V comfortable place perfect for us especially since we were traveling with a toddler.

Neat and good place to stay. Very comfortable and peaceful. Service was very good and the place was well maintained. You can get a good view of the temple. Located near the temple with wide and empty roads. Parking is not at all a problem here. A peaceful, comfortable staying experience.

Good for family. Booking online is cheaper. Dont call and ask, the property will increase the price if you enquire over a call. Other wise good stay. Clean and neat. Kitchen is semifurnished with refrigerator and microvavm.

Pro's: — 1. ) Warm welcoming property owner and well assisting care taker completely during the stay. 2. ) This place is exactly reachable via Google maps/navigator. 3. ) Property will be exactly clean as listed in the photos. 4. ) All amenities will be provided as listed out. 5. ) Since it's start of summer we didn't face any voltage drop while using multiple heater or air conditioner simultaneously, as well no summer power cuts due to which water accessible 24x7.5. ) Say bye to mosquitoe, rodents, cockroaches in this property and enjoy. You can find a few similar property in this street, all these are modern amenity to this locality say a gem you can't find all across near by districts. Con's: — 1. ) Due to multiple booking portals, we may get a wrong room specification what we found from them is that all rooms have the same specification. 2. ) Property check-in timings will be beneficial if it starts at dawn (not sure due to maintenance reasons they may have noon check-in as specified in the booking portals). 3. ) I stayed at ground floor left side entrance property kitchen utensil section there are narrows unsealed gaps lizards, if not noticed this start colonizing the kitchen to reduce the cooking space and creating more noise at nights.

Stayed at this property for a day last weekend. Well maintained and good service. Caretaker, Mr. Kathiravan, was extremely helpful.

Not safe our woman as there is some brahmin culprit watches from bathroom ventilation glass window when woman takes bath. Reported the issue but no action.

Well maintained and comfortable place to stay for a family or a group of people. Near to main entrance of Mayuranathar Kovil. Mr Kathiravan helped us to hire a cab at best price and great service by him.

It is very neat and clean apartment with bedroom of two, a hall and a kitchen with two bathrooms with geyser and ACs in both the rooms. The kitchen has minimum facility for preparing own coffee/tea. Totally a homely stay in a pleasant location. Strongly recommend for a family stay. Must say about the manager Kathiravan, who is very helpful and kind to the guest. He would be happy to help you in buying food items or anything you need and serve you at your door. Good job! Totally satisfied!

Nice accommodation and excellent service. Kathiravan needs special mention for the service. Place is just adjacent to the mayuranatha temple. Restaurants and shopping complexes at walkable distance.

BEST GUEST HOUSE IN MAYILADUTHURAI I stayed at JP Nivaas with my family for a while. Rooms were beautiful, clean and well maintained. Service was excellent. Located in the heart of the town but in a very peaceful place. Walking distance to bus stand and many other shopping places. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would certainly recommend JP Nivaas for others.

I stayed with my spouse, kids and in-laws, co-brother family on 22-25th august. Location of the guest house is very close to the famous Mayuranathaswamy temple and all busy restaurants in Mayiladuthurai like Saravanabhavan, palms. It is a three story building and the owner stays in the front portion and 3 double bedroom houses (2 AC room) in the beck side. The houses are very neat and clean. All the houses have kitchen with induction stove. If you want to make tea or coffee you can use it. As the owner stays in the front, we can easily reach him in case we need any help. The owner is very good and keep telling us to feel free to call in case we need anything. The price looks quiet reasonable for the safety and neatness and easy access to all the popular places it is looks ok. If you don't get rooms in Kumbakonam or near by temple places, I would suggest to stay here and go to those places as Mayiladuthurai is well connected with all the pilgrimage places.

We stayed during April month along with our family members. Guest house was very convenient for family stay, since it situated in a clam locality. Guest house was well maintained. Room were kept neat and clean. We had a pleasant stay.
