Review of Avasa Hotel 4*

Hi guy's I was visited this hotel for pub with my friends for dinner in buffet the welcoming to the restaurant was pretty good then there was Bar counter I went to get the drinks no one is there I have look for restaurant hoster then she get for me a drink after that in the buffet line there was no proper cutlery was not there I ask restaurant manager so he get it for me after that some of other guest also looking for cutlery which is really irritating then I call the restaurant manager I ask him what category do u call AVASA hotel he said 5 *****star deluxe I don't think that they deserve for 5 ***** star the standard of service was poor and having 3 supervisor 1 manager and waiters they are not eble to mange 50 pax in restaurant. 1) after we finish eating I was looking for ice cream close that section there was not bowels I have look for it and ask the manger then he get to me it's happen to every guest there in the restaurant only one thing I really appreciated to Mr. Amardeep chief was doing his job above and behind his engaging the guest smiling thank you amar good job. After we done our dinner when it's come to billing the restaurant manager give me 15% discount which out asking me I bring this attention to duty manager guy's before you go to AVASA hotel any of restaurant think about it it's not worth for your money the service was disgusting unprofessional behavior they don't new there product knowledge finally I can give AVASA hotel 1* star 2nd visit for lunch MAY 9 2016 Hello every one previously I was posted about AVASA Hotel May — 09/2016 we went for lunch as walk in guest hotel entrance lobby, abience was awesome in the restaurant food was so good in lunch buffet variety of choice over all good. here we go again which was happen last time same thing there was no bowels close to dusart section and the waiter who serving he don't have name tag I was asking him where is your name tag he was smiling at me and in buffet line corner there was some debris which left 30 minutes no one cleaning up when it's come to hygien Avasa hotel very poor they have to improve a lot I bring this attention duty manger Avasa hotel management team has to do something about it. Restaurant floor was to dirty it's disgusting.
