It is not worth to give even one star. If you are going to stay here, make everything clear with document. If not, the staffs will change their word, conditions, everything. be careful. I stayed at the hotel for over 3 months. pros: Compared to many dirty hotels in India, this place cleanness is okay. Of course, I saw hair on the floor many times but there was No worms. Breakfast available, Kitchen available, Gym, Swimming pool available. CONS: Only the security and house keepers are kind. However, the reception staff did not even know their hotel policy, so they misinformed me and later they changed the word (really bad-I was really disappointed) and overall receptionists are unfriendly. I wish they could be improved. Vehicle horn is very noisy in every room. Ear plugs are required when sleeping. Power outage occurs quite often (if power failure occurs in the elevator, it will last for a few minutes while trapped in the dark). This is an almost only hotel in this area that is always popular at this price. Do not expect kindness, but it's an okay hotel to stay clean. 별 한개주기도 아깝습니다. 직원들의 말바꾸기 시전 지독하게 당했네요. 이곳에 머무시는 분은 꼭 모든 것을 문서화 하세요. 말만 믿고 있었다가 요금폭탄 맞았습니다. 3개월이상 호텔에 머물렀습니다. pros: 인도에 더러운 호텔들이 많은것에 비해, 여기는 깨끗한 편입니다. 물론 머리카락같은건 나오지만; 벌레는 안나왔네요. 조식무료, 부엌사용가능, 헬스장, 수영장 있음. cons: 세큐리티나 하우스키퍼들만 친절합니다. 그러나 리셉션 직원들은 호텔규정도 잘 몰라서 잘못안내해줬다가 나중에 말 바꾸고 (정말 기분나빴음), 전반적으로 불친절합니다. 개선좀 되었으면 좋겠네요. 차량경적소음이 심합니다. 잘때 귀마개필수. 정전이 잘됨 (엘리베이터 안에서 정전되면 암흑속에 갇힌채로 몇분 견뎌야 합니다).

The Oakwood is a very professional establishment and very clean Piano notation Tumi appears to be slow but it is worth having any does what its supposed to do. The staff is very friendly and professional. The restaurant the food is definitely Worth trying much variety very tasty and very well presented. I have done this several other establishments in the area and in my opinion the Oakwood is competitive and in some aspects exceeds the Expectations of the big chain hotels and restaurants. Oakwood has been a symbol of style and finesse when it comes to service. The great property situated right at the heart of Financial District is a perfect place for corporates travelling for business. The service apartments are exquisite and lavish. The food available at their restaurant has a global touch too. A quick business meeting or leisure stay, this is the perfect place.

Excellent place for extended stays. Good amenities help make the stay comfortable. We stayed as a family of 3. Only con I can say is there wasn’t any store nearby to buy groceries. They do allow package delivery though.

Amazing hospitality with awesome ambience! I must say this is one of the hotels were you would want to come back again and again. My husband had a 3 months stay here while I happened to stay here for a month, not even on a single day did the staff miss to greet and smile politely. A guest's comfort is their top most priority and they ensure it in every single way. The rooms are sparkling clean with all amenities replenished every single day! The gym, pool and yoga area is definitely worth a visit during the stay : with great views and trainers it adds a cherry on the cake during the stay! Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all sumptuous with all varities included, nothing less than a five star. Happened to witness a comedy show and a lavish easter feast during my stay, the staff was also very generous to surprise me with a Birthday cake on my special day. :) Kudos to the team for making customer delight their top-most priority. Highly recommended!

Fantastic gym. The best in my opinion. 24 hrs. Rooms are simply amazing. One can cook on their own and the kitchenette is fully functional. Dining in is very expensive and has limited veg options. Breakfast buffet spread is very good though. Location is a little bit off. Ample parking. Very courteous staff but the room service is slow. The view from the rooms is amazing. Will visit again for sure. I loved the place minus the food.

An very comfortable property with amazing room sizes, amenities and features. A major add on is a balcony & skyline views of Hyderabad. Apart from it the management are personable and amazing. Staff all around are always smiling and ready to be at your service. Wide buffet selection, perfect for long or short stays.

Nice hotel with facility to cook food himself. Nice location in Hi-tech City Gachibowli Hyderabad. Stayed here for almost 4 days. If you ever go there then you must select top floor. It will amaze you with entire area look specially in night something like CHINA. Hotel staff is very nice. Overall good experience.

The place is very comfortable. It's an extended stay apartment. Has a kitchen with all utensils, electric stove n micro wave. The room is super clean and quiet. Good breakfast options. Bathroom is super clean. A well maintained place.

It is very nearer to Gachibowli and Wipro circle. Rooms and Banquet halls were good and well maintained. Food was awesome. You will end up with WOW factor.

You can compare it with residence inn of Marriott. They have studio and 1bhk service apartment. Best for people who would like to stay for more than a week. In the room you have all the basic equipments to cook on your own. The prices are at par with hotel may be because of the location. Walkable from Capgemini, ICICI, Hitachi, virtusa, Honeywell, client etc. There is not convenience store nearby however there are many options to get the food or groceries delivered to to door. If you are planning to stay long in Hyderabad because of work and would like to cook then opt for it. You might get some offers for extend stay as well.

Oakwood residence is pretty decent location to stay if you're planning to be in financial district. The suites are good and affordable when compared to other nearby hotels in the area. Overall the place is decent and recommended.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and the had a good experience. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable. If you are looking for something that is more than a hotel room then I would recommend Oakwood.

The property is newly built and has big rooms with latest furniture. Located in the IT area, good for those who have work around this area. Not advised to stay if you want to visit the City.

Cosy rooms, proximity to office, courteous staff, great morning buffet and smiling people makes it a 5 star property.

Facilities, pool, gym, food, breakfast were all very good. What lacked was: 1. Clothes Drier machine in room. For long stays, just washer is no good. 2. They provide shuttle service to nearby offices, but not as part of all packages. So if your company's package does not include it, you feel left out while others can avail of their cab service. Make it for everyone!

Food is good with a reasonable buffet price. Staff is very kind and helping. Definitely a place to recommend personally and professionally.

Excellent business hotel. Situated right opposite to the IT hub and walkable distance from some of the major corporate offices. Food is of 5 star quality. Rooms are very spacious, neat and tidy. Cons: Too far away from the city. It takes 1.5 hours to get to secretariat and around 45 min to airport via ring road.

This place is for people who want to go for meeting while dining Kind of. I like to go for lunch very often. Buffet will cost you around 700 to 1200. Awesome clean and calm place and nice staff. A 10 on 10 in financial district of Hyderabad. Nearby almost all the software companies including Microsoft India development center and icici.

Stayed for 15 days and it was a good experience, restaurant staff stands apart, generous and warm. I stayed with my 6 year old and 10 months old comfortable and friendly space for family, spacious and clean rooms. I loved the food. House keeping staff needs training, they always miss out on something or the other to keep in the room. Hope the owner will take it as a positive feed back and work on it to make the place best place to stay. Would like to visit again!

Great Service Apartment, I'm currently staying at Oakwood for 6 months for a short term work assignment. The staff at oakwood are really accommodating and are willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. They've gone over and above to make things better for a few of us who are here from Canada such as, upgrading the internet, tailored some specific foods to our taste, and provided support when needing medical services, but I'm sure I could list a few more… Of course there are few small annoyance that the team is trying to work through. More so specifically to housekeeping, but those dont bother me that much as it doesn't really impact my day. As for the facilities and the location > the building itself is really beautiful and well maintained, I'm staying in the upper unit which has a great view of the city and is very comfortable for me to stay in for long periods of time. I feel just like home when I get back everyday from work, or even have people over for drinks. Another great feature is the gym, for western individuals gyms are a big deal and Oakwood didn't skimp out on any expense. The equipment is actually all top quality Life Fitness brand, and they have tons of equipment to satisfy everything you need. The restaraunt is delicious, and the servers are extremely helpful and you can tell they actually want to serve you, and make you happy.

One of the best "Serviced Apartment" for long term stay. Very comfortable rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. Indoor pool (no heating) and gym Free complimentary breakfast and 2 complimentary drop off/pick up from airport for each 30days stay. Food quality needs improvement.

Nice place. All the new joinees for various firms such as Google Microsoft and other IT multinationals stay here. Very well furbished and decent food.

The staff was very good. They were always ready to help. I stayed there for 20 days. The food is very tasty. The service is excellent. Be it medicine at late night or some small thing at odd hours. They were always there to help you and help you settle down in a new place.

Tried Oakleaf today. In the effort to eat healthy,  Tried the norwegian salmon steak and the sugar free bitter dark chocolate mousse   The steak was pretty nice… the lemon butter parsley sauce, subtle and brilliant… The mousse was colossal but dint choke me, wasn't sweet or synthetic tasting and I could finish it all… bitter dark throughout, evenly flavored… Feedback would be to serve some lemon parsley sauce on the side as well as look at doing different versions of the mousse.

The hospitality and all the staff were very courteous and friendly. On several occasions they went out of the way to meet my requirement/expectations which is not so common based on my experience. The property is relatively new but quite upscale, luxurious and my experience was of a 5 STAR luxury.

You need to have alcohol in your premises too, which will add one more star to became 5

Food is expensive. Other than that. It's great.
