Located in fast upcoming Miyapur abutting the busy Mumbai National Highway, this is the only hotel of its size in this part of City. Hotel Grand Sitara offers Banquet halls, restaurants and guest rooms. It also had ample parking space. The restaurant has a big menu list, but the quality and taste require a thorough overhaul. They can adjust introduce brunch at economic price to attract later crowds, so that the restaurants can become meeting place for younger generation.

Nice place on the highway, decent and courteous staff. Food was also good. Have reasonable pricing, compared to many other restaurant and bars. One can surely visit for some drinks or food.

Hotel is so fantastic. The suite we got has a bed room, hall, bathroom and shower room. Beds are so soft and bumpy. There are two Televisions in the suite, one in bed room and and one in hall. The room service was damn good. We even got complimentary breakfast, which was damn high on taste than expected. It was unlimited buffe. The cost of the suite was around 3.5k rupees for a whole day. And it was so worth. We had an issuse with a television, which is not working. The room service came in within seconds after my call and fixed it with utter respect. And the sanitary things in the hotel are well served. There's a safe (a locker) inside the warm room aside the bathroom, it's well protected. The suite has Western style bathroom. The lighting was so proper for a romantic night. The sofas are so good that one can even sleep on it over relaxing a bit. The menu of the hotel is so tasty and delicious. It even had a liquor menu, which I don't entertain, but had a great menu. It had a centralized air conditioner. But the only thing that bothers is the sound it makes while cooling the room. Other than this, the suite is so perfect for staying.

We had a Very good experience at this place. Welcoming and serving staff was good, quality of food was good, very good taste, Beautiful ambience, good seating arrangement, table with one side sofa and one side chairs. Aquarium is very good, as my daughter enjoyed a lot seeing the fishes in the aquarium. Enjoyed our time having lunch here.

Awesome Ambiance, quality of food is great, taste is also superb, they have aquariums, children will enjoy a lot seeing those fishes in the aquarium. Seating arrangement is excellent, sofas a very comfortable. Welcoming staff r good, serving Staff is very good. Highly recommended.

A grant place for drinks. As you get 30% off during Happy hours. The food is alright. Well maintained bar. The best part is it is there is no smoking in side. You can have a smoke just out side the bar.

Hotel has offered great and competitive rates for dinner with guest list of 150. Tastefull food, generous service, 2 guest rooms was also provided complimentary. Rooms were filled and there was no empty rooms available, because they were such great in demand. Staff had taken care of the catering with such ease without a doubt. Excellent service and rooms were also neat and clean with all luxuries.

We opted to celebrate reception for 400 people here. Management plays a lot of tricks. Self-service — guest is supposed to take food from bowl to plate. This was not told to us during any of the discussions. Got to know only during the dinner time, when all the guests were disappointed. Lot of hidden terms. Not like other hotels of Sitara. Gave 1 start that too for Food was good. But what is the point when guest is not happy with service.

Hotel Grand Sitara nice place for decent events like engagement and weddings… Best ambiance. Nice tasty foods. Liked it. Must.

Visited this place multiple time for different occassions. Nice place to arrange birthday or engagement parties. Service and food is decent and ambience is good.

Sitara Grand has a wonderful ambiance & quick and fast delivering. Receiving is awesome. Food, deserts, drinks are very hygienic & delicious.

Hotel room are neatly maintained. Staff is also good. But restaurant is very costly. Didn't get the authentic veg biryani there.

Ordered veg chatpat which was veryyyyy spicy. I had to empty all the tissues available on my table. When I asked for medium spice supervisor looked as if it was like big mistake.

No proper Management and also request from us are ingorned by the staff… Not a good option of Veg Biryani… Although ambience is good.

Worst restaurant experience… Cockroaches we're running all around our table… And even the service was too bad. They couldn't even serve water properly… Personally, I never again eat food here…

I was there for a marriage. Banquet hall and food was good. Nice place for around 200 guests.

We came for lunch with family, soup is ok, chicken starter is worst and cold. Keema biryani, the chopped mutton pieces and mixed in biryani. Worst. Hyd biryani — is cold and ok. Service is poor and better not to visit the restaurant again. This is the worst hyd restaurant I had food.

I am telling u guys… Here prwans biryani is good and comming abt starters mouth watering taste and garinishing is super… For… bday parties and it's an best place to hangout also. Moreover it's an low budget… For us. My suggestion is… Family members will enjoyed a lot by dishes.

Ambience and service was good. However, had bad experience with food. Ordered Paneer Manchurian but I suppose it was oven heated and served as it got cold within 5 mins it has been brought to table. The server immediately brought fresh one on raising complaint.

Food was always good there… But staff is pathetic… Very slow and no smile. Instead very angry or lost while attending a costumers.

Good hotel but the services are not worth the tariff. I requested room service for chocolate milk (or any sort of flavour) and I was told (pretty rudely) that its closing time, and plain milk is all I'll get, that too, I'll have to tell them at that very moment or, as he informed, the kitchen would close. Any other hotel would whip up something like this with regular ingredients from the kitchen as mine wasn't any specific request.

Complimentary breakfast not good. Dishes are not served hot. Be careful about the items placed in minibar. Cross check everyday, other wise you have to pay even if they forget to place the items in the room. I had a bad experience.

This hotel is on the Hyderabad Mumbai highway at allwyn cross. Rooms are clean. Staff service is good. Food is also good.

Good hotel/banquet. Worst staff. Staff being the face of any entity, I rate this only a 1 star, otherwise would have given 4. Parking is limited, but at the moment they are using an empty site adjacent to the hotel.

We decided to catch up for few drinks at there bar at 1st floor… It was a good experience. Staff was courteous and portions were generous. Food and snacks were ok I'd say.

I wouldn't say the food is delicious. It tastes fairly good. A Chinese dish may not taste authentic but will taste fairly good. Not the best place to go for dinner but definitely a last minute resort.

Beautiful landscape in the hotel. We attended a wedding and the decor ambience and food everything was good. Place is located right on the main road and easy notice it.

SitaraGrand, the hotel welcomes you with a grand look. But the food served is not that grand. The biryani is too oily. If you are on diet this restaurant will the first one to avoid. So much oil. It seems they get oil for free. They serve the same biryani rice for all varities, the only change you see is just some wet chicken or mutton pieces. For me those chicken pieces are also half cooked.
