Nice service in low budget.

Nice place to stay and luxurious hotel with only Air-conditioned rooms and somehow costlier than other hotels.

Hotel is centrally located. But don't expect all the amenities as mentioned online. You have to adjust specifically in bathroom hygiene, water problems and hot water. Though hotel staff knows this. They will not be ready to reduce the tariff. Recommended for those who can adjust.

Hotel was good. But the bathroom water was very sticking. As if a drainage water been connected. It is in the center place near by to other tourist place. Staff and over all hotel ambience and other things were good. Except water.

Always when my family come to Chennai, they used to prefer this hotel its a 3.5 star hotel they have laundry also they iron our shirt, and they provide us with hotels menu which the service boy get it for us when we need them, rooms are well furnished and good looking, bathrooms are ok it may be better to give little more attention, hot waters available, tv, ac, Tata sky dish, lift and few soft drinks and waters bottles are readily available downstairs.

Had a very nice stay. Room was clean, room service was OK. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

I havent seen more aweful a place to open up a hotel. The staff at first seems very cordial but slowly u would realise that they would creep you out because… U will never see. Such indifferent satff… Indifferent as in the sense to your problem or complaints… So basically if you are planning to stay over here… It's better that you stay home and screw yourself using a jackfruit… Poornaviram…

It is nice hotel to stay in Chennai. It's not too expensive. This place is near to almost all places like airport, port and railway station. The management is not that cooperative with it's customers.

Room service, cleanliness is good. Staff was cooperative. But for some room packages the breakfast is not included. Plus bathroom hygiene was not on point (based on my experience).

Fantastic hotel, very near to veg restaurants, near to all places like chennai central, egmore, Spencer Plaza, airport, good comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi, all basic amenities are provided. Price per room is less than 1500 per day, 24hours checkout.

Value for money and a nice budget hotel at central location of Chennai near to LIC Building and Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Head office.

No pretentious here. What u see is what u get. Decent sized rooms, kept neat & clean. Access to the hotel/lodge (no in house kitchen or restaurant) is extremely narrow on both sides. Located centrally but access by 4 wheeler bis extremely tight & restrictive.

The hotel though small in size and amenities have good staff was able to refund my money without much fuss when my travel plans were changed.

Good location, close to mount road and near automotive parts market of Chennai — GP road. The approach road is small, so may not be accessible with bigger cars. Rooms are small but neat.

Definitely not value for money. Location is very bad and inaccessible. Will not recommend at all.

Bit inside, can't see it from far. It is on the street adjoining Rajeja towers. Other than that it is a good hotel, nice staff and marina beach is nearby.

A 1 star hotel ok for its price. Room and escpecially bathroom is very small. Bathroom has a terrible smell. Location is bad and hidden away. Room has damp smell and very dimly lit. But services are good with helpful staff.

I moved to Mount Residency after having a very bad experience with Hotel Nirmala Dakshin. Very good place to stay. This hotel is well placed with good service. They help the customers a lot in giving directions or getting food. Only negative thing I found was that the internet connectivity doesnot work after the lobby also the phone range is poor. Not sure why.
