The road to reach this hill top is in rough condition and I would strongly suggest not to take your personal vehicle and drive instead opt for local cab services.

We had a night’s stay at one of these cottages and we really had a very nice time. The location is exquisite! The views from the balcony at midnight is something unique. The rough, steep and hairpin road through the tea plantation that leads exclusively to Falcon crest is challenging and fun to drive. All the staff especially their managers are ready to go for any far to make your stay happier. Excellent customer service. Moreover, their food is very yummy and served nicely even at your cottage or in the restaurant area which is nice and tidy. The service and premises live up to the 3 star accreditation. Wifi was not that good as it didn’t allow to run any videos although, it worked on the following day. The fishing pond at their estate is another attraction for kids and their staff will take you to fishing with necessary tools and even with umbrellas in case the rain comes, but watch out for the leeches. The structure of the cottage is planned in a way that two families can have two separate quiet rooms with separate balconies and have a common living room with tv, fridge full of drinks and dining set. The spare cots for kids could be arranged in the living room. In the evening they will arrange a camp fire if the weather is good. There is a beverage outlet in the nearby town if you are interested. These cottages are built in a large tea plantation by the side of a mountain, so the place itself offers quiet and relaxing mood with fantastic views.

From the warm welcome, attentiveness of the staff, cordiality and cheerfulness of service — all helped in making this a perfect vacation! The cottage is very thoughtfully constructed and the view was breathtaking. The cleanliness and maintenance is worth mentioning. The food was lip smacking authentic local cuisine. The manager informed us aboht the possibility of having a jeep sight seeing tour and also drew us the map which we could use if we were going on our own. We chose the jeep ride and had the time of our life! We requested the driver and guide to take us to places and on a trip which would be difficult to go by our car! And well… He made our trip so custom-made with lots of off roading experinces, the picturesque view points — it was just perfect! This was the best vacation in a long time for us…

Very nice property — its on a hillock in front of the tea gardens. Each cottage has 2 bedrooms which are very spacious. Great service & good food too.

Excellent place to unwind and relax in a serene tea estate above the hills. Sync with nature and with no contacts with the busy world except through the Wi-Fi provided by the resort.

The resort was located at an wonderful location, way to the property itself was a thrilling off road experience but its worth it. Staffs greeted us with a welcome drink they were courteous and kind all through our stay. The food we ordered was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. Evening and morning it gets misty and you can see and feel it was an awesome experience. Fishing pond surely kids will love it. Overall the resort exceed our expectations would recommend it!

An excellent place to relax. Very near nature. Courteous staff. Food was excellent too. The staff and management promptly solved an issue regarding overbooking/overcharging and refunded the excess. Happy to recommend the place to all.

The house we got in the resort was very clean and the location looked very serene. The only issue we faced was reaching this resort. You need to be an expert driver to reach this location. The route seems little dangerous and driving in the night was little difficult for us. But this would definitely give you a different experience if you wish to have one. But the apartments they have are amazon. The food available there is little costly. But as we know, food available at remote locations will be always costly so thats expected. I would definitely recommend this place to all who are looking for very peaceful stay in the middle of a tea estate with no outer world connectivity. Enjoy!

What a place… A must visit spot … Driving to this place from Vagamon itself is an adventure. Courteous staff and warm welcoming nature made it really easy. Property is very neatly maintained by the staff. Food is delicious and healthy…

If you fancy driving up a non existent road and destroying your cars suspension, while trying to reach your hotel, then this is the place for you. Food is strictly average. Views are great no doubt. But I'm not going to recommend this place unless you're really interested in breaking your cars suspension.

Place was very good, little far from city. Staff were good and kind enough to arrange barbeque and cake for my parents anniversary celebration. Rooms were neat. But we faced issues with hot water, no hot water by morning. Food was good as well.

Great value for money… Nice location and clean rooms. Food is awesome tasty and hygienic too… Staff is very cooperative and replies within short time. They will arrange jeep safari with minimum cost. Two days will not be sufficient to stay in this resort.

I woke up to a beautiful misty morning with birds chirping. The resort is surrounded by tea gardens and hills. Went for a nice walk and then had yummy kerela breakfast made by the chef — String Hoppers!. I could smell and taste the fresh coconut in it. Then had freshly brewed coffee made by fresh milk which was locally sourced. Definitely coming back as 2 days is not enough!

First things First, 1. Brilliant location 2. Great Staff, Proactive in their approach, I was impressed the way Manager was explaining the tourist spots, he infact sketched the route for my convenience 3. Good Food, 4. Good rooms with very brilliant view and Privacy, Sure a place I would love the visit and a hotel I would consider first for my Stay.

Very quiet and good place to spend your vacation. Approach road to resort narrow and adventurous. Prefer small vehicles like SUVs for traveling to this resort.

Yes, it was wonderful place to get out of normal busy life. Staff are good. Food was also great. We enjoyed time over there. Only thing, taxi rate is high when we book through this resort. Don't know that taxi price is high in that place or resort charges more. Apart from that everything is awesome.

Nice place on budget. Plan for pair of couples then the rate will more cheap.

Good place to unwind and relax on a weekend. Very well kept property in the middle of 3+ acres of tea plantation. Food was good. Price reasonable. Only con is the location which is kind of inside and approach roads are dangerous to travel during night.
