Good place for a business traveller. Eating joints are available close by, some till late in the night for those days spent delivering deadlines. Transport is available for all directions and a Reliance Fresh outlet is just opposite for those who need those fruits and snacks at MRP. It may not appeal to those who are used to spotless white restrooms, but restrooms provided are clean. You need to ask for dental kit. Meals are decent, with a buffet spread. Rooms are provided with tea, coffee, water and electric kettle for those morning chores and a mini bar for those empty evenings. Overall, a good fit for the average traveller.

Nice 3* hotel at Hyderabad. Rooms are good and cozy. I love the ambience and buffet breakfast. Staff is very good and helpful they have safe and mini bar in everyroom. I always stay there if I have to stay near ameerpet.

Rooms are perfect as per budget, food is good with many varieties. Check-in and check-out formalities could be improved a bit…! I would say it is value for money.

I have visited this hotel thrice. Mostly after 9 PM. The staff is so grumpy and hostile. The experience to check in makes me regret the decision to stay here. There is no food after 10:30PM. The room and facilities are good. Service and staff is very bad.

They need to improve there meals. Should have more varieties in meal. And restaurant staff should be well trained. People at reception need much improvement.

It's located in Ameerpet. Metro Station is near by only. Hotel is very good the meetings rooms are economical and very good. Food is also good and very affordable. Staff is responsive.

We visited this restaurant for a breakfast buffet. We reached around 10:30 and few of the items on the buffet spread were over already and we didn't even get a chance to taste, when asked the staff said they'll replenish but after asking for more than thrice they said it's over. Food was ok, but the staff could have better. Overall all it was not a good experience.

Very basic business hotel and serves the purpose for the cost they charge you. A typical bed and breakfast hotel, You step outside the hotel it is too crowded, but located just few minutes from begumpet railway station.

Absolutely loved this place because of everything. I know the location is a bit off but hey, its in the middle of a busy city. The breakfast was the best I had in India. The rooms could be a tad bigger but can't complain because hotel fees arent too high. Overall it was a great two night experience.

Location ideal… within walking distance to shops n daily night market experience. Staff polite and helpful. Good local breakfast n buffet dinner spread. Rooms adequate facilities fr a three star hotel. It is a popular hotel fr local conferences, seminars and training.

The staff is not well trained. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The food taste has lot of scope for improvement.

Went on a company tour. Usually we stay at a comparatively better places but this time we were assigned to this hotel. The lower rating is because of the condition of the toilet. It was a bit shabby and the ceramics looked stained. The floor of the room was dampy. Couldn't open the window curtain because there was a window of a private house just opposite to it within few feet. Breakfast was kind of okay.

The hotel is located near Ameerpet Metro railway station. Close to many tourist spots. Rooms are small. Many rooms requires immediate attention in terms of maintenance. House keeping team is pathetic. Probably they are untrained. Lack of coordination among the hotel staff is blatantly visible. Better avoid the hotel if there is any group booking in the hotel at the time of your visit.

Courteous staff and well furnished interiors. Pleasant ambience. Much recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel with family for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is very good and not so far away from heart of the city. Rooms are small so is the bed size. So if you are traveling with kids, bed size is a concern here. Rooms are clean. Hot water is available. Good customer service. Staffs are so good. Food served on their restaurant is too good. But all the 3 days they served same food. Some varieties should be appreciated. Note: Wi-Fi range is very poor inside the room.

Good Hotel with nice rooms. Easily noticeable with wheel chair access. The bed size is limited, in case you are traveling with kids. The main concerns was with their dining menu. We had stayed for 3 days. We had a package with both breakfast and dinner. The Breakfast menu as well as dinner menu Items were same on all 3 days. Some change would be appreciated. Also there are no ice creams for dessert. Banquet section needs to be improved. Said that staffs are very helpful.

The hotel is good stay for business travelers with enough to keep it going. The place is neat and tidy and keeps things simple. However, a few more options on the room dining menu will certainly increase the appeal.

Serious issues with house keeping. I don't think the cups and spoons kept in the rooms are properly washed and nobody is monitoring this. Very unhygienic. Cleanliness is a big question mark?

This is a mid range hotel in good location. Hotel is clean however rooms are small. Hot water is not hot but warm. Lunch and dinner buffets are available but they are not worth for money.

Centrally located clean rooms very helpful staff. Very much in the busy streets lot of electronic shops and coaching centres. There is theatre nearby.

Stayed for 3 days changed 3 rooms but all 3rooms were worse. Toilets are very bad, beds are tooooo small… Will never go again.

Good. I 've been staying here for three days. Hotel staffs and personnel are nice. But Windows and rooftop are always closed. I can't see outside the open sky.

I stayed there and when I asked for packaged drinking water, they gave me a refilled drinking water.

Yesterday on 29-9-13, me along with my wife and son went for a lunch buffet at 14.00 hrs, the food was not at all upto the mark. Almost 40% items were over by that time, they have not refilled, especially Chicken Dum Biryani, only rice was available without chicken pieces and fish curry only gravy was there without any fish pieces. Sweets, salads were also not refilled. I went to many hotels for either lunch or dinner but never I felt such an embarrassing situation that no proper food was provided, by 15.00 hrs we have been informed will be closed and within 5 minutes the items were removed. This is my first review, as I felt bad with the food provided, I am compelled to write a review.

I am Arun from Palakkad, Kerala. Recently I had stayed in this hotel along with my family members for 4 days. The service I got from the staff is excellent. Also I would like to appreciate the buffet system of food provided to us in the morning. It is very nice. Rooms are quite good. Facilities provided is OK. The room service is fantastic.

Very nice hotel. Rent reasonable staff very accommodating. Booked via makemytrip. Look for killer deals. I got 30% off. Buffet breakfast has nice spread and is complimentary. But never book cabs from their reception. Way overcharged upto and over 4 times regular call taxi fare. I used cellcabs had no problem and cheap also.
