Le Garden Inn Hotel

Great place and located in the main place of the Kumbakonam city. You can easily get into this location as its situated in the main road. Rooms are very neat and spacious enough. I would definitely recommend this hotel for you stays!

Le Garden is a decent place to stay. The rooms are well maintained. Food is very average which is why you hardly find any crowd in their restaurant. If you are driving there and need parking facility be prepared to heavily tip their security guards, else you will be denied parking slots even while ample space is available.

We booked in this room for 2 days after seeing the photos and taking the reviews in good sense. But we were very disappointed. Room was just ok. Food, room service was bad. Even after requesting for housekeeping, nothing was done. No water bottles. After all this, no manager met us to make things ok. The reception person had only a sorry to ask. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have booked the suite room in Le Garden for 2 days from 29th June to 1st July 2018. The room was good looking but then I noticed that the interiors were in bad shape. I found some little cockroaches too in the room. The food and room service is bad. We went out today morning (30th morning) at 7.30 am and returned only at 8.30 pm. I had given the key in the reception and requested for a cleaning of the room. To my shock nothing was done. I am very disappointed and felt that I have wasted my money. No water bottles today. In short, room, the service and the food — all bad. I will not recommend anyone to waste your money in this hotel. We are leaving tomorrow early morning. I will never come back here again.

The hotel is well placed for travelers in that it's not too much into the heart of the city. Hence, traffic faced is minimal when trying to reach the place. The staff are courteous and strive to serve immediately. The rooms are well maintained (personally, the toilets could be made bigger). Room service takes a bit of time and the food quality for a few items is inconsistent (the same dish had three different tastes and textures when ordered thrice at different times), though that is not necessarily a bad thing. Food quality is great and almost all of what is on the menu is available exactly at the times mentioned. They provide cab services for pilgrims and the drivers know exactly where to go when and the peak hours and days of each temple. In conclusion, pleasant stay and a good experience.

Rooms were OK… Food was pathetic… Quantity and quality was really bad… Except for curd rice nothing was good… And to top it all, it was very expensive as well… We had no other option other than having food outside… Even a mineral water bottle was charged at 37 rupees per bottle… will not recommend this place if you are looking for rooms along with restaurant…

It's an apartment converted into Hotel/Lodge. Suitable for Tourists who come as a group as they get rooms in a single apartment house. All major temples are near. The only inconvenience is they have a bar in the ground floor which may not be suitable for Families/Couples.

Perfect place for a overnite stay wit friends or family. They give u the privacy u need when staying with friends. And the room with a balcony is a steal… Cool one.

Compelled to give a star. So called 3 star hotel with 5 star prices and 0 star quality. Never written a review. But, had to based an experience. One hotel I would NOT recommend. A personal opinion — demand is good and I don't see any scope for improvement on part of the management. DO NOT Opt for this HOTEL EVEN as a last choice. PATHETIC is an understatement!

Decent place. Didn't serve alcohol when I went there a few months ago. Sandwiches are pretty decent. Soggy crisps though.

Locality is its plus point. Linens were clean. Room was a bit old with very good air conditioning. Intercom did not work. Bathroom needs to be improved. The closet was very high which creates discomfort to ladies and Short people. I stayed in executive room. Room was spacious. The coffee which we ordered for room service is the worst coffee which I have had. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. An average hotel for pilgrimages. If you expect a clean and neat bathroom. It's is going to be hit or miss. The hotel has lost its old standard. Overall An average hotel for pilgrimages.

Good Location. Attended a function. The food was good. Tad expensive, but worth it, if you can afford it!

Hotel is located at ease. No problems in transportation. Room service, party arrangements all r done in a neat way.

Poor. Unclear room. Very old rooms. I am not advice to stay. Positive point is, It is in main area and near to railway station.

The first and for most, PIONEER THREE STAR GRADE Stay Inn, @ the Maha Makam Temple City. Uncompromising Ever.

Firstly to set a base standard for the 5star rating given by me. I visit hotels that are less than 3 star. Hence the 5star rating given by me because everything seemed really good to me. This is a 3 star hotel, with adequate parking. There is a really good vegetarian restaurant. The reception is welcoming and the room service is friendly. There is a vertical elevator to access the floors. In the end, the location is accessible and appropriately proceed considering all the facilities given.

Had my engagement here. Nice hall with more than 100 people can sit and eat. Have better parking. Middle of the town with more traffic at peak hours. Food was awesome. I felt economical. Very spacious and nice service.

One of the good hotel to stay at Kumbakonam. Rooms are spacious & clean. Easy to locate and good place for those who wish to go on temple visits in and around Kumbakonam. They have car parking spaces too.
