which is centrally located and nearly 2kms away from all famous tourist attractions in Hyderabad. Good for family. Only a problem is no restaurant, so even for the bed tea you have to wait till 7.30 for breakfast time.

Pros: 1. They have good built rooms in terms of space and amenities for the price one pays. 2. Located in the heart of the city, all the tourists places are accessible at an ease. 3. Friendly staff. Cons: They don't have a fully operating kitchen to serve the breakfast instead they get food from outside and serve it in a restaurant they have on the top most floor with a minute variation in the menu each day. Overall you get more that what you pay.

This is budget hotel right in the heart of the city. Everything is within 4-5 km distance from this hotel. If you are not too fussy about amenities this is the place to stay. The rooms are clean. The staff needs to be little faster. There are ample hotels nearby to eat.
