Lake side beautiful location. Good service with supporting staff and good restaurant. There is a beer and wine parlor inside the hotel. Sufficient parking area.

This is a star hotel in Vakkom Village near Panayil kadavu, a ferry in the Anchengo back waters. It is very close to the emerging tourist spot of Ponnumthuruth island. The thuruth, meaning small island, in Anchengo lake is 12 km near to Varkala. It is full of trees and vegitations. A small Siva Temple is also situated in the island. It has boat access from Nedumganda and Panayil kadavu. Vennicode junction is also very close to it.

A luxury hotel in the heart of a hamlet. Can have a splendid view of the lake from the top. Food is mediocre.

Itz also one of ma favrate… And every sunday I have the tym thn I came there and enjoy the taste of food only…

Worst place to have buffet with family. They Don't even provide butter and jam for bread toast. Rooms are ok but service is utter waste. Totally disappointed!

Hotel is located just beside a lake, but the location from beech is 10 Km, issue of connectivity is there in this peripheral location, room are very clean and stay is comfortable, but the room service is pathetic and desk managers don't have good communication skills, food is good, intercom don't work and desk do not respond. Best for people who love isolation and not to be disturbed.

Nice cozy place. They have parking facility along with good customer lounge. Bar is also very good. So is food. Have two small conference halls for small functions.

From my personal experience:- Pros: Plush and comfortable rooms Extremely well maintained 24hr room service Attached restaurant Nice waiting areas Cons: Staff are not the best and can be unreliable The rooms are air conditioned using a centralised system and the temperature control was glitchy. Often too cold for comfort. Breakfast service was worst (possibly) due to shortage of staff. Ended up waiting more than half an hour for a sandwich.

I am a doctor working as house surgeon in vakkom rural health centre, this placs was little bit unfamiliar for me as I am from city but vakkom palazzo visit was a relief. This place is having all kind of food, bar facilities as I am a non drinker my experience was with the food there. Food was nice, good ambience, good hospitality. I will recommend this place to all.
