Bathroom was very dirty. The a/c was not functioning properly. We had the room changed. But in the second room the flush was leaking, there was no hand shower and the soap dish was broken. The Wi-Fi was not working. The service was also poor. It took a couple of calls and at least half an hour before they responded. And the Wi-Fi was not restored even after many complaints. Terrible place. Not worth the money spent.

One of the best Restaurants Hyderabad has. The ambiance is really soothing and the old classic melodious songs made our lunch enjoyable. I personally appreciate the food quality and the service. Value for money.

Poor services. Not value for money. Rooms shown on the site are not available. Fake pictures of deluxe rooms shown. Food is very expensive and quality also not upto the mark. CCTV cameras not available anywhere in the hotel, housekeeping staff also not reliable. They touch personal belongings in your absence. They can enter in the room through electronic cards available with them. Good food is available nearby. Hotel managers defend their mistake. Upon further interrogation, they had to accept their fault where the housekeeper was responsible to touch valuable personal items left in the room. In the absence of any security cameras, belongings once lost is out of your reach forever. Overall, a very bad experience. ACs in most of the rooms are not working.

Have been here a couple of times es and e every time its disappointing. Was there yesterday for a full day meeting and unable to use any rest room. Coming straight from a very morning flight, I went straight to the washroom to freshen up and change before the meeting and the state of the washroom was appalling. I requested the person at the reception to get it cleaned but despite waiting 1 hour while I had breakfast, no one came. Told him I will mention in my review, he said, go ahead! The bathroom in the board room was filthy too. One of the reasons I think that the broken faucets and flushes had no water. The condition of the washrooms remained the same all day. Requested again but the fellow expressed his inability to do s Dreadfully filthy place and so insensitive.

This hotel can be easily reached by public transport. It takes about 2 mins to walk from the nearest bus stop at clocktower. I visited this place for lunch with friends. The buffet was good and had a lot of varieties. The ambience was pretty good and the music playing in the background added to the feel. Overall a very good place to spend time with family and friends.

This is a pretty decent place. We were there on a weekend and the crowd started coming in between 8-8:30 pm. It was full by May be 9. The food is good and there were variety of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). There was live music which was an added attraction, though they were singing gazals most of the time.

I attended a friends wedding here. The ambience and food was really good. Its also a very spacious hall. Loved the whole event.

Nice ambience. Music is good however often it looks part of a commercial plan and not something from heart. Overall a very nice plan to have food and drinks.

A very basic and no frills hotel. The location is pretty much OK and the check in is a smooth process with not too much fuss. The rooms are not great and feel dingy and old a basic feeling of cleanliness is also not there and one kinda expects the sofas and beds to have bed bugs. (though I did not find any). My room did not have an electric kettle and when I asked for one… that was also not working… so I gave up on it. The room service is extremely slow. But the food is Ok. The buffet dinner and breakfast are average though I feel highly priced. A dinner costs about Rs 700 per head with taxes which seems a lot. Overall, stay in this hotel only if there is a compelling need. Otherwise for this price… u cud find much better hotels.

I stayed here on 17 to 19 Feb. Found it comfortable. Equipped with most basic facilities. Service was good. Breakfast buffet sumptuous, though chhole tasted strange. But other items were there. Naan also needed to be made palatable in dinner buffet. Similarly the mattress/ bed needed replacement. Reading light was dim, like in most hotels; perhaps we are not supposed to be reading. Most if the news channels were not subscribed to. The room looked due for a makeover. Overall, no major complaints. Location is well connected. Overall, good value for money.

I stayed last week in Hotel Baseraa Garden. I booked this place because my friend suggested. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed. Very unclean. Filthy and broken commode, broken shower. I had to tell them to clean toilet but they did not even bother to clean. No proper response to either complaints or requests. Dirty room. Don't ever go to the washroom near the restaurant; you will vomit whatever you had.

Service can be improved, as promptess is not there. Ambience is excellent. Furnishing is awesome being old you will see lots of wood used in the room which makes it classy. But at the same time power plugs are missing and the lighting is too dim even you don't have options for bright lights. These are the points to be noted and overalls the experience is awesome.

Service is slow. It's so slow that if you order today, the food is going to reach your table tomorrow. Though staff are polite no matter how many times you give them the order they'll smile and say okay but will never serve what you ask.

The hotel could have been improved a lot. I found the room to be dark. Not much lights were there. The bathroom was a nightmare. The pipe below the basin had a leakage. Then wasn't any exhaust fan. The flow of water out of the bath tub was so damn slow. The breakfast was good but it was the same all the days. You will get bored. The service staff were good. The hotel looked good from the outside but not enough from inside. The staff people there were too supportive and good. That is the only reason why I have the hotel a 3

This place is great for a stay. Gives a very old fashioned feel but yet very well maintained. We were here for a wedding and had a great event.

Good place with close access to the city. Comfortable rooms and bed. Maintained clean. Polite and helpful staff.

Old style Hotel The best part is the restaurant of the hotel. Food is too good with huge variety. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. Staffs are highly helpful with smiling face.

Excellent lunch… All non veg items are very good and tempting you to order once more. Also very good service.

Old property, bathrooms are not very clean. Three star hotels like ginger are better in terms of cleanliness. Otherwise rooms were big and spacious with other amenities.

A 3 star hotel… service, food, rooms everything is great… staffs are really co-operative… will love to visit again. ❤️

Good hotel nice rooms, having a 24 hour coffee shop. Breakfast served is good.

Stayed there 3 times in past few months. Good hospitality and the best part here is buffet. Too good.

Very bad response I have seen. Order Coffee — no powder Order tea — no milk. Very very bad experience I have. If they offer me free stay also I am not interested to stay in their hotel. Its not a 3star its Low-star.

A good place for single or group of friends/ teams to spend night. Its pocket friendly for single travellers or small groups. Good amenities and bathrooms cleaned regularly. Beds are bit low which doesn't allow you to sit and discuss freely, just sleep, get up, go.

Nice place to have dinner / drinks. Mehfil restaurant is unique with live ghazals and I have been visiting since 25 yrs now.

Nice food and ambience. The setup of the place is just like the old times in the Palace where we have the professionals sings lovely songs and making our dinner better than regular. Highly recommended place for family.

Best place to be during evening times and nice ambiance and food. The setup of the place is done just the right way and sitting and having food is nothing compared to other places.

Please don't waste your hard earned money in this hellhole. Not a single positive thing about this hotel, wish 'negative rating' was an optional. Filthy room, even more filthy bathroom and unprofessional staff (they actually 'bang' the door on their way out if they don't like what you said/asked lol). Posting few photos of the room and bathroom, for reference. Photos are of dirty and rusty fridge, Cupboard without handle, stained and ugly sofa, faucet/flush in the bathroom (this one is classic really) and the wash-basin which had a hole (so had to be really careful about rings lol) …

Pickles, slow service. Was better before. Needs improvement in food taste. Interior is well maintained. Rest rooms need to be kept clean/hygienic per the standards. Was surprised to see as to what happened to the Ohri's quality. Hope to see some good improvements as this in the only place where old (also new) customers frequently visit. However, I'm a big fan of Mr. Ravi K. Ohri from a very long time.
