Good hotel, clean rooms, food is good in in-house restaurant specifically breakfast.

Good environment. Good service. Food should be Appropriated. But outside food not allowed.

Shall never visit again… If you are checking in Night carry your own water bottle… No Tea Maker and Mini bar in the room as mentioned in list of services. Please carry your own stuff after 11.00 pm. Carry your own Tea in Thermos if you are habit of drinking Tea after 9.00 p. M.

Nice hotel and just opposite to secunderabad railway station. Restaurant food is not that too much affordable and tasty but this hotel do provide their own travel service if anybody wants to use it.

Do not expect too much from this hotel. Located near railway station of succenderbad, telengana. Do not take in-hotel meals. Not worth the price. Rooms are good clean. Nice for 2-3 days stay. Not more than that. Keep your baggage inside the cupboard before leaving the room.

Good decent hotel near SECUNDERABAD railway station. You can order food from your room. They have their own restaurant but a bit costly. Walkable distance from railway station and just opposite to the famous Gurudwara. Rooms are of limited size.

I would just like to say that if you are ever in Hyderabad, you must experience this hotel even if for just one night. I can honestly say that it is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The memories will stay with me for ever. It is one of the premier budget hotel in Hyderabad. You can afford it stay in the hotel wing rather than the tower as the little suttle things that you get extra are worth it. Thank you to all at the Lotus grand for a wonderful stay. We promise to return on our next visit to Hyderabad.

A very nice experience in the hotel. The reception desk and other staff was very polite. The washrooms were clean and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. No complaints about anything. Located so near to the Secunderabad station yet affordable rooms.

Food quality is very bad. That's why I want to suggest you that you need to improvement in food and you should change the curry everday and you need to provide north indian food also. And all staff is very good and all staff Nature is too good. But there is a person I don't know what is the profile of this person but I know his name. His name is Ahmed. He is very bad person. He present with abusing to costumer.

Hotel is very near to Secunderabad railway station, that is a positive thing only. Rooms are not spacious. My toilet room water is leaking. One more thing beds quality is not good, I have very bad experience… one night I found that insects are inside the mattress and when I wake up in morning my totally body become red… horrible.

Rooms are quite good nd toilets are clean. Cc TV in each nd every lobby. But very poor service, no housekeeping unless requested 2-3times, they don't even come to refill your water jug.

Nice cozy short budgeted hotel very near to Secunderabad station. Reasonably priced food and lodging.

Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with family. They charged 500Rs extra for early check-in when booked through OYO. Our train reached at 7:30am. This hotel is very near to railways station. Most of their guests checkin in the morning. Even then they charge extra for early check-in. This place should be 24 hour checkin when it is near to railway station. The complimentary breakfast buffet was pathetic. Only idli and upma with chutney sambar in addition to bread and jam. They didn't even have dosai or eggs as an option. This place is definitely not 3 star for its service. The rooms were small and bathrooms were not so clean. They didn't even have a toothpaste when I requested. Noone of the staff speak English. One or two in reception speaks hindi. The others speak only Telugu. If u don know Telugu, it's very tough to stay here. Don't even try their restaurant. No waiter understands English or Hindi. Food tastes very poor and is very spicy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pathetic service. Hotel staff have a very absconding tone. If you are booking from makemytrip or any similar sites they will not entertain, they will just tell you to contact them. Room service was poor, one can find liquor smell in the room. Many things more but overall, will not be suggesting to anyone. I stayed for 2 days at this hotel recently and these are the various issues that I faced. During the time of check-in I had to shout and make a scene in the reception in order to be serviced properly, the 2 guys at the reception have a very negative and inhospitable attitude with no manner of courtesy or friendliness. If they had to tell me the above in a polite and respectful way, I wouldn't be writing this review, I personally don't care about what you don't have but how you say that to me. I actually had to shout, yell and make a scene in the reception for those clowns to treat me with respect. I end my review stating my regret in staying at this hotel and I am always going to tell my friends and well wishers around of my horrendous experience at this hotel. The management of this establishment should first teach his employees in the reception, the very basic requirement of politeness and customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel since it's first year of operation and was pleasantly pleased to see that it was still as clean and tidy as when I first visited. I had a great sleep and breakfast, Staffs were excellent as before and I can say their professionalism has increased a lot.

I recently been there for a conference, Location of hotel is good. One can find all famous locations easily accessible. Rooms are good. Breakfasts buffet is very good. Conference hall was really awesome it's sound management and decoration of total hall is really professional.
