One of most pathetic reasturents to have food around. Cockroach and plastics found in food and also having bunch of liars/servers. They bill you for something else and not for what you have orederd. Guys beware. Don't waste money and time here.

Buffet for 400 is what I liked. This is not very spacious but surely for 400 you won't regret getting there. They have separate parking also.

It's ok but not excellent. Too much of chicken no variety. Better if they concentrate little on their menu as well.

This is regarding their restaurant — It's an upper economical place. Breakfast buffet comes at Rs 235 types, which is really good for its price and has decent spread. Dinner is value for money, not the best of the tastes but above average and justify its mid range price. It's a reasonable large restaurant, hence no waiting required. Parking/ valet is available.

This review is only about the buffet that these guys offer. Ambiance is decent here. Food tastes good. But choices are very limited. If you are looking for a place to host a corporate buffet lunch anywhere around kondapur, this could be a good choice as prices are competitive. Offers good value for money.

Hotel was good… better than I expected… however location marked in Google is wrong… I went round and round the place and ended up not reaching there… had to call a friend to guide me to the hotel… food was great… I had the buffet lunch… totally satisfying.

This place is situated in the very heart of the city. Easily reachable as it is just beside the metro station. The food in every swagath seems to be good. I went here to attend a party and seemed a good place to me.

One of the best buffet ever had and that too at affordable price… a lot of items available and live counter also there… You will love this place for sure.

Nice place for buffet and small parties and functions. It can accommodate to 200 pax. Open dining facility available. Preferred for night parties. Coming to food, have limited options and non veg is not so great. Veg has limited options. Veg biryani is spicy and taste is very good.

If you are a budget traveler and you have been sleeping worst places after night parties then I can assure this place is pretty decent. You can get a nice decent place to stay at night at a very low cost. The bed feels a little dusty though but it's you're paying 1 or 2k lesser than any decent hotel. They ask for some security deposit but if you made no damage to the room, don't forget to connect your money.

Decent place to stay in Hyderabad. The hotel also offers complementary breakfast which is fabulous. Staff behaviour is excellent.

They have all the variety of foods in both the category veg and non veg … varieties in fruits and salads and in the dessert section could have been even better… otherwise everything is fine.

It's in hi-tech city of hyderabad. Centrally located and on main connecting roads. Gr8 food and presentation in dinner. But breakfast could be better. Live station dosa fantastic.

Rooms are clean and there are also amenities. Its cuisine is excellent, quality, relatively cheap and tasty. Location is very good but there is a need to improve room service as the hotel staff takes unnecessary time for any work.

Very good restaurant for buffets at lunch and dinner. The same building hosts a good array of rooms to stay as well as a board room, function hall, lounge and terrace bar. Good rooms to stay and are available at almost all seasons. Service is excellent for the price. They have a 15 seater board room for meetings as well. A very well setup terrace bar and function hall for events and Hangouts. Ample parking in the cellar for both two wheeler and four wheeler as well. Valet parking for four wheelers.

Very poor. Not willing to hear the voice of customers. Advertisement saying weekend lunch/dinner is Rs 449, but they are charging Rs 559 excluding taxes. When we ask branch manager, he didn't treat us as a customer. We felt very bad about it. Next time we never consider this restaurant and also not recommend to my friends and relatives. I request the management don't try to fool the people.

I had lunch buffet here and liked very much. Worth for the price. Very good number of items for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I recommend to others to visit it. May be on Fridays, (i visited on Friday) the varieties and quality might be good since more people will visit on Fridays in that location, from offices.

Loved the food here. Best in price and the menu is well designed. Overall experience is very good and there is still scope for improvement though: 1. They don't refill the items proactively and you'd need to wait foe few mins (which we normally don't like). 2. Staff need to be bit more interactive with the guests. Nobody even greets you there and ask you how the food is.

On a fried suggestion we both went there but this time we had bad experience. Most of the foods are not hotter, when any item is over they are taking so much to fill it again. Many items taste are not that great. Serving is fine, its better if they check bowls before it get empty and before customer complaints. Disappointed hope they will make the experience better if ever I go there again anytime later.

Recently I've visited Swagath-De-Royal located in kondapur. Place quite good and maintenance is fabulous. Quality of food and has large space to get together parties and more.

We ordered a north indian thali and very very very less quantity of food not enough for single person. Items mentioned in the order were not present in the delivered food. Worst ever experience and the food that got delivered was costing around 220 but ot is Worth only of 60 rupees. Worst and worst-est.

Table No. 35 of Swagath Buffet area is Just beside the Steps which goes to first floor and the DUST falling from those steps in to the food we are eating on Table no. 35 and we felt it very Unhygienic. Informed the Swagath Authorities to take necessary action or arrange a Glass or a Complete Curtain to avoid DUST falling when people going up and down from those steps.

This review is on the restaurant. I had gone there for dinner with my wife and friend. Firstly, the food wasn't tasty, that's not the real issue. The real issue being the quality of the food. After having the food, all three of us had severe stomach ache. The cost is not at all worth of the heavy charges on the pocket considering both taste and quality. I shall never ever go there again.

Very crowded place in the afternoon time due to office staff coming for lunch… avoid this time if you're with family. Good food, the buffet has lot of options to choose from either veg/non veg. Tried sambhar rice, curd rice and did receive what I expected … purely South Indian and very well prepared… A must visit place for all age groups… the restaurant has 2 floors so if the ground floor (where buffet is served) is stocked try the one above…

I went for breakfast buffet. It was tasty and good. The only thing missing were chicken sausages which was there in the menu but not in d buffet.

This girl used to be good, but it's service detoriated over the years. When I clearly requested for a non smoking room, they provided me with a smoking room. The room has a pillar in the middle and does not have running hot water. There is only a geyser which takes its own sweet time to hear the water.

A decent hotel/restaurant situated on the arterial Miyapur-Gachibowli highway. Buffet menu is very good and economical… Hotel staffs are well behaved.

It is just fine. Be careful of snacks packets which are already being placed in the room… they are not complimentary except water bottles. So be carefully before digesting them.

Very bad experience with Swagath De Royal Restaurant, Kondapur : Found cockroach in Biryani We went in a group of 12 for lunch buffet on 22/03/2016. One of our friends unexpectedly had an insect in his plate when he served himself with Biryani. When we approached the staff/manager to report the find, our words were not kindly taken and we returned with empty stomach with amount paid in full.

Worst service. No response. Hated it. IT guys plz dnt prefer.

I have visited last Sunday really we had very bad experience the management staff behave so surprisingly, they made the bill before we finish dinner we did't ask them also. Though we have coupons we paid more bill. They are not listing to us, they said once bill done we can't do we really screwed with their over smart behavior. Really bull shit management over there…

Ordered mini biryani through ola cafee. Rs 99/-. It was good. 2 small pieces of chicken and 1/2 boiled egg with raita and mirchi ka saalan and lemons and cucumber. Missed onions. Overall satisfactory experience.

About food, was very excited for the food but turned out to be a sheer disappointment. We ordered biryani but it turned out to be a plain rice with fried chicken with no hint of spice at all. If you are a foreigner you will probably enjoy it, but as a hyderabadi indian its a big NO.

They have a DJ in the hotel, which plays at night and causes glasses of rooms of the hotel to make noises due to resonance. The bass and woofer make loud and uncomfortable noises in the rooms. This is very discomforting. And on asking the reception to close it they can't help you.

Amazing room service with delicious food and all the rooms ware fully decorate with interior design,, every time after coming from outside you will find your room fully clean. I will recommend this hotel as its too good with in this budget.

Worst Buffet I had in Hyd. Starters where stone cold. Mutton was class-A rubber. Souffle tasted like cough syrup. Halwa was uncooked. Pastry became toast. The best of the menu was Plain rice and Papad.
