Bluebay Beach Resort

Good place. Best place for family and couples.

Beach view, party Hall, swimming pool.

My request please don't go to this resort because this resort does not have any facility as per the tariff they charge. I have paid 7500 for wooden cottage and booked the same directly through their marketing person Sharon who assured me many things like complimentary breakfast and other facility but they don't provide anything when u are there. Their manager Mr john is also not cooperative and doesn't care if u give a negative feedback on online review as the same he told to us when we requested for our complimentary breakfast. I have never a got such horrible experience with any hotel or resort in my lifetime. If u going to this resort than u r burning your own money by yourself.

Nice place to spend a weekend. Private beach is the biggest attraction with beach side restaurant. Nice food. CONS: needs proper maintenance. Staff at reception not trained enough to assist in hassle free check in.

Resort was good to spend time with your family and friends but management should improve staff quality as some of them are not professionalPros: very near to beach, having private beach area with security! Very calm place inside city! Cons:As I said earlier management should educate some staff on hospitality for guest.

Average property. It will be too congested if there are 2-3 groups available at the same time. We went for a one day team outing. Luckily, we were the only group and we had a good time. They games they provide may not be sufficient. It's better you yourself can plan about some activities. The water in the swimming pool is over chlorinated. Better be careful if kids are with you. Food is average and only Chicken available in Non Veg.

Nice clean beach property. Good enough for a days outing. Helpful staff. Resort can improve in food and beverage services. A bit of landscaping and gardening can help the visitors relax better.

We were booked to stay at this resort for 3 days in december. 2014
This place is a nightmare waiting to happen the photos on this site are totally misleading.
We refused to stay here due to the hygiene of not only the rooms we were shown but the state of the dining area and the outdoor cooking facilities. The pool had electrical wires trailing in it with broken lights and masonry.
We were forced to book alternative accommodation.
We have asked to be reimbursed for our expenses and the management have not even had the decency to reply.
Avoid this resort at all costs.
