Nice staff, nice place but Food is not good.

Not eveb Comparable with a 3rd grade Dharamshala. Manager is only interested in making more money n not to provide service.

We stayed here in deluxe room. Nice hotel to stay in medium budget… And one Goood thing is Tht very near to mall road Tht does matter … so. Room service is ok. Window view so Beautiful. Room service good. But there is no lift in hotel We stayed in 5 th floor, Tht was some difficult. They charged very much for laundry service. But overall, nice experience, nice place to stay.

Shandela is a good hotel to stay in such a cold environment outside… They provide room heater on request Rooms quality is good and service also better Hot water for bathroom, but suffocating… Not well cleaned. Connectivity to manali mall, near to manali mall. Value for money, cheap and good hotel in manali… Food was tasty We visited in January with college friends so they have more rooms if you go on college trip… Pre booking is necessary…

The hotel is very bad condition. Rooms were fine but bathroom is pathetic. Location is inside and services is normal.

Pros: value for money, good tasty food cons: parking difficult, narrow roads leading to the hotel. Dont arrange your travel through this hotel, Had bad experience with the tempo traveller the hotel arranged. As I had already paid advance, we had to suffer through out the trip. They were not ready to change it. They didnot take us to snow point saying they had no permit, but they had put that in the itinerary, before giving advance and charged us full at the end.

Awesome hotel in a awesome place, hotel maneger and hotel service is good, rooms are cleane big and well furnished. Food was awesome.

Best place to stay in Manali… everyone at the resort was very good especially Mr pankaj. Loved location and view from resort.

Cheap hotel in Manali, Service is good. 5 mins from Manali mall. One can order food from the hotel, they have their Menu card.

We went in the off season and were 4 of us. We shared a room and when we entered, the bedsheets were all dirty and the condition of bathroom was also not clean. Upon asking to change the bedsheets, they got the new ones which were of some conditions and said that all of them are like that because laundry is bad. Then we complained at the reception and they gave us the fresh new ones. So if you find bad bedsheets then definitely complain.

Rooms are clean but old. Less space for parking. No view from main road.

In mall road with a government office short-cut. Not so good view no car parking.

Badly maintained. Not good for staying in such a low temperature. Bad quality materials. Food is average quality and price.

They dont have their own parking,,, and room service is very bad.

Worst hotel. Go with anotherone.

Not worth contacting. Sub standard. Unclean, smelly rooms.

A good and nice place to stay in the heart of town.

A lovely budget hotel which stands out not only because of the experience but also because of the proximity to the market (a mere 5 min walk). Nain Singh, the manager is the most professional, helpful and knowledgeable hotel manager you will come across. The rooms are great for the price (around 1500/night in off season), with round the clock hot water availability. Room cleanliness is average but toilet cleanliness is nice. The staff is courteous and super accomodating. If you're on a budget the food is amazing value for money. Must try snacks include aloo, gobi and paneer paratha, black dal fry and aloo mutter.

Walkable distance from Manali Bus Station. Rooms and toilets are simple.

Hotel is not as elegant as looking in pics it's very low budget property.

Just at the center of Old Manali, this Canara Bank Holiday Home is neatly maintained with all basic amenities like cot, bed, blanket, clean bathroom with hot water. Very near to Mall Road, Bus stand, Hidimba temple! You can just walk to all these places!

It is great hotel to stay and all are kind and punctual service are very good and all are kind to each othe.

Very bad experience, Very bad hotel, providing old blanket without wash. Dirty bathroom, old and dirty bad, furnitue, so small room and so small bed also, never book this. Thease rooms are allotted to Allahabad bank… next day I change the room in hotel and finally I feel better.

It was really nice to stay at Shandela,, Room was much more than my anticipations,, it really has hiatus views from the windows,, I would recommend to you if you don't wanna spend heavy money on bookings and also if you are looking for some attractive views go for it.

So nice super 5 star hotel Banur city people all booked to hotel shandela.
