Very poor Quality and Service. At the price, there are better options available at Hyderabad. Look for better options. Minerva, Himayathnagar is best in comparison.

One of the finest vegetarian family hotel in the Central District of hyderabad. Very convenient for shopping, holidaying and business. Food is excellent. Staff are courteous and always ready to help. Value for money.

Overall a nice place and lovely food. But the staff need to be more responsive. We have been there for a lunch buffet and felt that we need to remind the staff at least 2-3 times if we needed anything. Per say, Simple things like billing. -happy customer who loves good food.

The hall was big. The lighting was good. The staff were nice. The food they served was average at best. Lot of technical difficulties with the audio system. Mic did not function for a long time. The time to fix the problem was too long and killed the mood. The projector worked without any problems. A good place to have small functions.

Taj Mahal hotel is one of the best hotel in the old city and is available for conference, birthday parties, other events, etc. The interior is made of pure wood and is all pure hand work. Talking about food, it has the best South Indian thali. Morning breakfast is available from 7 am, which is also the best.

Taj Mahal hotel is well know for his food and the dishes where the food u get both North Indian and south Indian and the place is also attracts you as the place has nice surrounding gallery… The price is also nominal It is a place where you can go with your family and friends… As always they serve the quality food overall experience was good so I suggest that it is a good place to make your tummy satisfy…!

Very ola and time tested place, my dads favourite. You get the feel of those breakfast places in 80’s which is lost in new places like chutneys. The taste and ambience is not par with chutneys but my oldies still love it. Parking is good but becomes problematic during peak hours.

Good food. The prices are slightly above average. Don't expect great ambience and good hygiene. Breakfast items are very good.

The hotel and restaurant looks very nice from outside but the rooms are okay-ish. Basic stuff is available, they provide with you a freezer in each room. However I had two rooms booked and both the bathrooms had water level issue. Service is quick and as desired. The restaurant which is a part of the hotel is really very good. The complimentary breakfasts have been great as they have an assorted buffet with varied options to choose from. The restaurant is purely vegetarian though. Overall it's a satisfactory place.

I have been visiting this hotel for last 50 years. All along it remained excellent hotel and modernised continuously. Food in the restaurant is pure vegetarian and excellent in presentation and taste. There is a exclusive section for meals and it is of excellent quality, of course you may have to wait a bit to get served. Ambience is neat, clean, oriental and modern. Same old servers but same old smile and affection. It has lodge and it is well maintained and service is also good. Enough parking space but you may have to struggle a bit.

A great place of yesteryears, was an ideal joint for my parents and folks from their generation. Has fallen in standards drastically. Food was okay, but the decor and the atmosphere didn't exude any confidence at all. I'd say unless you have an emotional bonding with the place like info, better to find an alternative place nearby.

Rooms also available with very comfortable and affordable prices. Suit and executive rooms are available. Many more rooms varites are hear. It is a well-known landmark at abids. Open buffet lunch for all.

Good hotel in the heart of the city. It is not a star hotel or a hotel with ultra amminities but. Is a decent well maintained property. All staff very be courteous. And the food was tasty. Ample parking space.

The hotel has good clean rooms. It is located at a convenient location in Abids. Easy to commute around for shopping, dining etc. They have very good food for breakfast for in house guests as well as walk-in guests. Overall good experience and value for money.

Like the hotel a lot. Has all the facilities with Vintage look. Very old hotel since my grandfather's time. Still maintained well and of course great veg food. Gives a feeling like kind of home. Definitely would come again…

This place has lost its charm and its prime. The old heritage building now only has reception and administrative offices, all the accommodation is in an another building. Service is like take it or leave it. The rooms are barely clean and when asjrd5to clean up next morning, a shoddy job. Stay here only if you are on a tight budget. Half the items on the menu are not available for reasons best known to them.

The Taj Mahal Hotel, one of the oldest and finest 5 star hotel located at the center of Hyderabad city. Very well versed staff and best quality food are the key points of this marvelous venture. Rooms too are very neat and clean and they do follow a route regime in case of hygienic. My father often tells me the days during he used to live near this spot and how well this place was known during that time and how he always enjoyed the feast visiting this place on daily basis.

This is a venerable old vegetarian restaurant where a separate dining area is marked for Thali alone. Can be quite crowded at times. Sumptuous and delicious food at reasonable prices is their hallmark. Service is very efficient and the staff are courteous. Centrally located with ample parking (most times).

The Restaurant is good but the hotel Lodge is fully occupied. Unless you book in advance you don't get rooms. I used to visit here many times. When I was having factory. I remember one Receptionist called Mani. I don't know he is there or know. Even one Sadanand also.

Famous Classic Hotel in whole City. Booked here for birthday celebrations and the service was good then. Friendly staff. It's just a fame. You can get a better one than this for same price. But Old is Gold. Must try this once.

Loved it. Hidden in the corner is an entrance to meals section where you get a good than at affordable price. I had meals her for a week without any side effects. The only thing to be aware of is they put in slightly more chilli.

The Taj Mahal Hotel is a great place to have a traditional Indian meal. The food is top notch and so is the service. The hygiene has room to improve. I'd recommend visiting the place for breakfast rather than lunch or dinner since the food is comparatively better then.

People said it is famous for its meals. So I went to that hotel to try it out cos I am a foodie. The meals costed only 120 rupees so its pocket friendly but the taste is not so great but at the same time not so worst. It was like any other meals service. But rice is limited.

I stayed here for 5 days with family on City sight seeing tour. It is the best you can get well within heart of city. It is of majestic palace look. Most of the tourist spots are close to this location (Abids). I got a heritage room here for Deluxe room booking. It is facing the main road with big balcony. Their breakfast (included with room cost) can't be better than this. Awesome quality of Buffet breakfast including all South Indian dishes in good quality. Room is clean (you need to request them when ever you want room to get cleaned). Every day they reissue Free Wifi PIN for one device only. In spite of situated in congested City, they manage to allocate dedicated parking for Hotel guests. All security staff are very helpful in parking the car. Good customer support, responds faster. The most recommended hotel.

Food quality is pretty good. One of the best places in Hyderabad to get some hygenic and good quality food! Main food item is the rava dosa!

I and my wife had Mysore bajjis and Poories. Excellent quality and served hot. We had great time. Whenever we come from America this is the first place we go to and it didn't disappoint us so far.

Rooms are good. Restaurant is nice. Very near to Abids, Nampalle. Stayed with children in this hotel many times. (As a student, at Govt. Multipurpose High School, Nampalle, during 1965-69, I used to take coffee in this hotel. So special affinity. )

One of the best vegetarian restaurant. I love the dosa and Puri of this place.

Reliving memories of my childhood when eating at Taj Mahal, Abids used to be a reward for good performance at school smile emoticon Taste has been maintained thru the decades! Upma for me and single Idli/Single vada for my wife, finished off with some excellent coffee.

Very old south Indian restaurant in Hyderabad… Good food… Reasonably priced… Kids love cheese dosa of this place.
