Worst experience thus far, un-professional behavior at the reception, had to wait for 40 odd minutes after a tiresome journey late in the evening for a booking done 3 days in advance! More so, corporate cards are not accepted with payment in full to be done in advance. I wish I could post some pictures of the linen!

Very bad. I went with my family for a single nighy stay and we had very bad experience. I asked for 3 persons accommodation and they don't have any room or an extra bed for that. If u order a sandwich or tea it will take 1 hr or more for you to get it. I asked for 2 bottles of water and it was so difficult for them to arrange it that I got it after 12 hours that too 1 bottle. I have never had such a pathetic service ever. The food however provided after 2 hours was good. I will never suggest anybody with family to book this place but for someone who has emergency and can spend a night may be for them it works. For me it was a nightmare and extremely bad decision to book this place. Ambience:1/5 Food:3/5 Room service: negative Staff :1/5 Accessibility 4/5 Comfort: 3/5 they have this terrible attar smell overall in the room. Once again I would suggest pay a little more for other good hotels not this one for sure.

Very bad experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. There are lots of problems with the services. They just try to convince us with a simple sorry word. And yes some bed bugs and bad food quality. A lodge near a railway station is better than this.

Worest is not enough word to describ about that worest hotel and please never book the room in that hotel and waste persons (staff) are there but no response and food is worest and my brother attack with juandice by eating the food and tiffen which is proving by then is yaaaaaakkkkkkkkkk cheeeee cockroach are there in food so assume that while booking a room """ finally no star should given to them worest hotel """""

Treebo Royal Grand inn is located at the prime location and near by Inorbit mall. Infrastructure is very good and Staff is friendly, They set Breakfast buffet which consist of lot of food and beverage item which are well cooked, Overall it is good property to stay.

Not at all good. The rooms are very old and have pungent smell. The rooms are very small n conjusted. Toilets r clean but again too small. The staff and service is very good though. Still would not recommend it.

Check in was super quick. They allow you to check in before rhe prescribed time by charging a nominal amount. The buffet breakfast is decent with 4-5 options. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean.

Nice decent hotel. Good break fast. Good staff.

Only thing I liked is Location, as located in prime location of Gachibowli, easy conveyance to Madhapur, Hi-Tech. Rest all, not up to the mark. You may find "aroma" everywhere from entering it to rooms, cushions, beds. Not impressed.

Value for money… Room is neat and clean ambience is good and bathroom is having indivual heater is plus I'm a frequent traveller and my suggestion this is recommended under or around Rs. 1000 tariff.

Hotel is clean but at some places need renovation. Otherwise it's good. Staff is courteous. Book via oyo to get best price.
