Right ambience to have a get together with ask all bunch of friends … servicing need to be spruced up a bit tad slow otherwise perfect place to spend quality time over food n drinks with friends.

Best place to check-in to visit the city. Must visit.

Awesome experience and well maintained and cleaned atmosphere with proper hygienes.

I have never ever seen such puthatic service in my life, everything was mis managed, faced hell lot of issues, I will request everyone plz do not choose this hotel for stay it's not worth it.

Very good location. Usa consulate just beside the hotel. Passport office also just beside the hotel. Metro station just walk in distance from hotel. Nice hotel. Rooms are also spacious. Overall very good hotel and recommended by me.

One of The Best Hotel in Hyderabad. Very Neat and Clean with affordable cost. Located heart of the city. Staffs are very polite and friendly in nature. They have restaurant you can order lunch and dinner and they serve to your room. Food but costly but taste is good. Room is sufficient enough. They have different types of room as per our requirement we can book. You can book this hotel directly, through leading hotel booking websites.

Amazing rooms and view. Quality room service and very well behaved staff. Cherry on the cake is there delicious and sumptuous complimentary Breakfast. Accessibility to major locations is a Big plus. I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly.

Stayed there for three nights for US visa. Very close to embassy, can reach by walk in two three minutes. The club room was very spacious, staff was courteous. Breakfast and in room dining food was great. I had some trouble reaching the hotel from airport, it is not visible from main road. The only road is through in front of US embassy. If you are asking for directions to hotel, better ask for US embassy.

Very good place to stay while visiting the consulate. Within walking distance. Nice and clean. Has a good view and lots of good restaurants close by. Staff were very courteous.

Hotel good. Service poor Doors lock need to change for better security purpose. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of varieties. Pool is free but need to have costumes like polyester clothing and head cap.

Rooms are very good. Breakfast and Dinner are also good. With good number of variety. I did not like dinner bcoz most of the things are cooked long time ago, now they are cold. Hotel Reception services need to be more improved.

The taste of food is very good, juices are also very tasty, service is also good but only thing is that you can't take away your food in your room's from restaurant. Rooms are also very clean as expected.

Had a brief time with The Fern. You get a feel that the place is a secluded hotel at entrance, thought it is amongst concrete jungle. I must say rooftop banquet was good. There is really nothing exceptional to go beyond 3 stars. Obviously it is a good choice for buddies with visa works at the consulate.

Nice place to stay. Nearby Us Consulate and hence its packed. Don't know about in house restaurants but you can have great food nearby with all the aweso e restaurants. Location is little tricky even with Google maps as it leads to back side of hotel on navigation.

Located near the Begumpet passport office. The staff is good and the breakfast served was exceptionally tasty. Beautiful rooms with a view of the the Tank Bund from the window if you'd be just lucky to get that room. The restrooms are also maintained really well. It was good overall.

Had a bad experience for first time, the buffet area is very small, basically it's only for people who are staying in that hotel. i went there with friends for second time and sat on terrace, side of bar area. Beautiful view of Tank Bund.

One of the finest hotels you will find near US general consulate, if you are coming for Visa appointments. The consulate is just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The food served is really good. The hotel staff are very friendly. You will get complementary breakfast if you are staying for 2 days.

2 min walkable distance from US consulate. Room was good, nicely maintained and big. But for each thing we had to call them as they did not provide basic items in the room like shower cap,. Shaving kit etc.

Nice property to stay. Staff is very courageous. Food is awesome and not very expensive. Only in 2 things there is a scope of improvement. One — furniture in rooms are pretty old which needs maintenance. And I found a lot of mosquitos in the room. Otherwise the hotel is good to stay.

Good place. Helpful staff. Cons: The fire alarm keeps ringing everytime as its too sensitive. It starts ringing even when someone passes by with tea or coffee under it. The banquet hall is too far from the main hotel. Its little inside from the main road in a lane at the end of it. There were no glass or hot water thermos in the room.

I went to the hotel on valentines day. I spent in top floor, open sky area. It has a good view. Entire tankbund, necklace road, Indian national flag (tallest) in the city is visible. The food was awesome. It's a perfect place for families and couples. Not a crowded place. It's peaceful place.

The hotel is located very close to the US consulate and VAC. So if you're in Hyderabad for your visa interview, this is the best place to stay. The room are also quite nice. Staff is helpful and friendly. The in-room dining is quite average. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Overall experience was good. Neat and clean place. Breakfast staff were excellent and smiling and so eager to serve. Pritam went out of his way to make us feel comfortable Housekeeping are not serious… even after various complains they didn't make up the room. Housekeeping manager then personally came to apologize.

It's not that much good. It could be better. The food quality was very low. The amount of money they are taking atleast we can expect good food. But it was not there.

Cosy rooms, a bit away from main road. Two types of rooms, one type are a bit smaller for comfort. Service is good, breakfast spread has good choice.

Rooms are value for money. Although it is located in the heart of the city, it is a bit tucked away from the main roads and hence a bit serene too. Since it is very close to the US consulate, there are many guests who stay here for this purpose. Food is just about average: unless you're really pressed for time, I suggest you walk to the main road and there are plenty of options there. Wifi was an issue throughout my stay.

Used the board room for 5 days. The board room was convenient and being in basement area. Only SPA and Gym were present, hence no external prrsence for most of the day. An exclusive employee was dedicated for us, hence convenient for any need and received dedicated service. Lunch was at the restaurant, a bit inconvenient on day 1 in terms of timings but was good otherwise days. Food was reasonable, nothing to complain but understand non-veg food is better than veg, in terms of taste. On the cons side, parking is limited and we can face inconvenience depending on the number of guests that day. Also, the banquet office is located in a different place, hence they take time to come even when we are wanting to do payments. Overall, loved the service and readiness of the employees to serve and ambience is quite good at macro level.

I had my Sangeet at Chiran Fort and wedding at Manasarovar Fern hotel in Nov, 2015. I had booked a bridal suite at the hotel way in advance, and on the day of the Sangeet when I went to check in, they said that the suite wasn’t available and they made me wait for almost 2 hours to get another room, which wasn’t what I had asked for. Everything was so mismanaged, that they made me late for my own Sangeet. The staff was irresponsible and insensitive.

The breakfast was good. The rooms and washrooms were clean and tidy. Though it does not have the luxurious feel, it's a good place to stay at. The led in my room has some issues with the sound!

The room that I stayed at was very clean. The hotel staff were quite friendly and treated the guests with a lot of respect. They were quite flexible to our request regarding extended stay period. The breakfast was good and had a variety of dishes. The only bad experience that I had was that the AC was malfunctioning. The phone was out of service. Overall it was a really nice stay.

The maintenance and service was quiet good. Water in pool was very bad and smelly. Food was extraordinary especially Arabian recipes. Overall my experience was just happy!

In Secunderabad, this is a good option for stay. I am in love with the veg snacks of their restaurant. Hotel staff is also nice and ready to help you.

Nice hotel, good parking space, amenities are good. The room given to me had damp marks and paint peeling off at places. Breakfast is good, though could be better. The entrance form Begumpet is difficult because of the Metro works.

The rooms are very nice with many amenities within room such as TV, study table with lamp, tea/coffee maker, dinner table etc. It has free breakfast in the morning till 10 am. Entire hotel has beautiful paintings. Staff is courteous and polite.

Good hotel, Close to the US Consulate office. Good free buffet breakfast with cereals, south indian dishes, eggs, sausages, bread, sandwiches, muffins, milk, juice etc. This place has a big swimming pool, a roof top bar and a restaurant in the ground floor. The business centre is air conditioned and has one desktop computer connected to the internet with a printer. Rooms were clean and the bedsheets, towels etc were clean too!

Highly recommended for everyone who is visiting the US Visa … Get accommodation here which is very close to the railway station or easily approachable from Airport, be ready as per your schedule without any hassles as it's just walkable from this place (Instead of travelling from a farther place in city traffic). The prices are affordable and room + room services are awesome!

The hotel is nearly 1km away from the main road. The hotel has good ambience and nice place to dine. The parking area is terrible as we need to park in an under constructed building.
