Trainees are deployed totally, they lack experience and don't serve well. No lack with the taste, the taste is awesome. Please visit during weekends, may be they will use the best employees rather than trainees. Totally disappointed with the ambience and dining experience.

Best hotel to stay in Salem. Nice breakfast. Staffs are so polite and room service is also good. I prefer to stay again. No worries about family staying. Advisable for family also.

This place is very close to the railway station making it easily accessible. The rooms fantastic! And the prices were very reasonable. The party hall was good too. The food was also very nice. Service in their restaurant is a little slow. But its fine. Had a good stay at Rathna residency.

Good place for lunch, and comfortable stay. Situated at a main and easily accessible location. Buffet options are good, but a la carte they need to improve the taste. Overall if you prefer for cost effective cozy lunch, and stay this would be a better place to fit in.

Awesome place. Went here for lunch with family (have an infant kid). Chose the NV Thali and the food was really yummy and the dishes had authentic chettinad taste for a very reasonable price. The Restaurant ambience is good and the service was also at par with any multi star hotel. The management offered a guest room for feeding the baby when she started crying for feed. The room is too good with spic & span bath facilities. Thank you people for such wonderful hospitality. We would love to come again here.

An excellent place to stayin. Friendly staff. Easy access to railway station and bus stand. Standard rooms with excellent room servicing.

On 8 Oct 2017, afternoon we entered in hotel. Food was delicious. 2.45 pm we centered. Ordered soup, nan and paneer butter masala. They brought about 3.05pm. We asked another item fried rice. Order taken and replied after few minutes kitchen was closed. They never told about timings. We returned with half tummy.

I would rate 4.75/5. It's simply classic top rated fit for business as well as family stay. I would suggest must taste milkshake in their restaurant.

A new hotel with comfy rooms. Complimentary Breakfast Provided. Good sanitation. Improvements can be made for better experience of customers.

I am giving 3 star just coz of the odour we got in the rooms. We booked 3 rooms. In all those rooms, we got cigratte smoke smell. We were very uncomfortable and it gave us a big head ache. The hotel is clean and it would have been a great experience if it didn't smell that sort. If the hotel takes care of it, it is the best hotel I would recommend.

Hotel neatness is good ; But no welcome drink given; Coffee was ordered and given lately with the excuse of staff coming at 6.30 am ; At last they kept coffee in a single room for the two rooms and asked us to distribute among ourselves.

Even though good rooms, the staff service is horrible plus no ethics management. They don't commit to the pricing we got online. When all our people went to check in they told us pay extra or find another hotel. They also accept that pricing mistake was from their side. They were very clear that money was more important than customer service.
