Worst experience ever. We booked through Agoda two monthes ago (five rooms for 03 nights for our 15 family members with aged parents and kids). When we arrived at 9 p. M all the way from Kochi one of their staff provided us only 03 dirty rooms without any basic aminites (no water to drink, no bucket/ mug) that to in a under-construction building. But the bad experience not yet finished then another very rude behaved person come over and denied our booking whereas we had valid booking voucher with full payment done. But he said Agoda is not paying them money so he is not going to give us room to stay. My question is if you have problems with Agoda then why the hell you people not taking action against them instead of harrassing tourists who already paid money. That person literally threatened us to cancel the booking and live the place otherwise he will throw us out and cut electric line. Anyhow we accomodate ourselves in 03 rooms and spend the night because we were with small kids and old persons with us. We requested to provide altist a mattress to sleep but they behaved like we are staying free. Being a frequent traveller and a travel professional (ex Cox & Kings I ltd) I never ever faced this kind of experience before. We left the place 01 day before just because of their rude and unprofessional behaviour. Many more to write but if you don't want to ruined your holiday please don't go there. You never know what kind of behaviour you are going to experience because they don't have basic business ethics.
