Worst front office team and receptionist. No clarity of checkout and checkin. Too much high price compared to nearest 3 star hotekls, very bad and pathetic experince. Dont go.

Worst hotel, receptionist is very young and lack of handling customers. I have booked and it was confirmed me over phone, but when I reached I was informed that no rooms are booked for me. After 30min waiting at reception they confirmed my booking. Worst experience I had.

It's landmark hotel, located in near the SECUNDERABAD Railway station, pleasant relaxing ambience, restaurant and bar outsourced to Blue B, one if the finest bar and restaurant chain in Andra and Telengana. Choose room with out a pillar for easy maneuverability.

The food served is sumptuous. Although, it may not be a place where you can have a quiet and peaceful meal with your family as the place does not have any separate section for families away from the bar and restraint section. Three stars for the food.

Good staying experience… maintenance more can be improve… Very nice and clean room. But food is not up to the mark.

The hotel is a major landmark in the secuenderabad. It has friendly and professional staff. The service, cleanliness and food is highly appreciable. The hotel is very near to the Secunderabad Railway station.

The rooms were good enough. The service was a little slow. The extra beds need to be upgraded. But I have to mention the honesty and sincerity of Mr. PREM who is the front desk assistant. We were chatting for a while in the lobby before we left the hotel. When we left, one us had forgotten a phone on the table there. We realised that the phone was lost only when MR. PREM called us and informed that there is a phone left out on the table. Then we headed back to the hotel and picked it up. I Would give MR. PREM a 5 STAR RATING for his honesty and service. I think people like MR. PREM should be encouraged, so that they keep on doing this good work.

Vegetarian buffet is nice and non-expensive (Rs. 360 + gst). I liked the dish 'Buddha's delight'. Deserts were few. Ambience and staff are ok ok.

I would have given 5 stars but the was a huge struggle in communicating with the staff. It would be better if they gave basic English training. Other than that I have no complaints.

The banquet hall I have visited is small but good with the facilities. Love the food here.

Ambeince of the restsurant is moderate, but the crowds are very noisy, food you have specify for each and every item taste according to your own taste bud otherwise they will serve a different item.

For meetings it's ok type place, sound system has problem since 4 years I'm regularly attending here at 6th floor and the same problem persist. Washroom needs a better flush system. Food is good.

Good ambience. Hotel staff are cooperative. Breakfast is good. If you are a foodie you will love buffet breakfast here. Rooms are neat and clean. Area before rooms is also very well maintained. Miss facilities like swimming pool.

I went to reataurant, and ordered biryani I felt that this is the worst biryani I ever had in my life even though I was born and brought up in huderabad and starter were Good so please dont order biryani here you money is gone for toss for sure,

Was here back in February 2010 The room was clean and large the service was great. Employees went out of their way to help you. The food in the restaurant was good although you must tell them ZERO spice or else you will breath fire cause Indian food is very spicy. I enjoyed the hotel although the city of Hyderabad is a piss hole.

Value for money if you go through Oyo Rooms. The breakfast is simple yet very good and healthy.

Best service, ease of access and convenient location.

It is a good hotel located just near the cloak tower. The rooms are spacious enough and well appointed. The internet speed of Wi-Fi is fine and the complementary breakfast is just fine. However my suggestion is to improve the variety in breakfast.

The BLUE B restaurant in this hotel is nice. Good food. I've heard that rooms are also good and we maintained and come at a good price too.

I often visit this place for client meetings. Quite preferable.

I regularly go here to spend time with friends. Place has deteriorated a little since opening about four five years back. They don't have a range of beers in their hotel upstairs anymore and offer only KF Ultra, probably designed to get you to drink more and more since its light beer. Not a great way to do hospitality. They never have any other beers. They do have other spirits and serve it in good quality without dilution. The food is just okay. Bar food kind of food. I wouldn't recommend eating here since it isn't spectacular. Yes, the snacks are just about okay, but the food is just nothing to write home about.

In Bar n restaurant all the rates are high and the worst service. They charge water at 50 rupees per bottle.

I & my family chose this hotel for its location in May 2014. Rooms are clean. House-keeping staff are good. However, you can expect lot of surprises. As NRI, I carried one bottle of wine. Suddenly, I got to know that outside stuff is not allowed, even if u come from abroad. Secondly, my booking was bed+breakfast. First day, b/fast was served for all four of us. Suddenly, 2nd day, they said only 2 are allowed. And the same happened for 3rd day as well. Very weird. Room rates are high for a 3 star hotel. Overall, experience is disappointing. Book this hotel at your own risk.

The buffets seem to have a good spread. Try it for the sake of it. Dont expect much.

Nice place to stay. We stayed here this July. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Luxurious bathrooms. Only sticking point was the breakfast. Free but limited prions since only 3 customers were staying at the time. Close to everything. Shopping, Transport, food, everything.
