Nice infrastructure and rooms, food above average taste.

It's ok for one day stay. Hotel rooms are very small. Friendly staff and food is good.

It's present in villiyanur about hotel is rooms and service are good.

Even though No GST implementation here due to hotel loaction in Rural area Price is so high than city hotels were they pay additional GST Ambience Parking ok.

This time a very bad experience. The staff and the aminities are worse even after taking the executive room for 3000/night. The staff was blaming the the management every time. The customer is paying for the services and not for being offended because of their internal conflict. The dinner and breakfast were way below standard. The owner is requested to check this up.

If you want a place close to Ariyur, Villianur or Ariyankuppam this is the place to stay. No great shakes but it will do for the night.

Room service was good. At food area breakfast service was very slow. And as belong to east side of country food was not that much suitable. But overall experience was good. Elevator facility was. Very slow.

Hotel aksharadha is located in an area which is pretty far from the main city of Pondicherrynwhuch makes it hard to reach and hence becomes a less desirable location. That being said it is a 3 star hotel with great infrastructure and ambiance. The rooms are very cozy with a great king size bed, freezer, enough storage place and a locker also. The price is also economical but it shoots up on weekends and prior booking should be done if one is planning to visit that hotel. There are other facilities also like parking place which is very convenient as a lot of people prefer to rent a 2 wheeler in Pondicherry. Also the hotel has a bar with extremely cheap liquor that one can order sitting in the room. A person who is looking for a comfortable stay and is ready to travel 10 kilometres to the city should definitely look forward to staying here.

Hotel rooms are good but pathetic service. Very far from main beaches & other sight seeing. No proper parking area. Restaurant is just ok. Need to improve service alot. Thumbs down.

Good service and hospitality with well maintained rooms for a pleasant stay. Hotel and bar are available. Compared to other same standard hotels in Pondicherry cost is high even it is situated away from the city limits presented in Villianur town. Hotel management should have a look into it regarding hotel room prices. Other than Room charges all are good.

Very very worst food, on 1st Jan 2018, I had lunch with this hotel, I took couples combo and price is 599 not at all Worth for the food and some of the item not provided. Worst Service. Don't go this hotel.

The food seems to be good in that 10km surrounding. Located in villianur. Good to have both lunch and tiffen. Tandoori is good. Not much on the Britani taste.

Great Rooms specially the Suite looks really nice and well maintained, Good Response from the Dept (Hospitality and Catering), and I booked a dinning hall for Lunch (My son's earrings Function), good quality of Food and service on time. This hotel is good with nice room. Bathroom is good but small. The hotel restaurant have very yummy food. We had dinner and breakfast here. We ordered hot and sour soup, Kadai paneer, Naan, Rice, ice cream and all were tasty. Underground parking space provided. This hotel is bit far from the tourist place, that's the only con, I would say.
