Sorry to say really very disappointing. Food quantity is fine but the taste and quality is very worst. Since it's a meat festival there is mostly only chicken dish. Very disappointed. Really sorry… Mr. Ajit suggested me and I m not satisfied.

All the staff are polite and friendly. This our favourite hotel in Chennai city. Special thanks to chef pandian & staff they are so helpful. Thanks to all the staff who tacking care of us. Meat festivals was amazing. Definitely I will recommend the people. once again thanks to Felisha & his team thanks.

The food festival is excellent, the way they handle d customers is excellent, food arrangements are too good, every variety taste is excellent. Too much better f varieties too handle very good place for food expolxers to explore more.

It's a great place for an Accommodation and Food & beverages meanwhile lots of entainment at here, there are Swimming pool, Gym, Spa, Velat parking and 24 hours Check in Check out as well as very affordable price stay and have foods. Also many offers inside of the hotel.

Highly impressed with the way waiters are cleaning the vessels with white clothes before serving drinks… hygienically maintained.! I appreciate it.

Surprised. Thought of having a decent meal and ended up with a fantastic one. A huge spread with a live counter. It leaves you confused with what to choose and what to leave. A try worthy place if you are sea food frenzy.

Went for a birthday party. The hall was decent but anything above 100 ppl it will be ok for moving crowd. The food quality was awesome. If u r going to der restuarant do try kadai paneer. Overall a decent experience. Cheers!

Good food and decent stay, I spend three nights and was good. Tough rooms are small but nicely maintained.

Very nice guest house with not much but few good restaurants nearby. However, it's own kitchen is great with the veg platter. I tried that and it was good.

The room was decent, had a centralized ac, bathroom was clean but the shower head installed was mediocre at best. For the price, you could find better alternatives.

Good hotel, allows public access to swimming pool on an hourly basis, at 350 rs per hour. The hotel is well maintained and the food available is above average.

Located about 40 minutes to 1 hour from. The airport depending on the traffic, it is easily accessible, rooms are near but nothing noteworthy, reception staff are polite, food is acceptable.

Very worst guest relationship Worst customer giving all fake information to make booking. Manager uses bad words and behaved very harsh towards guest and the receptionist who is not even responding for queries. Wen we argued the manager said he will call the police. Management Pls can get your service executive or you will loose business even after paying the full amount we checked out due to the poor service.

Good place to hang out. Music too loud in the roof top bar. Vegetarian side dishes are awesome.

Nice stay but away from airport about 1 hr. Its our second stay here. Like the food especially Mutton biryani. Nice breakfast. Reception guy was co operative. Rooms are decent. But away from shopping mall took.

The hotel is well decorated and well managed. The staff is very helpful. The hotel is not very cheap and not very expensive. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The rooms have every modern facility you require, like drinking water jug which can be refilled anytime free of cost, has a fridge with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, TV, etc. Bathroom is decent enough just it requires some pest-control. Complimentary buffet breakfast is available and the food quality is splendid. It is my favorite memory of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi is available. Summarizing, the hotel will surely not disappoint you.

Service of Restaurent staff and house keeping is very good. I have seen a gap between service providers and hotel management in few terms. Overall it's goos.

Decent stay in Arcot road Porur, with clean rooms and we'll lit space. Bathrooms are clean but don't expect anything more like complimentary soap or shampoo. Restaurant is the pain and that too the complimentary breakfast specified is something which can be shipped for some better outside food.

Nice place to have food items in buffet style and swimming classes gym are provided for everyone … if have to choose these classes then go for membership to get lower price…

Room was perfectly cozy and all of staffs were friendly. But a little thing-pool water temperature was a bit cold for me. Thank you all of you guys I will definately visit again. Strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers. Again, appreciate. Brandon Choe from Korea.

Can't rate less than this. Very bad experience, don't event think of suggesting to your enemies. Food was nasty, can't even taste them. On top of that very rude behaviour of the so called owner Prabhu. Veg food served with chicken chunks. Spoiled fish and chicken being recooked and served. Awfully experience. Please don't opt this place for food, you will end up spoiling your health. Billed for 20heads instead of 16, cheating the customers. No proper customer service, dosent pick the phone and won't even call back to confirm the booking.

We have booked a buffet (dinner) for 20 people, we haven't got any confirmation call from the hotel before reaching. We tried to call them many times the line was busy. By the time we reached the hotel they have not prepared for the buffet simply they said please settle down we would serve the items as per buffet in your table itself. We were ok, the service was bit slow initially. They gave only two starters in non-veg one in chicken and one in fish. Chicken was OK but the fish was horrible. Soup was OK. Then they directly gone for the main dishes. Egg noodles was Good, roti was also Good, mutton gravy was OK finally Briyani was horrible (half cooked). The worst part is in veg briyani we found a chicken piece. Post that we asked them for some starters like chilly fish and chilly egg, both were horrible. Finally we had ice cream for desert.
Now here comes the billing part. We have booked the table for 20 people but only 16 of us could make it to the dinner, before having our dinner itself we mentioned them that 16 of us only going to have the dinner (13 — non-veg and 3-veg) they said OK no issues. But finally they have billed for 20 people. All of a sudden all of us got fired up. When we asked the manager Mr. Elangovan about this, he was very rude towards us. The service was totally horrible. One of worst time ever in my life

Good service. Well maintained rooms, gym and swimming pool and staff are friendly. Has restaurant in itself and also a bar-'bliss'.

We were the lonely couple to have seated in this restaurant. Only the ambience was good. The food quality is not good. The chicken they served was stored for long time. Chicken Briyani was tasteless. Service is poor. The people serving the dishes is not aware of the dish names. Not worth for money. This restaurant should improve the quality and taste of the food.

No value for that kind of food and there was a much delay for Serving.

One of the worst management. Untrustworthy. Never keeps promises. Has got one of the worst times for the pool and gym. Doesnt look or feel like a 3 star hotel.

The rooms are amazing. Food and service is really good. Beds are comfortable. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Well maintained Courteous staff. Won't make you wait a long time for any services you request for. Maybe a tad bit expensive, but I feel that it's money well spent. The restaurant has amazing food Quality is maintained in all areas. The chicken biriyani served here requires a special mention.

Visited the bar — Bliss in the hotel. Service is average, which made it seem like a local bar than a lounge bar. Food quality was also only average, with beef fry have more of everything other than beef! Fish fingers were decent. Good number of drink options on the menu, however a number of the cocktail options were not available. A decent option in the thereabouts. Hopefully some competition should come by, which should help pick up the standards.
