Very nice hotel and staff, stayed here for 5 days. Good location, near to metro rail station, you can directly reach from chennai airport to thirumanglam metro and walk 2 minutes to reach this hotel. One small thing I like to be improved is change breakfast menu for each day. They serve same breakfast everyday at room, although food is good, change is appreciated.

Really nice place, stayed for 5 days, good staff, peaceful. Will definitely choose again.

A nice clean and maintained service apartment. This place is newly opened so everything is clean and beautiful. The rooms are specious even the washroom is pretty specious. The staff is very helpful in nature, they are very humble. One big problem with this place is lack of privacy, if you talk in one room the people in other room can easily hear it. You can easily hear what's happening in the lobby and get annoyed because of it. But you can overlook this issue as the staff is really good. I won't recommend any couple to be here because of lack of privacy but for general business it's a nice place.

Really good place. Safe for solo women travellers. But dont go for a complimentary Breakfast. Because they only provide you one plate poori or one plate Idly vada for 100 rupees per head…

Ideally located. Good restaurants are at walkable distance. Metro station is also very near.

Room not ready on arrival. Towels are dirty. Bedsheets were stained. Toilets are very small. It was fully wet. No handle for hanging the hand shower. Air-conditioning is not good. Coffee took very long.

It is a building with rooms, no kitchen and other facilities available. They don't have proper security in the premises. There a lot of good places around with better facilities for the same price or even less.

Stayed at Palmtree for 10 days in November. Had a great stay. Helpful staff and good service. Even helped me have a business meeting in their suite room. Will be back soon.

Was on my business trip, because of flight delay I checked in at midnight 1'o clock, the front desk staff was very helpful, everything was arranged quickly. I had a very pleasant stay.

There is a hall in this building and they charged 26000 for the same. Hosted a function sometime back. Hall was nice but the AC was not working. They told all four AC would work and during the function only 2 AC working. All the guest were complaining. Very very amateur people. Didn't have the experience to talk properly. In fact I didn't even complain to them about the AC. Cuz they were so unprofessional. Just paid the amount and went out after the function was over. Amature management!

We were here for a marriage function, the place was ok. Very disorganised and unorderly. They don't have a kitchen and we need to run out for everything. A very bad experience for a group of people. Unhygienic, unhealthy and untidy rooms which have a foul smell.

Not worth the money. Over charging without any proper facilities. Not tidy, and poorly maintained p.

I stayed at this place and it was a very poor experience. I asked for a bill and they failed to do so and answered arrogantly. Being a lawyer, I Have quietly moved away and I have had a look at the situation. Hopefully they would correct it or face legal action.

It is not a service appartment but rooms in a appartment. The comfort of the home is missing and it's good for business stay. Cleanliness is maintained but amenities are in little bad shape.

Pathetic place, not to stay with families at all and very unfriendly people! unhygienic and badly maintained. All the promised facilities are not available. Lot of drunkards around.

Good hotel & good staff the interior was very pleasant which feels like my home. Very reasonably priced even I checked in early morning they guided me very well.

Good stay this place is pleasant and calm located at the center of the area with good ambiance. With power back up and spacious car park it was very useful for me. I will prefer this place when our I come to chennai.
