BEWARE: Google maps will show wrong route to the hotel. The path is closed from past 1 year due to road construction. There is a complicated way to get to the hotel. It's recommended to get another hotel instead of finding your way in and out. I struggled for 1hr to get to here. Call fabhotels help and get this hotel's number, then ask the receptionist for the way to the hotel. Apart from this struggle, the room is good, but small and services are great! It deserves 5 star but this impossible to reach situation makes it 1 star.
It is located a few lanes away from the main road. Parts of the building are still under construction (for instance, the terrace) During my stay the roads outside were cut up and it was difficult to reach. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There will be a window but no balcony. They provide a litre of mineral water (RO water is available at the lobby free of cost) and soap and body wash gel complementary everyday. The linen is regularly cleaned. The water pressure is the bathroom is quite low which gets frustrating at times. The staff is friendly and courteous. There is no gym as mentioned.

The hotel room was nice and decent for the price and location. Staff was good. The only issue was the road was under construction so there was no property way to reach the hotel and conveyance was a big trouble.
