Good hospitalilty, housekeeping and ambience. Food served is tasty! Overall a good place to stay!

I stayed in this hotel as a part of cousins wedding to secunderabad. It is a good hotel. Very well maintained and service level is good. I love their food including breakfast and other food. Love and recommend it to others.

We went for a buffet breakfast at this hotel, we all liked the place, ambience is good and anyone can feel comfortable to go here with family. Quality food not really expensive. Very reasonable prices. Food is tasty here. Service is excellent. Overall a very good experience.

Nice place and easy access from Secunderabad Railway Station and good service and maintenance. Here having a banquet hall and dinning hall for special parties and functions and marriages. Convenient place for all type of transport facilities like railway station and local bus stand and also now metro railway station is also very near available. Just 1 km distance from Railway Station.

Unprofessional reception staff. They refuse to give a bill saying there is a problem in the system which actually is a complete lie. When I asked them to give it in writing and told them I would give a written complain about the same the bill was generated within seconds. Same thing regarding payment, they wanted the payment to be made in cash, so that they can pocket that money. When I insisted on paying by the credit card, first I was told that the machine has a problem, I knew that wasn't true and told them that I won't pay by cash whatever happens, again miraculously the machine started working. Pathetic experience. Won't visit again. Didn't expect this from such a big 3 Star hotel.

Everything is fine and very good. The facilities they provide are very appropriate. Excellent service. Just need to work on check in time as 12pm check in out in not appropriate for business class people. It should be a bit early so that people can utilize the time instead of waiting in the corridor.

Very good Hotel. Rooms are good. We had big bulk booking for a marriage in family. Facilities are good. Can't say Best! But need to improve a lot. Overall it's a good place.

Very Good Hotel located near Secunderabad Railway Station. Service is very good. Food quality is very good. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. All shops of medicine, ATM etc are near by.

Everything is is very nice except drinking water they will just give u 300ml water (100ml. In each bottle) in the night! After that if u die thirsty they won't pick the call!
One more thing I'd like to suggest better not depend their Wi-Fi.

Best food for vegetarians cost is ok i. E not too much high nor too cheap but its reasonable but I donno why people don't prefer getting into this restaurant it is pleasant and calm where we can spend a lot of time happily.

I was at this hotel for a family get together. The place is nice and got ambient lighting. We chose for buffet but I felt the food could be much better.

Convenient location, nicely maintained property. Rooms are well furnished and support staffs are also good. But the Restaurant is good for pure vegetarians…

Nice stay and excellent location. Be careful if u come early before 12pm u have to give money to welcome desk for early check in. They not check in guest first in first come basis rather they check in who pay the most!

Hotel is not meeting the expectations of a 3 star as claimed in several online websites. Mr. Bhanu, the manager of this hotel was very supportive. Breakfast options and quality in the restaurant needs to be improved. For, lunch and dinner there is only limited options. Manager/ Supervisor inside the restaurant doesn't have any attitude, and his behaviour gives an impression that he is doing a favour by providing breakfast as complimentary. And the staff inside the restaurant needs to be properly trained to handle the customers.

Decent rooms in the heart of the city. Courteous staff. Good clean rooms. TV is a killer … with most of the channels being in the local language.

I stayed there for a night to attend a marriage. The hotel has a wedding hall and it is spacious. Hotel has good proximity to railway station and around 1.5km from a bus stop where one can get buses to the Hyderabad airport.

The worst place to live in Hyderabad. Bathroom is dirty and no place to take a decent bath, shower curtains are dirty and the rooms were just plain dirty. I had to change rooms thrice to get a decent place to stay.

Only Vegetarian Food. Great service. Good Maintanence.

Good hotel near by railway station, I can say best hotel. Rooms are very good. Food also very good with good price.

For the price the food was of a sufficient variety. Taste great. The vegetable biriyani here seems not anywhere close to biriyani. Service staff were very alert and courteous. Would visit again for sure.

I was busy at passport office and was asked to wait till lunch time is complete. I came out for having a decent meal and found out this hotel just 2 min away from the office. Had buffet as suggested by the friendly staff. It has some good variety but only vegetarian. It's in house restaurant is called Kasturi. Buffet costs 245₹ which is quite decent price. Food tasted decent.

Excellent 3-star hotel in secunderabad. Banquet hall is excellent, and the food they serve is top-class, the staff/management are very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Excellent food. The only for one less star is that they cannot provide take out for Thali plates. You are stuck to dine in for Thalis.

Good rooms and Maintenance services. Restaurant food also tasty And travelling from that place anywhere is very convenient with number of travelling facilities.

It's good for budget training / workshops. Hotel may charge Rs 450-500/ person with some fixed no let say 20-30 delegation. I must say it is recommended for such programs.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished but a bit on the higher side. It's one of the newest, well maintained hotels near the Secunderabad Railway station, walkable distance and has good parking space in such a cramped station area. Restaurant is hygienic and food tasty. If you are at the railway station and looking for a good thali this is the best place for it.

I want to make all those who book their tickets online, have to be careful about its payment part. I had booked one OYO room stating two adults and a daughter 10 years of age a week in advance. When I check in on 31st of December 2015, I was informed at the reception that amount of 3000 is added in the total. If you r ready to face improper behaviour on arrival, go for it where construction is still on. I was lucky to get better accomodation at Raj Residency at a cheaper price with excellent location n services. (Booking number PLKO2436) Hopeless OYO booking.
