Worst place ever to stay. The room service is horrible and they wont even provide small things like milk powder n tea bags in room and even for WATER, had to call 3 times. The staff is ill mannered and also the room service guy. Dont ever stay here waste of money.

Rooms are quite well ofcourse somewhat small but maintainance is Great, TV, fridge filled with variety of cool drinks, chocolates, snacks, safe locker, kettle, mini bar (menu card for room service and in room) hair dryer is available in restroom, dentalkit, comb, soaps, moisturiser, shampoo, bath tub is there, double bed, chairs are available. Room service is good and staff is humble. Laundry service, fitness centre, Restaurant in first floor are available. Complementary breakfast available from 7:00am to 10:30am.

The best place to stay innn, very polite & helpful staff. The food items r toooo good no compromise with the qaulity. Must stay place.

Great business purpose hotel and also good for family stays. The breakfast buffet is nice too. They have got al basic stuff but also good range north and south indian items followed by sweets at end. Loved it.

Gorgeous property. 19th century Nazam palace and now a high end Taj hotel. High on hill overlooking old Hyderabad. Guests welcomes by carriage drawn by horses, then showered with rose petals. Great restaurants, especially recommend it Indian one. Wonderful spa, large outdoor pool and fully equipped fitness center. Hotel is in fully restored palace of British-Indian design. Wonderful wood paneling, paintings. The bar is a must visit with huge billiards table and dark wood everywhere. Dining room (open only for private events) seats 101 at gorgeous long table. Tours are given by staff of property. Definitely worth 2 or 3 days. A completely faultless performance from this hotel, from the arrival experience until departure. A very warm welcome, friendly check-in, and a delightful room with patio in peaceful and tranquil surroundings near the Royal Park. The staff have all been there since my last visit 10 years ago, and made a special effort to make me feel welcome, and cared-for. A shining example of old school European hospitality. Dinner and breakfast in the Derby Grill were both delicious and service spot-on. Dangerously inviting wine list! The Nardi family should just keep on truckin' and please don't change a thing! Very luxurious feeling. I would recommend people who visit Hyderabad, must have a visit to Bikanervala Boutique Hotel Lavish. Royal. Good to have once in lifetime royal experience.

Amazing vegetarian food, but the worst Chai in India!

Rooms are good though a little small food was awsum. Only problem was water mixer in shower. Either it comes too hot or cold water.

Bikanervala is one of the best veg outlet in Hyderabad. Starting from soups, snacks & main course all are great to taste. Buffet lunch or dinner they dnt charge for children below 10 which really feel good. I remember buffet was around 600₹ +5% GST. Dhokla & Panner are my hot picks of the restaurant.

Oily food poor hospitility Rooms are expensive in comparison to industry. Poor House keeping.

Wonderful hotel with International standards of service. Free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, awesome bathtub for relaxed bath are the highlights.

This place is much better when compared to many of the other places we visited in the City. Service and Ambiance of the place was really good and so was the Spread for the buffet we had. Good Value for money and we intend visiting this place soon.

Centerally located, a hidden gem of a hotel. The Bikanervala outlet is quite famous and popular but not many know that the outlet bang opposite Taj and next to Karachi bakery in Banjara hills also has rooms attached. The rooms are not too large but well appointed, clean and maintained. Price is in line with the location. Food is excellent. I rarely eat vegetarian food and this hotel is pure vegetarian, but the food at the breakfast was so good that I regretted eating dinner outside. Special call out to their chhole bhature, although everything I tried was good and tasty. Small quibbles woulf be stuff like the ac thermostat not working and occasionally noises from the corridor filtering into the rooms. Overall, a good stay and I will probably use this property again in the future.

Nice cozy place with easy access, and good locality walking distance from Taj Banjara and yea above Bikanerwala so food is good.

I stayed here on a friends get together in Hyderabad. The room I got was very small… but cozy and looked elegant and the ambience was good. The location is good too. Right in the core of banjara hills opposite to Taj Banjara… Karachi bakery is beside this property. Yay! The buffet breakfast was excellent but only veg. As I am a veggie I loved it… The only Negative to this hotel is over priced… You don't feel like it's worth you money… Could have decreased the price. Except for this. The stay was awesome.

I went there it was jammed with a lot of traffic but valet guys were exellent I dont know how they manage but valet service is very good.

Well I visited with the family and the service was worst I have ever encountered. As per the supervisor, no service for buffet, surprisingly even if they are charging ~ INR 575 per person. No plate clearance, no serving of breads, even breads were not available, Arrangements were like if they are offering the food for free. I was certainly disappointed. Will strongly refer to be cautious if you are planning for good time.

Well… I went for buffet with my father who does not like eating out after eating he said "shall we come here again tomorrow? " and I was not shocked. because the food tastes very good you might eat too much… almost every thing is dish perfect… and the decor is one of the best… the service is very very good… price is very low for its taste… you want to eat rajastani veg… this is a place to check out.

Good value for money. But the pineapple and pastry were spoilt! All in all the dinner buffet was good :-).
