Good place for a short stay. Close to Mindspace IT park, rooms were neat and spacious. However the bathroom had a tap which kept dripping water continuously.

Very nice place to stay with family and friends. The service is ok.

Am a regular here, rooms are decent and clean. But each room has some problem or the other — it's either a non working AC or flush not working or no hot water etc etc and they won't fix it. Sometimes the lobby smells of tobacco/smoke. It's not free breakfast… U gotta pay for it, and it's not worth.

Good place nice stay amazing service but only they take lot of time in washing & ironing almost 3 days.

The hotel was very good located on the main road above reliance french. The hotel is located on 1st floor. With good hotel services. The food provided was good and the rooms were also cleaned and good.

Positive — Staff was courteous 5 ratings for them. Negative — Phone line was not working for my room and Hotel could not resolve this issue until my check out. Every day I have to either wait for someone from hotel passing by and call them for services or I had to walk up to reception. Regarding complimentory Breakfast everyday though menu was different it has Idli sambhar as Common for each day I found Rats in the Hotel on very first night in my room don't know how Overall experience was not that good : (

Cheap Hotel in Madhipur, it is reasonable price according to the other hotela in Jubilee hills, normally Banjara Hills and Jubilee hills Hotels and residences are higher than other hotels in the city, so if you are planning to come Hyderabad India, and prefering Jubilee hills this Hotel is far reasonable in the sake of price per night, the cleaning and stuff.

Worst experience in hotel accomodation. Poor service, not so cooperative staff, lift is not working most of the time, hotel rooms are located on second n third floor, broken buckets and leaking taps n above all, over priced. Please avoid this hotel as it is not upto the mark of fab hotel chains.

We have booked 2 rooms in this hotel for a day, but after reaching hotel we were transferred to some service apartment, which were oyo rooms. This was on 3rd floor, a duplex which was converted in oyo rooms. For this I had called centralised reservation of fab hotel wherein Mr. Amit had replied, he said issue will be sorted in a while, the Manager of the fab hotel came and met me. I explained the things but after that no one bother to revert. Nor Mr. Amit nor The manager. I have to stay in the same rooms I had paid full amount as confirmation for 2 rooms. These oyo rooms has no faciltiy, even Television set has limited channels. in free breakfast u willl get small paper dosa only.

I paid ₹1000/night +tv had all the channels that I knew +ac worked +3mbps Wi-Fi +Super clean and well maintained -my room didn't have a balcony, can't say about other rooms although there was a window that let plenty of natural light in. #Didn't have much interaction with staff as everything went fine say about food as I ate outside anyways.

Good location, and the place is of excellent value for the money. Room service requires improvement.

Just okay. Should work on improving the look. But good rooms.

1. Check in time 12 noon but check out time 11 noon — less than 24 hrs 2. Wifi signal — very poor 3. Breakfast free but some south Indian snacks of hotel's choice and qty 4. TV did not work even for a single minute.

Hi All, I stayed here for 2 days last month, my experience in this hotel was terrible. I arrived there at 11.15 (11 is my check-in time) and they made me to wait till 11.45 stating they need to clean the room. When I opened the room full of smoke smell and toilet doors lock was not working I told the room boy and he told will inform reception and took me to the reception there I waited for an another 15 more minutes and got an another room, I tot everything is fine and went to shower, but no hot water again I called the reception they told me to will give an another room and finally I got a room around 12.30. Service was good now its gone worst. If you looking for a pleasant stay near madhapur pls stay away from this hotel.

Not at all liked this hotel, staff was missing or not cooperative.

Hotel staffs are good polite and helpful. Room is also good but could be better organized. Neat and clean hotel. Near by many stores and resturants. Hotel amenties are less provide only soap and shampoo rest you have procure. In summarized way a good hotel to stay in average budget.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. Cleanliness is so bad and even they don't have hot water facility in the entire hotel and the management is so irresponsible they don't even care for the guests.

Nice accommodation and available tasty n spicy food.

Only redeeming feature is the location of this place. The entrance is shady. The hotel is distributed in two buildings. If you ever take a room here, do NOT accept a room in the second building (the one without the reception). It is very shady.

+ The location to tech companies was great — — — — This was a run down building converted to an Inn and renamed Fab Hotel. It was not a hotel it was a series of floors that were converted to rooms. The view was like being trapped in prison and it just felt uncomfortable.

Rooms are nice and clean but there is an always confused management.
